The Single-Family Underwriter assists with the success of the Agency’s Single-Family programs. Primary responsibilities include mortgage underwriting and analysis, review of loan closing documents and communication with the lender network for all Single-Family Programs. 



ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform underwriting file review and evaluate loan to determine compliance with Agency/Investor guidelines to include data validation, appropriate calculations of income, assets, debt to income, loan to values, review of credit report and collateral/appraisals.
  • Determine and communicate underwriting decision to the appropriate individuals
  • Clearly communicate with lenders regularly regarding status and items that are outstanding and assist in addressing questions
  • Evaluate and approve loan conditions
  • Interface with loan reservation system, inclusive of ensuring accuracy of data, dispositioning approved loans to “Underwriter Certified” and monitoring third party document deficiencies, etc.
  • Review closing documents for each loan and/or MCC to ensure accuracy prior to closing 
  • Review funding/wire requests for down payment assistance loans prior to submission to the Financial Management Department
  • Assist with clearing post-closing deficiencies required to be cleared for loans to be purchased 
  • Represent the Agency at homeownership events and promote Single Family Programs
  • Perform other duties as required 

KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or finance or equivalent years of experience is required
  • 3 -5 years’ experience of mortgage underwriting of FHA, VA, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae loan products, knowledge of bond programs a plus
  • Understanding of mortgage concepts, practices and procedures
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate complex financial and asset statements, personal and business income tax returns
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to pay strong attention to detail 
  • Must be able to successfully and autonomously manage projects of a varied and complex nature

Job Responsibilities:


  • Supervise, assist in planning and executing all corrective, preventive and predictive electrical maintenance tasks for the Aggregate Plant, Primary System and Quarry at the Pennsuco facility, based on engineered maintenance programs to maximize equipment availability and runtime.
  • Regular maintenance, inspections and evaluations of all power distribution, motor control, instrumentation, PLC & automation/control systems.
  • Evaluate and implement necessary power distribution and motor control infrastructure upgrades or enhancements to ensure reliable operation.
  • Assist with the implementation and execution of a calendar-based preventive maintenance program.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex industrial equipment and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and reasoning skills; strong supervisory skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of NFPA 70E, NEC and CFR 30 Part 56 regulatory documents.
  • Experience with power distribution systems up to 13.8 kV required, up to 230KV a plus.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance and maintenance management of electrical equipment related to a large industrial facility, such as MCCs, VFDs, transformers, power lines, large AC and DC motors, DC generators, etc.
  • Ability to interpret and create ladder logic diagrams, logic diagrams, process flow diagrams and electrical schematics.
  • Excellent computer skills including use of Microsoft Office suite and MS Project. CMMS experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of root cause analysis methodology
  • Safety conscious work ethic for the protection of self and all others in the work area.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of limestone quarry operations is preferred.

The Boeing Company is seeking highly motivated, organized, and strategic individuals for Mid-Level or Senior Customer Engineers to join our team in North Charleston, South Carolina.  This individual would be part of the Customer Engineering team supporting the 787 program at the Delivery Center throughout the airplane production cycle and through Delivery.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Frequently interact with Boeing Sales, Marketing, Contracts and airplane program leadership
  • Developing a close working relationship with the Customer Engineering Account Manager
  • Receive and reply to Customer Correspondence
  • Coordinate with Customer to understand the technical issues and concerns representing The Boeing Company
  • Elevate/Coordinate with Program Engineering groups as required
  • Act as a point of contact for daily verbal Customer input and as a representative of the airline to the various Boeing organizations
  • Gather delivery technical support data, e.g. Change Notice (CN) difference list, etc.
  • Authoring Miscellaneous Contracts Commitments (MCC), Rapid Revisions (RR) and Modification Revisions (MR) as needed
  • Coordinate with Feature Management, Program Engineering, and Certification office on Boeing participation in resolution of Certification issues
  • Provide coordination with Customer Quality Support (CQS) on delivery condition items and unresolved Customer Items
  • Perform the coordination with Program Engineering, Contracts and Program Management Office (PMO) to develop delivery commitments
  • Create the draft Delivery Exception and Commitment letter
  • Attend all customer meetings related to delivery milestones at Boeing South Carolina (BSC); i.e.: Factory Status, Field Status, etc.
  • May require working off-hours, weekends and/or holidays to support airplane delivery milestones
  • Coordinate with diverse technical and business organizations within Boeing

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry.
  • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • ABET accreditation
  • Aerospace experience
  • Level 4: 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience and familiarity with airplane configuration processes and procedures.
  • Expertise in resolving cross-functional and cross-program technical issues.
  • Proven ability to lead with the Boeing values & behaviors.
  • Experience applying systems engineering and project management best practices.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Objective:

Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations meet the approved design, performance standards, and regulatory requirements through inspection, verification, and proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Systems

  • Inspect electrical equipment, wiring, and installations to ensure compliance with approved designs and regulations.
  • Review instrument calibration certificates and loop testing documents.
  • Check instrument air systems, tubing, and junction box installations.
  • Verify grounding, bonding, and safety disconnect systems.
  • Inspect motor control centers (MCC), variable frequency drives (VFD), and power distribution systems.
  • Review electrical documentation and as-built drawings.

Mechanical Systems
