Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser, E-Commerce to join our Wholesale team. This role will play a critical part in supporting seasonal merchandise strategies to accelerate eCommerce growth with key accounts, with a particular emphasis on Amazon. Key Responsibilities:
- Aggregate and analyze data across multiple brands and reporting systems to support eCommerce strategy
- Manage eCommerce roll-up reporting and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Assist in developing training materials for new and existing reporting tools
- Support development and syndication of best practice playbooks across teams
- Develop easy-to-use templates to collect key inputs and translate reporting data into actionable insights
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on business performance and strategic initiatives
- Own relationships with Vendor Managers and SVS to negotiate sales-driving initiatives including marketing, merchandising, and shipment terms

- Collaborate with Demand Planning to review weekly forecasts and align with current business trends and initiatives
- Manage seasonal development calendars, team meetings, and project deadlines
- Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and historical data to inform future assortments
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify new trends and opportunities for growth
- Manage seasonal buy hindsight analyses to understand channel-specific opportunities
- Serve as business owner for assigned categories, overseeing forecasting, monitoring performance, and driving initiatives to achieve objectives

Responsible for thoroughly examining and grading donated goods to sell in Goodwill of North Georgia Retail stores. Process goods in an accelerated manner to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment while adhering to standard operating procedures.
Essential Functions:
- Always display a professional, patient, and \"people first\" attitude with guests
- Provide a donation receipt to each guest at the time of donating
- Adequately handle guest questions and resolve problems by following agency and departmental standard operating procedures
- Properly sort donations into designated categories
- Effectively communicate with management when necessary
- Consistently perform work tasks according to training playbooks, e-learning and work instructions
- Evaluate and navigate decisions effectively
- Effectively promote and demonstrate cooperation and teamwork with peers
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized donor door area/attended donation center(ADC) location
- Adhere to safety and security practices including reporting safety hazards and injuries to management
- Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations
- Attend and complete all required trainings and meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- One year or more (1+ years) of production experienced preferred
- Consistently foster a healthy team culture of exceptional guest experience
- Must have basic math and reading skills
- Must have good oral and written communication skills in English as well as interpersonal skills
- Must be 18 years or older to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift (individuals age 16 to 17 will not be allowed to operate forklifts, balers or compactors)

What you will own:
- Upsell and Expand: Identify and act on opportunities to grow platform usage and adoption within each account (e.g., new advisor teams, new features, deeper integrations).
- Drive Adoption: Lead advisor engagement post-sale by training teams, driving daily usage, and embedding Vise into the firm's operating rhythm. Success means AUM managed on Vise grows consistently.

Through the internal and market data Vise has collected, we expect the salary range for this position to be $140,000 - $160,000 per year, plus commission and a competitive equity package. Your actual compensation will be determined based on your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Vise offers a wide range of comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits.
