Responsibilities
- Direct and manage a complete continuum of high-quality care within the care team
- Treat chronic diseases and disorders

Required Skills
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $238,500 – $392,500. Compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. About the role

Primary responsibilities
• Provide brief, evidence‑based behavioral health interventions using modalities such as CBT, behavioral activation, problem‑solving treatment, and motivational interviewing
• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance use conditions

• Track patient progress using measurement‑based care

• Develop relapse prevention and self‑management plans for patients nearing discharge
Required qualifications
• Active Tennessee license: LCSW, LPC‑MHSP, LMFT, or LMSW
• 3 or more years of experience treating behavioral health conditions
• At least 1 year of experience in a medical, primary care, or integrated care setting
• Experience using evidence‑based, brief interventions
Preferred qualifications
• Experience working within the Collaborative Care Model

• Comfort working both in person and via telehealth

The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $76,000 annually based on full-time employment. Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing [APRN or FNP] or Physician Assistant program
- Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant license in CT (or ability to obtain)
- Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP or certified as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA
- Unrestricted CSR and DEA license (or willing to obtain prior to start)
The salary range for this role is $113,000 to $173,500 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. Primary Responsibilities:
The Physician Gastroenterology is responsible for:
Consulting with patients to understand their health concerns
Performing specialized tests to diagnose and treat patients
Evidence-based approach with appropriate use of endoscopic procedures, CT scan, MRI, Ultrasound, and other tests
Shared Hospital Call and Office Call required

Required Qualifications:
Medical Degree (MD, DO, M.B.B.S)
Licensed or willing to be licensed in the State of Texas
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
Unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain prior to employment
Preferred Qualification:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $371,000 to $735,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
