Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced, Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) Welder to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals who have experience and are eager to grow within a structured and supportive environment. You will assist in the welding, fabrication, and assembly of propellant space tank systems and sub-assemblies.



Pay Range: $40 to $60 per hour.



Position Requirements
  • Weld, assemble, and fabricate various propellant space tank systems and sub-assembly components using GTAW (TIG) welding methods
  • Use precision-calibrated tools such as torque wrenches, micrometers, and calipers to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Perform work in accordance with detailed procedures, specifications, and test instructions
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing work instructions
  • Utilize various mechanical tools and equipment with minimal supervision
  • Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other heavy equipment safely
  • Perform surface preparation processes such as blending, filing, and abrading of flight hardware
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety standards

Qualifications:

Role Summary

The Senior CSA Superintendent leads field execution of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) scope on mission-critical data center projects. This role owns day-to-day site leadership for CSA work: site logistics, safety, schedule, subcontractor coordination, quality, and turnover readiness. Β· Develop, maintain, and govern telecom design standards, specifications, and best practices across the global portfolio.

Β· Review, coordinate, and formally approve telecom drawing markups and design packages (utilizing Bluebeam, Visio, and CAD tools).

Β· Lead telecom infrastructure audits and long-term capacity planning initiatives.

Β· Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional executive teams including IT, network engineering, construction, and facilities.

What You Bring To The Role



Β· A Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Β· A minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in telecommunications or network infrastructure engineering, including direct personnel and team management experience.

Β· 5+ years of mission-critical or hyperscale data center experience.

Β· Demonstrated experience leading multi-region or global telecom deployments and managing distributed regional staff.

Β· Executive presence with the ability to lead technical meetings, negotiate with external design partners, and enforce strict project governance.

Β· Highly organized with strong project management, documentation, and budget tracking skills.

Β· Strong proficiency in engineering review software (Bluebeam, Microsoft Visio, CAD).

Β· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.



Our Ideal Candidate Will Also Possess



Β· Experience working on international projects across the US, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.

Β· Deep familiarity with data center telecom infrastructure, structured cabling systems, fiber routing, and carrier interconnection strategies.

Β· Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards including TIA-942, BICSI, IEEE, and regional codes.

Β· Professional certifications such as BICSI RCDD, PMP (Project Management Professional), and CCNP are strongly preferred.

We seek a dedicated Estimator to join our team and play a pivotal role in the pre-construction phase, serving as the essential bridge between our business development and construction operations teams.


Position Overview:

As the Estimator, you will be the lead point of responsibility and accountability during the pre-construction phase. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our standards of daily performance and procedures are met from project inception to turnover to the operations team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop precise estimates and competitive bids for construction projects.
  • Perform self-led take-offs to gather necessary data for bids.
  • Review construction plans, specifications, and perform take-offs to gather bid information.
  • Assess sites to collect data for estimates on renovations and modifications to existing
  • buildings.
  • Design and propose solutions for client-specific needs.
  • Operate the company’s estimating software to produce accurate bids and estimates.
  • Coordination with Business Development.
  • Training & Assistance to other Pre-Construction Team members.
  • Developing Future Tools & Procedures for Pre-Construction Team.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in mathematics, including basic arithmetic, algebra, and geometry.
  • Advanced knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction disciplines.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Word and Excel.
  • Excellent typing skills and ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in construction, including work with multi-level
  • Structures, multiple division scopes, & various Operational conditions/procedures.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and enthusiasm for new challenges and initiatives.
