Role Overview – Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales at Goldwin’s New York store. You will engage with customers on the sales floor, provide product knowledge rooted in performance and design, and support daily store operations to ensure a premium retail experience.

In addition to sales activities, you will actively support in-store event operations and contribute to the store’s social media efforts, including content creation and posting in coordination with store initiatives. Must Have

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations at the logistics center, including inbound, storage, picking/packing, outbound, returns, inventory accuracy, safety, staffing, and KPI performance. This brand-new facility will utilize state of the art technology to engage in parenteral (injectable) pharmaceutical production and packaging operations. This is an exciting and once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to help initiate and operate a new site.


There are numerous positions available for entry, mid-level and supervisory roles in manufacturing operations. The Manufacturing Science Associate will engage in various aspects of pharmaceutical production, including formulation, aseptic filling, visual inspection and secondary packaging, as well as equipment and process implementation activities required to bring the facility into service. Manufacturing Science personnel will be responsible for ensuring continuous supply of our medicines by expertly running the processes, troubleshooting, collaborating cross-functionally, and adhering to our safety first / quality always mindset. POSITION SUMMARY

The Operations Manager oversees all OSP and ISP construction activities for a large hyperscale data center project. This role ensures seamless execution of fiber installation, pathway construction, splicing, testing, and integration work while coordinating closely with the general contractor, client representatives, subcontractors, and field teams. This leader drives schedule performance, quality, safety, and operational efficiency across multiple workstreams in a fast paced, high security data center environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project & Field Operations

• Oversee daily OSP and ISP construction activities, including fiber installation, duct bank work, pathways, terminations, and testing

• Coordinate closely with the general contractor, client teams, and project leadership to align on schedule, scope, and priorities

• Manage field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification

• Monitor progress against project milestones and proactively resolve issues that impact schedule or quality

• Ensure compliance with hyperscale data center standards, security protocols, and documentation requirements

Technical Oversight

• Review construction drawings, fiber routes, splicing plans, and installation specifications

• Support QA/QC processes, including inspections, testing documentation, and close out packages

• Troubleshoot field challenges related to fiber routing, pathway constraints, and installation conflicts

• Ensure proper use of materials, equipment, and installation methods consistent with industry best practices

Leadership & Coordination

• Provide daily direction to field supervisors, foremen, and technicians

• Lead coordination meetings with GC, trades, and client stakeholders

• Maintain strong communication between field operations and project management teams

• Support workforce planning, staffing, and resource allocation across OSP/ISP workstreams

Administrative & Reporting

• Track production, labor hours, materials, and equipment usage

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control efforts

• Ensure accurate documentation for testing, as-builts, redlines, and turnover packages

• Maintain compliance with safety policies and client specific requirements

• OSP and ISP workstreams delivered on schedule with high quality and zero safety incidents

  • 10+ years of SAP delivery experience with multiple full-lifecycle SAP implementations
  • 5+ years leading SAP S/4HANA delivery in complex, enterprise environments
  • Proven experience managing large, cross-functional teams and system integrators
  • Experience delivering global or multi-country SAP programs preferred

SAP & Technical Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and core modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, QM, PM)
  • Experience with integrations (SAP CPI, PI/PO, third-party systems)
  • Familiarity with data migration, custom code remediation, and SAP Fiori
  • Understanding of SAP Activate methodology and best practices

Leadership & Skills

  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and complex transformation programs
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills
  • Strong financial acumen and delivery governance experience

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Engineering, or related field (required)
  • SAP S/4HANA or SAP Activate certification (preferred)
  • PMP, PgMP, Safe, or Agile certification (preferred)

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience with ERP transformations and legacy SAP ECC migrations
  • Background in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or regulated industries
  • Strong change management and organizational transformation mindset
