Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Designer to join the Karl Lagerfeld Paris design team. This role will support the VP of Design in the creation and development of a competitive apparel product line that balances commercial viability with elevated, brand-right fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete all aspects of design packages including sketching, tech packs, and maintaining line sheets.
• Prepare and maintain detailed tech packs from initial development through production.
• Submit and approve artwork/strike-offs, yarns, lab dips, trims, and related materials.
• Organize and maintain design development materials including artwork, trims, fabric worksheets, finalized tech packs, and line lists.
• Communicate and collaborate with overseas factories to ensure timely and accurate development.
• Manage and adhere to the Time and Action Calendar to meet seasonal deadlines.
• Support seasonal development by preparing presentation materials and assisting in design reviews with the VP of Design.
• Assist in sourcing seasonal inspiration, fabrics, and trims that align with the Karl Lagerfeld Paris brand aesthetic.
• Maintain fabric and trim libraries and support sample tracking and organization.

Qualifications:

The Senior Merchandise Allocator plays a critical role in ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time to maximize sales, margin, and inventory productivity. This role is responsible for leading allocation strategies across stores (or channels), optimizing inventory flow, and partnering cross-functionally to support financial plans and assortment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Allocation Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute allocation strategies that support sales, margin, and inventory goals across all stores/channels.

• Manage weekly replenishment and initial allocations to ensure optimal inventory levels by location, size, and style.

• Analyze store performance, selling trends, and inventory positions to make proactive allocation adjustments.

Job Title: Senior Payroll Specialist (NAMER)

Duration: 8+ Months.

Location: Remote

• Senior Payroll Specialist will independently execute semi-monthly, high-volume North American payroll (US / Canada / Mexico) in a fast-paced environment, ensuring payroll is accurate, audit-ready, and approved on time.
• This role owns payroll readiness end-to-end in tandem with our Payroll Specialist - preparing inputs, validating results, and proactively resolving issues before approval - with the Payroll Manager reviewing final outputs.
• In addition, this role will prepare monthly journal entries and accruals and partner with the Accounting team to support reconciliations and other analyses as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Execute semi-monthly, high-volume NAMER payroll (U.S., Canada, and Mexico) in a fast-paced environment, delivering accurate and on-time payroll results.
• Own payroll readiness by preparing payroll templates/loads and validating upstream inputs (e.g., Workday changes, benefits/tax updates, and one-time payments).
• Perform pre-approval audits and exception/variance checks; ensure issues are identified, resolved, and documented before approval.
• Proactively troubleshoot payroll errors, drive root-cause resolution, and reduce repeat issues through improved checks and documentation.
• Manage out-of-cycle payments as needed (manual checks/electronic transfers) with appropriate approvals and an audit trail.
• Manage employee payroll inquiries and intake via ServiceNow, meeting SLAs and escalating appropriately.
• Partner with ADP and Cloudpay on case resolution, compliance reporting, and tax/benefits coordination.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) and 8+ years of progressive payroll experience, including end-to-end responsibility for high-volume, semi-monthly multi-state U.S. payroll; experience supporting Canada and Mexico payroll a plus (NAMER scope)
• Strong knowledge of payroll impacts from benefits administration and taxation for federal, state, and local entities, including compliance requirements and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment, proactively identifying and resolving payroll issues before approval and consistently meeting deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage escalations appropriately, and partner cross-functionally

This Test Engineer will work within the Performance Engineering team, developing and executing validation tools to ensure products deliver an exceptional customer experience, meet safety requirements, and perform in accordance with established test standards. This role requires hands-on experience in mechanical design, heat transfer, data collection, and a strong understanding of general mechanical engineering principles. Responsibilities:

• Perform various engineering evaluations through the collection of data
• Issue reports and recommendations based on analytics gathered across multiple platforms and teams
• Prepare test fixtures, data acquisition systems, create test lab procedures and schedules
• Test prototype grills for performance verification, temperature stability, and quality improvements in complex environments
