Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide family-centered care and ensure optimal outcomes for our smallest patients. Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations of newborns, including those with complex medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and family participation.
- Provide continuous monitoring and management of neonates in the NICU, addressing acute and chronic medical issues.
- Collaborate with pediatricians, surgeons, and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive care for newborns.
- Educate parents and families about their infant s condition, treatment options, and care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Engage in professional development and research opportunities to advance skills and knowledge in neonatology.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology.

- Approximately 80 - 90% breast imaging with 10-20% general. Could build to 100% breast (Share call with general radiology team)
