What You’ll Do
Executive Support
- Support founders across a range of day-to-day and ad hoc needs
- Take ownership of special projects tied to company needs, whether that means supporting hiring efforts, contributing to office-related decisions, or helping push forward whatever is most important at a given moment
Content & Creative Support
A meaningful part of this role will involve supporting content-related work with one of our co-founders, Mathew. This is a real responsibility in the role today, though the exact mix of tasks may evolve over time based on business needs. Areas of support may include:
- Minor social media editing

Key Responsibilities

ABOUT THE POSITION
The Saenger Theatre, an ATG Entertainment venue, located in New Orleans is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Box Office to join our leadership team. Reporting to the General Manager, this individual will oversee all aspects of box office operations and strategy, ensuring efficient processes, accurate event builds, and top-tier customer service. The Director of Box Office plays a critical role in executing ticketing builds, driving sales, and collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless experience for patrons and promoters alike.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead day-to-day box office and ticketing operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
- Manage and mentor one full-time Box Office Manager and a team of part-time ticket sellers to foster a high-performance, guest-focused culture.
- Issue Event Audits and Ticketing Settlement Reports for all music, comedy, entertainment (MCE) events and serve as the primary ticketing liaison between the venue and Broadway Across America (BAA).

FlexStaff Staffing is hiring a part time Deputy Clerk to support the Village of Plandome on Long Island. This role will be 30 hours per week and hours are flexible, but ideal hours are 9-3pm Monday- Friday. This is a client service position serving the residents of their local government. The Deputy supports the Clerk-Treasurer in the performance of her/his duties. The Clerk-Treasurer works at the direction of the Mayor and is the chief records and administrative officer and chief fiscal officer of the municipality. That position is responsible for the books and records of the municipality, minutes of meetings of the Trustees, orders to pay claims of vendors, collects
property taxes, keeps the books of account and banking records for the General Fund and a Capital Projects Fund and directs the day-to-day operations of the Village. That position responds to resident requests and complaints and supports the activities of the building department in preparing building permits and certificates of occupancy. That position also serves as
the recording secretary and administrative assistant to the periodic evening meetings of the subsidiary boards (such as architecture, zoning) of the Village. The Deputy supports or stands-in for the Clerk-Treasurer in all of these functions.
The Deputy also is the primary administrative person to their Building Department, helping residents manage construction projects from plans through approvals, then inspections and ultimately the issuance of certificates of occupancy.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience. A superior and motivated student or entry
level person will be considered.
