As the Medical Director for internal and family medicine, you will be responsible for the health care delivery of the primary care practice. You will follow Atrius Health’s mission of partnering with patients to make it easier to be healthy. You will manage the implementation of mission-specific strategies and tactics and oversee all staff within the department. You will serve as a respected clinician and lead by example in all aspects of leadership and clinical practice.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Champion Patient-Centered Care: Ensure delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centric services while promoting initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and service excellence
  • Lead and Inspire Teams: Energize staff around new initiatives, foster creativity and collaboration, and manage conflicts across clinical and non-clinical teams
  • Community Engagement: Support the practice’s charitable mission by partnering with schools, social services, and health-based agencies to improve community health

Required Qualifications:

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $237,500 to $387,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. Position Overview


In this full-time role, you will provide comprehensive outpatient care to adult and geriatric patients with rheumatologic conditions, including autoimmune and inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and psoriatic arthritis. You will conduct detailed assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., lab work, imaging), initiate and manage treatment plans including immunosuppressive therapies, and monitor disease progression and medication side effects. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll coordinate care with primary care providers and specialists, educate patients on chronic disease management and lifestyle modifications, and ensure continuity of care through follow-ups and referrals.

The Palliative Care Physician will manage high risk patients coming in and out of the hospital, or those with life-limiting illnesses. The physician will lead the team in high-risk patient care and the transition of care management. They will specialize in medical care that focuses on providing relief from pain and other symptoms related to chronic/serious illness. The aim is to provide comfort and improve quality of life for those suffering from chronic/serious illness. Nevada and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for these residents is $367,611 to $610,124. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Position Highlights:

  • Monday through Friday schedule with option for 4- or 5-day work week; no nights, no weekends, no inpatient call
  • Role involves primarily seeing bread and butter endocrinology patients in office, such as
  • Comfortable treating all aspects in Endocrinology and metabolic disorders
  • Comfortable seeing patients 18 years of age and older
  • Work in collaboration with other physicians and advanced practice clinicians on the team
