The Key Account Manager - Pulp & Paper, leads DeZURIK's sales efforts to achieve company growth targets with assigned Pulp & Paper accounts in North America. This role provides strategic, commercial, and tactical leadership to the DeZURIK internal sales teams as well as channel partners selling into the North America Pulp & Paper market.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Grow existing relationships and develop new corporate relationships with assigned Pulp & Paper accounts. Increase DeZURIK's brand awareness and utilize contacts to penetrate each account with multiple product lines.
- Provide input to Sales Management regarding opportunities to increase profitability.

Education and Experiences
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum 7 years of experience - Engineering discipline preferred.
- 10 years in a technical or sales management position serving the domestic Pulp & Paper market.

COMPENSATION:
- $250k-$300k per year is the anticipated starting base pay for this role. This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this role. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: experience, education, and skills.

Essential job Functions
- Lead annual spend management strategies of $30M+ while cultivating tactical, critical, and strategic incumbent or prospect suppliers in the marketplace who support our store-level, regional, national, or corporate HQ sourcing needs at Floor & Decor.

The Strategic Sourcing Category Manager is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and developing potential sources of supply in alignment with the strategic goals of the company. Under the direction of the Physician Recruitment Lead, undertakes administrative activities related to physician recruitment and onboarding of physicians as well as producing performance reports. - Minimum 5+ yearsโ experience in souring IT goods and services.
- Four to six years in a position leading cross-functional teams in the development of sourcing or supplier management strategies for key indirect expenditure categories (e.g., IT, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Legal, Facilities, MRO, HR, R&D, Professional Services, Capital Projects).
