Quad is seeking Perfect Binder Operators for the Sussex, WI location. The primary function of this position is to set up, maintain, and run all Perfect Binders at the highest level attainable, with emphasis on the gathering section. Produce and maintain the best attainable quality, possess and display leadership skills, and assist in evaluating personnel. Assist in evaluating production capabilities, and assist the shift supervisor as required.

* Must have in-line mail experience, knowledge of perfect binder operation, knowledge of and experience with mailing operation and equipment
* Good mechanical aptitude, ability to read, understand and follow binder guides
* Ability to train and direct crew, self-motivated.

The Position


The Communications Director leads strategic communication and engagement initiatives that promote transparency and meaningful collaboration with community members and stakeholders. This position provides executive leadership for the City’s communications and community engagement functions and reports directly to the City Manager. This position is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive citywide communications strategy to ensure consistent, accurate, and transparent messaging across all City departments and platforms. Overview

The Senior Manager/Director of Employee Communications at IGT leads the strategy and execution of enterprise-wide internal communications to inform, engage, and align employees across a global, highly regulated organization. This role plays a critical part in supporting IGT’s transformation agenda by translating business strategy, leadership priorities, and change initiatives into clear, timely, and compelling employee communications.
