Position Responsibilities
FSTC is looking for a Trust Counsel Associate to deliver high quality service and solutions. The candidate must demonstrate proper effort, attitude and discipline to work in a growing and fast paced company. This person must be service and solutions oriented to effectively assist the company and develop and maintain relationships with internal staff and other interested parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Review requests for legal analysis, identify legal issues involved, verify that all relevant information is included, and prioritize requests accordingly.
- Assist with the preparation and review of trust and estate documents.
- Draft standard trust instruments, including, but not limited to:
-Removal and appointment instruments
-Nonjudicial settlement agreements
-Investment and distribution direction letters
-Receipt, Release, Refunding and Indemnification Agreements
- Conduct legal research and analyze governing documents, statutes, rules, and regulations.

Knowledge & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in estate planning and/or trust administration.
- Strong drafting skills and familiarity with standard trust and estate instruments.
- Experience with discretionary trusts and directed trusts is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Title 12 of the Delaware Code is strongly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple matters concurrently.

The Senior Trust Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with registered investment advisors, trust beneficiaries, and other interested parties for an assigned book of business consisting of large family relationships within the Personal Trust Services Division.
The Senior Trust Officer serves as a mentor & coach to Trust Officers.

Ensure proper receipt of and accounting for miscellaneous assets in established trust accounts.
Perform Post Acceptance and Annual administrative account reviews for assigned accounts.
Participate in special projects as needed.

The Trust Advisor's primary responsibilities are to administer Trust wealth accounts, including estates, trusts, and investment agencies, and to perform the daily operational functions of these accounts. As a Trust Advisor, you will:
- Manage customer accounts on a personal basis that include resolving problems, providing customers with information and assistance regarding investment management, statements of accounts, taxes, and remittances.
- Direct the Trust Operations Department regarding daily account transactions such as wire and cash transfers, ACH disbursements, bill paying, and the opening and closing of accounts.

- $57/hr Negotiable based upon years of experience Job Title:Trust Associate The position is an intermediate to advanced Corporate Trust level position for the implementation and maintenance of Corporate Agency & Trust transactions.
The position will assist in implementing, maintaining new, and existing transactions.
Responsibilities: o Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Corporate Special Agency (MTN, M&A, CP/CD).
o Assist Transaction Managers with managing client day-to-day activities related to their transactions o Assist with supporting the distribution of relevant rate reset notices o Assist Transaction Managers in completion of internal projects related to their transactions and to Banking.
Assist with management of document custody request of releases o Address transactional inquiries from both internal and external Agency & Trust clients in connection with transactions.
o Adhere to Banking Agency & Trust policies and procedures for client onboarding, deal implementation, account opening, deal payment processing and deal maintenance.
o Coordinate with Operations and clients for transaction set-up, activity and reporting.
o Coordinate with Operations for inquiries from clients.
o In all matters, demonstrate particular consideration for the banks reputation and safeguarding Banking, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications: o 2-5 years of relevant experience (e.g.
