JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Provides clinical pharmacy services to ambulatory patients. Provides comprehensive medication management in multiple areas of practice, including but not limited to anticoagulation, perioperative management of anticoagulants and antiplatelets, anemia management with erythropoiesis stimulating agents, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, heart failure, COPD, asthma and opioid use disorder. Ensures departmental efficiencies and compliance with regulatory bodies. Instructs other pharmacists, pharmacy residents and pharmacy students.
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
The Medication Management Clinic provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care and care coordination to ambulatory patients who are on high-risk medications or who require disease state management.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Current unencumbered Oregon Pharmacist and Pharmacist Preceptor licensure required.
Healthcare Provider Level BLS required within 90 days of hire.
Previous ambulatory care clinic experience preferred. Alternatives may include completion of a PGY 1 residency with rotations in ambulatory care and anticoagulation rotation, completion of a PGY 2 residency in ambulatory care, or board certification in ambulatory care.

Invest Property Management is based out of Saint Paul with properties throughout the metro, Menomonie, Rush City, and Wausau. We are a small team dedicated to property investment and customer experience.
If you have experience in Property Management, amazing! If you don't, we will train if you have what it takes and are up for a challenge.
tldr: You will be showing units, turning units, painting and performing light maintenance . You will be working within our software system to follow the processes and procedures we set out. Communication is key!

* Personally inspect the property daily including the common areas such as parking lots, laundry, and grounds.
* Ensure that the property has sharp curb appeal and that all model and vacant units are market ready within the guidelines established by the head office.
* Process maintenance service requests for residents. Ability to perform light maintenance and turns is required.
* Prepare detailed and accurate property reports and submit all required reports, invoices, deposits, market surveys, etc., to corporate office by the expected deadline.
Leasing/Sales/Marketing Show and lease the properties.
* Answer phone calls; greet prospective residents, show apartments.
* Prepare market surveys of competitive properties in the area.
* Implement marketing and sales techniques that will achieve high occupancy and a favorable resident profile.
* Ensure all property signage and leasing materials are utilized effectively (may include brochures, balloons, banners, guest cards, newsletters, etc.).
Resident Relations Actively participate in maintaining good resident relations in the community. Ensure courteous and timely response to all resident requests and questions.
* Resolve complaints from residents.
* Take work orders from residents, assign to appropriate personnel or vendor and enter into management software.
* Serve as a direct contact for residents and vendors, and maintain good relationships with others in the industry.

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Mining Field Technical Services Representative within our Orica USA team focused on designing and executing planned explosive blasts by determining correct products, precise quantities, and safe application methods. - Maintaining quality and positive relationships with referring organizations.
- Providing referring organizations follow up on every referral received, including whether or not the family declined services.

- Attending monthly Community Advisory Boards to ensure close communication occurs between Healthy Families program and community resources.

5. Maintains documentation of services, quality measurement tools, and tracking forms in accordance with the Health Families America model, including.
- Submitting monthly Family Assessment Worker reports by the third day of the month
- Maintaining the Referral Log submitted for accreditation.
- Maintain the Closure Log submitted for accreditation.
- Entering all screening, FROG, and Closure information onto tracking spreadsheets submitted for accreditation.
- Tracking all outreach and community event participation used in the accreditation process.
6. Maintains completion of required supervision, including.
- Ensuring weekly reflective supervision.
- Ensuring documentation and tracking information is prepared ahead of supervision for review.
7. Completes required trainings in accordance with Healthy Families America model standards, including completing.
- 28 hours of initial Foundations for Family Support Core Training.
- Annual Child Abuse and Neglect training.
- Annual service population-focused training.
- Annual McNabb Center Relias trainings, CPR and First Aid, and Handle with Care trainings.
- 15 hours of Infant Mental Health Training annually to maintain Endorsement.
8. Achieve and maintain Infant Mental Health Endorsement through the Tennessee Association of Infant Mental Health, including.
- If hired without an Endorsement, will submit application on Endorsement Application System, uphold Ethics Code, achieve mandatory references, and complete and submit 30 hours of required infant mental health training within first year of employment.
- Once Endorsement is achieved or if hired with an endorsement, will maintain endorsement every year but completing and submitting 15 continuing education hours and updating the Code of Ethics review process annually.
9. Takes an active role in ensuring the McNabb Center completes and maintains Healthy Families America Accreditation, including.

The ART PACU is a 12-bed unit that provides post-operative care for a diverse population of adult outpatient and inpatient surgeries through various surgical service lines. Peds Heart Center is a 29-bed unit- ranked #2 Nationally by U.S News and World Report and #1 in patient outcomes, in addition to being a AACN Beacon Award-Winning unit. We are the referral center for all major pediatric cardiac surgery in South Carolina. Average Daily Census on the unit is 28, with a blend of cardiac surgical and medical diagnoses. The Heart Center cares for patients with congenital and acute heart disease of any age based on care needs. Common procedures associated with this unit's care include cardiac surgery, Ventricular Assist Devices, Heart Transplant, cardiac catheterization, and all medical diagnoses associated with cardiac care for the children in South Carolina. In addition to ventilatory and cardiac support, the unit provides ECMO/CRRT and additional complex supportive therapies. Pediatric palliative care is available as needed. Job Description/Summary: The Respiratory Therapist at MUSC Midlands provides advanced respiratory care to patients with a variety of respiratory conditions. This role involves performing diagnostic tests, administering treatments, and working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. The Respiratory Therapist ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Assessment and Care
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' respiratory conditions through physical examinations and diagnostic tests.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and physician directives.
Administer respiratory therapies, including oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, chest physiotherapy, and mechanical ventilation.
Monitor and adjust ventilator settings and other respiratory support devices as needed.
Diagnostic Testing
Perform pulmonary function tests to assess lung capacity and efficiency.
Conduct arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis to evaluate oxygenation and acid-base balance.
Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and monitor respiratory disorders.
Emergency and Critical Care
Provide respiratory support in emergency situations, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and advanced airway management.
Participate in the care of critically ill patients in the intensive care unit (ICU), ensuring optimal respiratory function and support.
Assist in the transport of critically ill patients, maintaining stability during transfers.
Education and Training
Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques, equipment usage, and disease management.
Provide training and support to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals on respiratory care practices and procedures.
Stay current with the latest advancements in respiratory care through continuing education and professional development.
Compliance and Safety
Adhere to all MUSC Midlands policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations related to respiratory care.
Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of respiratory equipment.
Qualifications
Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a clinical setting.
Experience in critical care or emergency care settings is preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
