We're looking for a data-driven, revenue-obsessed Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale two high-impact lower-funnel channels: TikTok Shop Paid Ads and our Affiliate Program. This is not a branding role — this is pure performance marketing where every dollar is measured against revenue, ROAS, and new customer acquisition.
You'll join our Ecommerce team — working side by side with our Digital Media specialists who manage paid media across other channels. - Build our TikTok Shop ads program from the ground up — from initial implementation through to a scalable, data-informed paid strategy within TikTok Ads Manager.
- Own end-to-end campaign management: campaign structure, ad set configuration, creative deployment, budget allocation, and performance optimization against acquisition and ROAS targets.
- Conduct deep audience research to build and refine prospecting and retargeting segments; continuously test and optimize audience strategies to improve conversion efficiency.
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests across creative, audience, and bidding variables to systematically improve ad performance.
- Manage TikTok Shop's Commerce Center operations — including product catalog setup, inventory feed accuracy, data feed troubleshooting, and ongoing catalog health monitoring.
- Set and own clear KPIs: customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rate, and contribution to overall E-commerce revenue.

What We're Looking For
- Must have completed a 4-year BA/BS degree in a related field such as Data Science, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, etc.
- Must have proficiency in GA4/Google Analytics 4
- Must be proficient at Excel for performance analysis (pivot tables, formula building, etc)
- 1–3+ years in performance marketing, affiliate management, or paid social — ideally in a retail or E-commerce environment.
- Proven experience managing external agency relationships — setting expectations, reviewing performance, and driving accountability against hard targets.
- Strong analytical skills with fluency in ecommerce KPIs: ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV, conversion rate, and contribution margin.
- Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and programs (e.g., TikTok Shop affiliate, Impact, ShareASale, CJ, Rakuten, or similar).
- A testing mindset — you instinctively A/B test, iterate, and optimize rather than set-and-forget.
- Excellent communication skills — you can translate performance data into clear insights for leadership and cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Print Technology
- Configure, monitor, and maintain digital print technologies from M&R, Kornit, and Caldera.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, managing relationships and expectations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution across all stakeholders (clients, vendors, properties, etc.)
- Oversee and support client event activations, including on-site presence, product sampling, talent coordination, and hospitality management
- Develop and execute event marketing initiatives, including customized programs, promotions, and activations
- Manage and track program and event budgets, ensuring financial accountability, forecasting costs, and reconciling post-event expenses
- Prepare post-event reports, budget reconciliations, and client status updates
- Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business, brand, and competitive landscape.
- Assist with vendor contract negotiations, budget planning, and ensure deliverables meet contractual obligations
- Provide strategic input to optimize client programs, resolve challenges, and support new business development or client renewal efforts
- Project manage custom asset design, fabrication, and delivery, working closely with the creative and fabrication teams to ensure quality and budget alignment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Four or more years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an experiential or event agency setting, with a background in client management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor and confidence in client interactions
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, effectively communicating insights and recommendations
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent time management, project management, organizational, and budget management skills
- Demonstrated ability to foster strong relationships with clients, internal teams, vendors, and event partners to ensure seamless collaboration
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the year and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Experience with event production and mobile tours

The Opportunity:
The Manager of Patient Access is responsible for planning, developing, organizing, and managing the Patient Access department and is responsible for performance and effectiveness of these department(s). The Manager will be responsible for the coaching and development of all staff performing these functions and implementing short and long-term plans and objectives to improve customer service and collect quality information. As a subject matter expert, this person must provide leadership and contribute to the revenue cycle and organizational goals and is responsible for meeting the mission and goals of Ensemble Health Partners, as well as meeting regulatory compliance requirements. The Manager of Patient Access will work closely with the Director of Patient Access to align processes and procedures with Ensemble Health Partners policies at an assigned facility or market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manager is responsible for directly managing the operations for the admitting, registration, and financial services departments at the acute care locations.
- Develops and manages departmental staffing needs. Prepares monthly reports as requested. Establishes departmental goals with the staff to optimize performance and meet organizational while improving operations to increase customer satisfaction and meet financial goals of the organization. Coordinates employee work schedules to provide adequate daily staffing coverage.
- Collects, interprets and communicates performance data using various tools and systems, while also using this data to make decisions on how to achieve performance goals. Works with internal and external customers to make key decisions, impacting either the whole organization or an individual patient. Works closely with ancillary departments to establish and maintain positive relations to ensure revenue cycle goals are achieved.
- Assists in the development of dyad-reporting patient access staff. Provides training, education, goal-setting, and performance interventions as necessary to ensure adequate performance.

Employment Qualifications:
- Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification
- Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) certification
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience in Healthcare Management/Administration
Experience We Love:
- Minimum 2 3 year's management experience in healthcare industry
- Patient Access experience with managed care/insurance or call center preferred
- Experience with Microsoft a must
- Ability to balance numerous priorities, therefore requiring great skills in prioritization
- Ability to understand and master numerous computer applications, while also understanding information technology enough to work with the I.T. department to ensure the technological needs of the department are being met
