We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for a Sr. Product Manager on our Health Solutions team. This is a hybrid position reporting into our Chicago, IL office, requiring 3 days a week in the office.

As a Sr. Product Manager, you will provide analytical
oversight of the portfolio lifecycle and target markets for the Credentialing
Product Portfolio. This includes assessing and evaluating new opportunities and
markets for growth to support go-to-market planning and execution. Inform
product vision through analysis, execution, and implementation. Actively work with business
development, sales, and marketing teams on strategic initiatives and and
cross-functional alignment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Portfolio Analysis & Market Assessment

  • Evaluate new markets for the AMA's credentialing business, inclusive of developing business and financial models along with supporting companion strategies for product development and launch.
  • Lead defined product team efforts focusing on new data acquisition and credentials verification of non-physician clinician types to support credentialing offerings, developing business cases when appropriate.
  • In conjunction with leadership and product and business development team, contribute to the development and enhancement of a multi-year product roadmap and build consensus and enthusiasm among stakeholders.
  • Facilitate development of an innovation pipeline utilizing deep understanding of emerging trends in the health care marketplace to support innovation and inform positioning of AMA credentialing solutions for growth in evolving markets.
  • Analyze and recommend approaches for maximizing market share and contribution margins in existing markets.
  • Work with leaders across AMA (e.g., IT, Legal, Finance, and Advocacy) to support alignment of intiatives with technical capabilities, economic models and legal and compliance requirements.

Industry Analysis

  • Stay current on industry trends, accreditation standards, regulations and customer needs and behaviors associated with the Credentialing Solutions Portfolio.
  • Source third-party market research and analysis, as needed, working procurement to define needs and source market research and analysis work, including customer research, market analysis and competitor analysis.
  • Produce analytical and product-focused presentations for both internal and external audiences.
Product & Go-to-Market Implementation
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Marketing to deliver value messaging linked to the targeted markets and segments.
  • Provide key inputs to enable marketing to develop Sales Enablement and Channel Enablement materials aligned to the new solutions' value propositions. Manage creation of and ensure quality of product artifacts. Align product and go-to-market planning and execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field required; MBA preferred.
  2. 7+ years of health care-focused experience in new product development and/or health care data industry.
  3. 5+ years of demonstrated experience supporting strategic growth initiatives.
  4. Strong business acumen to develop and communicate recommendations to leadership.
  5. Excellent data synthesis and financial modeling skills to critically analyze and interpret market research and other data, to inform the development of business cases and plans.
  6. Familiarity with emerging technologies and solutions.

This role is an exempt position, and the salary range for this position is $119,074-$157,855. This is the lowest to highest salary we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to business consideration and geographical location, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Job Summary:


The Senior Account Manager is responsible for underwriting complex low-income housing tax credit projects with sophisticated developer and investor partners, driving deals through the closing process, managing and coordinating Credit Committee memos, and providing in-depth analysis of key diligence items to recommend actions to the Committee and Risk Officer. In this process, the Senior Account Manager performs an unbiased evaluation of transactions, structuring tax credit investments, measuring the risks, and identifying mitigants associated with these transactions. As AVP of Training, this role plays a primary role in guiding accounts management colleagues in LIHTC underwriting concepts and financial modeling, both through formal training and informal consultation.

Essential Job Functions:


Function/Responsibility -

As part of underwriting assigned proposed tax credit investments:

  •      Understands all facets of the deal, including but not limited to guarantor review, income and expense analysis, financial underwriting, and due diligence review
  •      Facilitates due diligence collection and review
  •      Joins and is an active participant in closing calls to maintain the closing timeline
  •      Prepares and presents the Investment Memo package – including narratives, descriptions, risks and mitigants, and other ad hoc analyses illustrating pertinent aspects of the investment – for internal approval at various times during the closing process
  •      Owns the financial model throughout the closing process, including the maintenance of yield from LOI through Closing

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an applicant interested in a long-term position in the Cincinnati Technology Center CTC conducting analytical testing to support, production, product stewardship, and technical services growth. The responsibilities include the setup, testing, and documentation of analytical testing specifically liquid or gas chromatography, based out of the KOSTUSA, CTC Site. The Cincinnati Technology Center CTC Analytical laboratory performs ICP, IC, HPLC, GC, FT-IR and physical property testing on automotive, heavy duty, heat transfer fluid, Fire Resistant Hydraulic fluid (HFC type) and Gas dehydration. The Analytical Technician will be expected to run a variety of analytical tests in a demanding fast-paced environment with the internal Technical Services team as well as external partners to support the services, and solve problems based on the needs of the business.


Job Functions

  • Conducts activities following established Corporate and Site Safety procedures and notifies the Supervisor of any unsafe conditions or practices in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Senior Security Officer reports directly to the client’s Manager of Corporate Facilities and Security and the Insite Security Program Lead.
  • Supervising Houston office physical security and serve as a security liaison for Corporate Security, develop relationships with base building management, and local responders and law enforcement during incidents
  • Oversee local application administration of access control system in line with standards developed by the firm (under Insite’s consulting findings and recommendations)
  • Coordinate with building management to ensure fire life safety drills are performed according to local code requirements and routinely inspect site security posture and take immediate corrective actions, where possible; manage vendor service calls where third-party maintenance is required
  • Carry out on premise passive monitoring and passive surveillance of Houston HQ
  • Serve as a first responder for security incidents in accordance with the client’s Use of Force policy (developed by Insite’s consulting team) and applicable laws.
  • Serve as a first responder to medical emergencies, providing immediate assistance and rendering first aid, CPR, or AED assistance in accordance with training, certification, and applicable regulations.
  • Assist with onsite or local special events and provide executive protection liaison for high profile visitors
  • Effectively communicate with users in a timely manner regarding all requests to ensure appropriate expectations are established
  • Assist in the coordination of day-to-day vendor entry/access to the office buildings through the designated building management request and service ticket tools/software
  • Develop a working knowledge of client work processes, workplace culture and policies essential for effective service delivery to users
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives, as needed
  • Assist Insite’s Security lead with annual reviews and refreshes of office assessments
  • Serve as the primary liaison and point of contact for Insite’s broader security team for the client
  • Assist Insite’s security lead on 24/7 protocol-driven emergency response in conjunction with Insite’s GSOC for the client


Required Experience and Skills:

  • Armed and current license
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 4-6 years of law enforcement or security or Military
  • Solid knowledge base across physical security domains including: physical security assessments; threat assessment and management; and critical event planning and response; and security training
  • Experience in one or several physical security domains. Hands-on familiarity with security technologies for access control, video management, intrusion detection, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and coordinating with law enforcement
  • Successful management of highly confidential information
  • Track record of remaining organized and motivated while balancing and prioritizing multiple projects and objectives and meeting tight deadlines
  • Highly proficient in MS Office software; Smartsheet proficiency a plus
