DAY TO DAY:
Insight Global is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Integration Engineer who will lead engineering projects to improve manufacturing systems and process control, design and integrate optimized equipment and methods, and develop new measurement systems to enhance product quality. This individual will also manage equipment development projects—including trials, installation, and qualification—identify productivity improvements through new technologies, and analyze workforce utilization, workflow, and equipment layout to maximize efficiency. Additionally, the engineer will develop manufacturing specifications, coordinate the purchase of custom equipment, collaborate closely with Development, Manufacturing, IT, Process Engineering, and Maintenance teams, and troubleshoot system issues while supporting ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.

The Role
We are looking for a skilled Highway Truck Equipment Installer to join our production team. This is a hands-on role where you will transform bare truck chassis into high-performance workhorses. You aren't just "fixing" trucks; you are building them from the frame up using a mix of mechanical assembly, welding, hydraulics, and electrical work.
Key Responsibilities
Installation: Mount and install truck bodies (dump bodies, platforms, service bodies) and equipment (snowplows, salt spreaders, hoists, and liftgates).
Fabrication: Perform welding and torch cutting to modify frames or create custom brackets and mounts.
Hydraulics: Install and plumb hydraulic pumps, valves, reservoirs, and hoses to power heavy equipment.
Electrical: Wire electrical systems, including lighting packages, strobe lights, controllers, and camera systems.
Quality Control: Test all installed equipment to ensure it operates safely and meets Zwack Inc.’s high standards and manufacturer specifications.

- Engage Medicare members, pharmacies, and providers to close adherence and SUPD (Statin Use in Persons with Diabetes) gaps. Complete Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs) with Medicare members.

The HR Operations Specialist is the first point of contact for employee and manager HR requests through QXO’s HR Service Center. This role delivers Tier 1 case based support across the employee lifecycle by resolving standard inquiries, completing defined HR transactions, and guiding leaders and employees to the right processes, tools, and policies. Required Skills
Technical skills:
- Proficiency with Node, Typescript, and Python.
- Good understanding of system design concepts - distributed systems, reliability/performance tradeoffs
- Experience in API design, implementation, and documentation
- Experience using AI coding tools (Cursor, Github Copilot, Claude, etc)
- Experience working with CI/CD systems and good DevOps skills a nice to have
- Excellent documentation and testing habits
- Proficiency with version control (Git)

Experience
4-7 years of experience (or equivalent) as a software engineer.
We’re leveling this role to Pave’s “P4” level: Leads project teams, provides direction, and keeps stakeholders informed. Determines key milestones and provides updates and check-ins to relevant teams and partners.

Specific project experience
- Nice if you have worked on distributed architectures in the past, but not a strict requirement.
