Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Engagement: Actively engage with diverse range of customer, identifying their needs, providing personalized eyewear recommendations, and delivering excellent customer service to meet personal sales and productivity goals
Operational Excellence: Complete daily operational tasks efficiently, including maintaining the sales floor, processing stock, replenishing merchandise, and ensuring store cleanliness and organization. Job Description:
We are seeking a data-driven growth marketer with a specialization in paid media to enhance our E-commerce team. Applicants should have at least six months of experience in paid media, including media planning and buying, and possess exceptional analytical skills. This role involves leading our paid search and media campaigns through platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager. A passion for mathematics and strategic thinking is essential, as you will be continually refining our performance marketing strategies to boost our brand presence. Paid Social Implementation and monitor:

- Conduct A/B testing to enhance ad performance by experimenting with different variations.
Data Analysis & Performance Reporting:
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to use data to optimize day-to-day campaign performance and conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective campaign elements
- Advanced-level Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, and data modeling to derive actionable insights and generate comprehensive performance reports

- Consistently forecast and manage daily, weekly, and monthly budget pacing with micro-level detail, aligned with the Ecommerce Department Lead and Finance Department
- Evaluate and integrate affiliate marketing, email marketing, and SMS marketing opportunities into the broader digital strategy
Qualifications:
- Must have completed a 4-year BA/BS degree in a related field such as Data Science, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, etc.
- 6 months to 2 years of paid media experience with strategy, execution, and analysis across platforms like Meta, TikTok, & Google Ads Manager, preferably within the luxury industry.
- Must have proficiency in GA4/Google Analytics 4
- Professional background from a top-tier marketing agency, e-commerce consumer brand, or paid marketing platform/tool provider.
- Must be proficient at Excel for performance analysis (pivot tables, formula building, etc)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Boost Sales: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. The key performance indicator for the Store Manager is sales performance, evaluated through sales data and various metrics such as Units Per Transaction (UPT) and conversion rate.
2. Sales Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improving store performance.
3. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by training and supervising staff to meet and exceed customer expectations, including uncovering customers’ need and provide prompt and friendly service ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied

The Store Manager at Gentle Monster is required to maintain strong working relationships primarily with the Head Quarter Global Store Operations Team in South Korea, as well as with the U.S. Corporate Leadership and other Store Managers in the U.S.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience (2 or more in a store manager role) in a retail environment or related area

Role description:
Arcadis is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support our US Staff Augmentation Business, with a primary focus on serving clients located on the East Coast. As part of our growth strategy, Arcadis aims to strengthen our current presence in this region and expand operations across the United States.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be primarily responsible for recruiting engineering professional services personnel for staff augmentation assignments at client sites.
Role accountabilities:
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist will drive full lifecycle recruiting to meet the talent needs of the business and exercise judgment for engagement, screening, placement and management of candidates at our Client sites using broadly defined practices and policies under minimal supervision. While this position will recruit for a variety of positions, there is a particular emphasis on technical recruiting for the Life Sciences industries. Examples of disciplines to be engaged will include but are not limited to: Process Engineers, Project Engineers, Project Schedulers, Project Management, CQV Engineers, I&C Engineers, Automation Engineers, Project Controls Engineers, etc.
- Use the most efficient, cost-effective candidate sources to fill positions, including, but not limited to: searches and posting using various career posting websites such as LinkedIn, Monster, Arcadis Careers Website, Arcadis database, referrals from existing Arcadis Operations and Staff Augmentation personnel, participation in job fairs and industry conferences/users groups, direct sourcing and other network referrals.
- Develop & manage the Arcadis Database of candidates and Clients to ensure candidate and Client information is readily accessible and up-to-date.
- Actively manage existing candidate and or Client relationships through personal communication and regular reporting.
- Identify, communicate and use cost-effective alternative sources to identify candidates and Clients where possible.
- Support special projects and other tasks as required.
- Update and manage ATS setup, requisitions templates, email templates, and other recruiting resources.
- Assist with managing and updating the company recruiting process and materials with a focus on our future growth
- Developing different lines of communication with prospective employees through email, LinkedIn messaging and phone calls
- Assist in proactively identifying both active and passive candidates through creative channel searches such as ATS searches, college boards, job fairs, etc.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably with a HR or Talent Acquisition Qualification.
- Must be highly motivated, responsive to change, pro-active, strong decision-maker and willing to take on new challenges.
- Ability to place candidates throughout the East Coast, and support work outside the region, as necessary.
- Strong knowledge of industry-specific job roles, skills, and qualifications.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Team Player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must possess strong writing and communication skills, outstanding presentation and negotiating skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of achieving recruitment goals and targets.

Position Overview
Big Impact Tech (BIT) is a Minority-Owned Small Business providing IT and business management consulting to federal and commercial clients. We deliver mission-focused solutions in data, cloud, cybersecurity, and program management.
We’re looking for a high-energy, hands-on Recruiter with 2-3 years to own recruiting from the ground up in a true startup environment. You’ll build processes, implement tools, and wear multiple hats in a fast-paced, high-impact role that combines recruiting with administrative support to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process: Sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback debriefs, offer negotiation, and pre-onboarding
- Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, , and employee referrals
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team culture, and success profiles
- Partner with external staffing agencies and recruiting firms to augment in-house efforts and meet aggressive hiring goals
- Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline health, offer acceptance rates) to leadership on a weekly/monthly basis
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint (fast response times, transparent communication, thoughtful feedback)
- Design, implement, and continuously improve recruiting processes, templates, tools, ATS setup, and employer branding from scratch
- Offer administrative support to the leadership team as needed
- Represent the company at career fairs, meetups, and events
- Develop and execute social media strategies to promote job openings, create engaging content (posts, videos, employee stories), and build employer brand on platforms like LinkedIn, ClearanceJobs and .
- Analyze social media and recruitment performance data to track engagement, optimize strategies, and improve candidate attraction.
- Ensure compliance with OFCCP regulations, including affirmative action outreach, recordkeeping, and reporting for federal contracting obligations
- Manage relationships with subcontractors and staffing agencies
- Specialized in full-cycle sourcing and recruiting for cleared technical roles (e.g., Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI), including passive candidate engagement and navigating security clearance requirements
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (tech, startup, or government contracting strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to source and close passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative methods
- High ownership mindset, sense of urgency, and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- U.S. citizenship and Active Secret clearance or clearable
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
