Overview

Personal Lines Account Specialist
Position Summary:
The primary function of this role is to drive new business growth through high-volume sales of personal lines insurance products. Recent acute dialysis experience required
PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The Inpatient RN provides direct patient care in accordance to company policies and procedures which includes FMCNA compliance programs and contracted hospitals' policies and procedures. Areas of practice are diverse, including, but not limited to, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, continuous renal replacement therapies, apheresis, and ultrafiltration. The Inpatient RN will partner with the hospital to provide quality care to the patient and deliver care that provides a positive patient experience.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Under limited supervision, applies considerable knowledge to perform a broad range of tasks which include but are not limited to direct patient care in multiple modalities not limited to hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, ultrafiltration, continuous renal replacement therapy, and Apheresis.
- Provides supervision and direction of Patient Care Technicians and clerical staff; provides direction and education to ICU staff for CRRT.
- Responsible for direct patient care of assigned patients in the Inpatient Renal Replacement and Apheresis Services setting and providing the appropriate treatment technique for assigned patients as prescribed in all modality procedures, as appropriately defined β hemodialysis, peritoneal, continuous renal replacement therapies, ultrafiltration, and Apheresis.
- Assesses patients' responses to treatment therapy making appropriate adjustments and modifications to the treatment plan as indicated by the appropriately credentialed physician. Communicate problems or concerns to the Inpatient Program Manager, appropriately credentialed physician, patient hospital primary nurse and others as indicated.
- Delivers safe, effective care in a timely an efficient manner.
- Gives organized, concise shift reports for patients on assigned shifts. Apply high level thinking skills to shift patient schedules to meet needs of more critical patients due to labs, MD order, or patient assessment.
- Responsible for the implementation, administration, monitoring, and documentation of patient's response to prescribed intradialytic transfusions, including appropriate notification of adverse reactions to physician and appropriate blood supplier.
- Collaborates and communicates with physicians and other members of the healthcare team to interpret, adjust, and coordinate daily patient care plan to ensure continuity of care.
- Initiates and communicates to FMS facility nursing staff and appropriate hospital personnel as needed.
- Accurately documents all treatment information in the individual patient record (ACES) and the hospital record, as needed.
- Cleans and disinfects dialysis machine surface, chair, equipment, and surrounding areas between treatments according to inpatient renal services policies and procedures.
- Conducts all tasks necessary for preparation for dialysis treatment and documents where appropriate.
- Performs all required pre-treatment dialysis machine alarm testing.
- If applicable, initiates Solution Delivery System.
- Operates all related equipment appropriately and safely and provides minor trouble shooting when necessary; efficiently utilizes supplies to prevent waste.
- Understands, conducts, and documents appropriately Dialysis/Apheresis machine safety tests/alarm tests, equipment calibration, dialysate testing, machine safety tests, functional testing, and internal and external disinfection on all water & dialysis machines, and complies with the documentation/notification standards per FMS policies.
- Completes and documents ongoing participation in QAI activities.
- Participates in staff meetings as scheduled.
- Participates in staff training and orientation as assigned.
- Acts as a subject matter expert to hospital staff for dialysis related patient/equipment complications.

This includes activities related to issue management (product dispositions, deviations, complaint investigations, holds), site QA management (pest control, temperature monitoring, returns, validation) and internal/supplier/3PL QA management (warehouses, internal private fleet, transportation carriers, suppliers impacting fulfillment).
Participate in discussions and on projects and cross-functional teams as required.
Support distribution and warehousing-associated external suppliers which includes audit support, supplier corrective action requests, quality/distribution agreements, new supplier requests, supplier notifications of change and change controls.
Work closely with UCAN planning and fulfillment organizations to meet business goals and objectives.
Facilitate and assist in GMP, ISO, US state distribution/pharmacy licensing and other internal/external audits and investigations pertaining to Vantive and/or 3PL facilities, where applicable.

EHS Manager
Reporting to the Head of EHS and Sustainability, the EHS Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing environmental, health, and safety programs within operations. This role ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including OSHA, EPA, and ISO certifications (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001). The EHS Manager will lead initiatives to reduce workplace hazards, enhance safety culture, promote sustainability, and achieve continuous improvement in EHS performance. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of EHS strategies. This will be achieved while maintaining HellermannTyton's Quality and EHS certifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, work instructions, and required documentation.
Responsibilities:
Site EHS Leadership
- Ensure operational alignment with HellermannTytons's OIMS framework, compliance with NA EHS Policies, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards, as well as regulations.
- Support site-specific EHS annual objectives, targets, and KPIs to drive facility performance improvements in EHS, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
- Guide plant management on EHS initiatives, ensuring alignment with HellermannTyton's long-term goals of Zero Harm, continuous improvement, and environmental stewardship.
- Ensure completion of risk management processes, including risk assessments, hazard analysis (HAZOP), job safety analyses (JSA), and control of work (CoW) processes.
Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis
- Lead investigations of all incidents, near misses, and environmental releases, ensuring that a thorough root cause analysis is conducted and that corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Oversee and manage the reporting of incidents in accordance with HellermannTyton's incident management protocols, ensuring all regulatory and corporate notifications are timely and complete.
- Develop lessons learned materials and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to prevent recurrence of incidents, embedding a culture of safety and accountability at all levels.
EHS Continuous Improvement & Auditing
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by conducting regular safety audits, management reviews, and inspections, ensuring that the site remains in full compliance with HellermannTyton's
OIMS, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Lead EHS self-assessments and external audits, ensuring that gaps are identified, action plans are developed, and improvements are implemented.
- Utilize leading and lagging indicators to assess EHS performance, report trends to senior management, and support data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Emergency Preparedness & Response
- Manage emergency response plans, including the establishment of emergency response teams, drills, and simulations, ensuring readiness for events such as fires, chemical spills, and natural disasters.
- Coordinate with local emergency services and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth collaboration in the event of an actual emergency.
- Regularly review emergency action plans to reflect current facility conditions, regulations, and best practices.
Other duties:
- May take on other duties as assigned.
- May visit other sites take on EHS responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in safety or environmental management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
- Knowledge and experience of ISO 45001 & 14001.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel regionally (5%).
- Flexible with job assignments and responsibilities.
