Job Details Project Managers are responsible for the overall execution of the automatic temperature control/building automation system installation.
Duties include the following: Review of mechanical, electrical, architectural, plumbing and fire alarm project plans, specifications, vendor equipment submittals, in-house submittal documents, estimates and proposals.
Project coordination with client, architect, engineer, construction manager and all contractors.
Scheduling of installation labor and acquisition of all materials.
Screening of subcontractors and awards of subcontracts.
Job-site walk-throughs and coordination meetings.
Progress billing, schedule of values, RFI’s.
Overseeing system commissioning and validation.
Owner training, system turnover and project closeout.
Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and experience in project management of HVAC systems with an emphasis on ATC/BAS system projects.
