Required or Preferred Experience:

MAJOR PURPOSE:

Working in the Accelerated Design Verification (ADV) group to provide project support performing test setup, monitoring, inspection, and reporting using procedures and criteria set forth in the test plan. This is a 3rd shift position. (10p-6:30a).


MAJOR DUTIES:

Assembly of test rigs based on layout drawings and setup instructions. This includes:

Mechanical assembly using hand tools and battery/air impact wrenches

Use of overhead cranes

Connecting hydraulic plumbing

Connecting electrical control cables

Requires bending, kneeling, working at floor level

Must be able to lift 25 lbs

Document any changes to the setup procedure and layout drawings for continuous improvement.

Monitor and adjust test controls as necessary to keep the tests running efficiently.

Perform test specimen inspections and make repairs as required by the defined test parameters.

Document all test related incidents and activities using a web-based application.

Contact the appropriate personnel as required to prevent safety issues, environmental issues, and failures to test equipment or specimens and perform emergency shutoff procedures if necessary.

Perform routine lab maintenance and cleaning. Including, but not limited to, mopping, vacuuming, organizing, and putting away tools/equipment in the lab.

Pick up parts from the Parts Distribution Center and perform various other errands.


PREFERRED BACKGROUND

Experience working on machinery (tear down and repair), mechanic/mechanical background

Knowledge of Windows file/folder structure and how to copy/move/rename files

Good computer skills with Microsoft Office

Ability to read dimensioned part drawings and test layout drawings

Ability to work independently

Position Overview

Design graphics that will be seen globally. As an Associate Women’s Graphic Designer supporting Off-White Womenswear and Scotch & Soda, you will contribute to seasonal collections for two internationally recognized brands with distinct and influential creative identities.

Reporting to the Art Director, you will help shape seasonal graphics, prints, embroideries, and branded assets β€” translating creative direction into precise, production-ready artwork. This role offers hands-on involvement in the full graphic development process, from concept exploration through final production approval.

Working cross-functionally with Design, Product Development, Production, and global vendor partners, you will ensure artwork is executed with technical accuracy, brand consistency, and commercial awareness. Key Responsibilities

Β· Support the development of seasonal graphic concepts, prints, placements, and embroideries that reflect the distinct identities of Off-White and Scotch & Soda while aligning with global brand strategies.

Β· Translate creative direction into accurate, production-ready artwork packages, ensuring technical precision, correct scaling, color separations, and placement for global manufacturing.

Β· Prepare detailed technical worksheets and graphic specification packages, including CAD layouts, measurement callouts, color standards, and construction notes to support seamless development and production execution.

Β· Collaborate closely with Product Development and overseas vendors to review strike-offs, lab dips, embroidery samples, and print submissions, ensuring artwork integrity and brand consistency through final approval.

Β· Contribute to original artwork development, typography exploration, and visual storytelling that supports seasonal narratives and branded collections.

Β· Manage artwork revisions and updates throughout the development cycle, maintaining version control and organized digital asset libraries.

Β· Research global graphic trends, print techniques, and cultural influences to inform innovative, commercially relevant design solutions.

Β· Balance multiple seasons and deadlines within a fast-paced calendar while maintaining accuracy, creativity, and operational excellence.

Β· Leverage advanced AI-driven design tools, including Straight Lines AI, to support concept development, print exploration, and workflow optimization. Qualifications & Skills

Β· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field

Β· 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (fashion industry preferred)

Β· Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; strong digital file management skills

Β· Pointecarre experience is a plus

Β· Strong eye for typography, layout, color, and visual balance

Β· Understanding of garment construction and production processes

Β· Experience working with branded collections in womenswear or sportswear

Β· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment

Β· Experience with PLM systems

Β· Familiarity or interest in leveraging AI-driven creative tools within the design process is a plus

What The Role Entails



We are seeking an authoritative and highly technical Senior Manager to lead the design, coordination, and delivery of telecommunications infrastructure across our global hyperscale data center portfolio. Focusing primarily on the Americas (AMERs) and Latin America (LATAM) with global oversight, this role transitions beyond individual engineering to full portfolio and personnel management. The ideal candidate will direct regional engineering staff, govern vendor relationships, enforce strict project execution sequencing, and ensure world-class delivery of our telecom strategy.



What You Will Get To Do



Team Leadership


Β· Directly manage, develop, and allocate resources for regional telecom engineering and development staff.

Β· Enforce strict project sequencing, ensuring internal scope and lease alignment is locked prior to external contractor pricing or legal counsel engagement.

Β· Manage departmental OpEx/CapEx budgets and oversee the external vendor bidding, negotiation, and award process.

Β· Serve as the primary technical authority and escalation point between CloudHQ, external design partners, and Tier 1 carriers.

Β· Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and regional team members, ensuring strict adherence to corporate protocols.



Technical Architecture & Design


Β· Oversee and approve all telecommunications design packages across AMER, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.

Β· Architect OSP, ISP, ICN, and interconnect strategies at both campus and metro scales.

Β· Govern diverse fiber routing strategies and carrier-neutral MMR design standards.

Β· Direct high-density structured cabling architecture and long-term scalability planning.

Β· Coordinate Layer 2 and Layer 3 architecture, IP addressing schemes, and VLAN segmentation with network engineering teams.

Β· Evaluate designs against N, N+1, 2N, and 2N+1 redundancy models and fault-tolerant principles.

Β· Ensure cross-regional compliance with TIA-942, BICSI, IEEE, and applicable local codes and standards.



Project Execution & Delivery


Β· Manage and track multiple hyperscale projects simultaneously, holding internal teams and external vendors accountable to schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

Β· Identify risks, gaps, and design conflicts early, actively driving effective technical and commercial solutions.

Β· Develop, maintain, and govern telecom design standards, specifications, and best practices across the global portfolio.

Β· Review, coordinate, and formally approve telecom drawing markups and design packages (utilizing Bluebeam, Visio, and CAD tools).

Β· Lead telecom infrastructure audits and long-term capacity planning initiatives.

Β· Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional executive teams including IT, network engineering, construction, and facilities.

What You Bring To The Role



Β· A Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Β· A minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in telecommunications or network infrastructure engineering, including direct personnel and team management experience.

Β· 5+ years of mission-critical or hyperscale data center experience.

Β· Demonstrated experience leading multi-region or global telecom deployments and managing distributed regional staff.

Β· Executive presence with the ability to lead technical meetings, negotiate with external design partners, and enforce strict project governance.

Β· Highly organized with strong project management, documentation, and budget tracking skills.

Β· Strong proficiency in engineering review software (Bluebeam, Microsoft Visio, CAD).

Β· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

Β· Experience working on international projects across the US, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
