What You’ll Do

Lead Projects from Start to Finish

• Manage cast-in-place, precast, and restoration concrete scopes
• Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Drive projects to completion safely, on time, and within budget

Own the Financial Performance

This position serves as the Project Executive for all jobs in which they are involved. Responsibilities include overall oversight of project financials including cost spread/estimates, cost reports, overall profitability, and change orders. POSITION SUMMARY:

The Superintendent is responsible for field operations on the project(s) assigned to achieve safe, quality, and profitable projects completed in a timely manner. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Safety

Operational

• Be familiar with and follow the Cantera Concrete Staff Organization document for managing projects

• Participate in the Job Turnover Process with the Estimator, Project Manager, General Superintendent, plus other members of the Cantera leadership team
• Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force
• Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients, including representatives of Owner and Architect/Engineer

Job Summary:

The Concrete Quality and Mix Design Lead will support continuous improvement across our Quality Control, Engineering, and Production Operations teams by analyzing concrete data, investigating nonconformances, and helping implement solutions that enhance concrete quality and efficiency. This role provides hands-on exposure to modern concrete technology, data-driven quality systems, and advanced inspection technologies.

Essential Functions:

1. Results Matter. Analyze concrete data, defect trends, rework reports, and error-rate metrics to identify high-impact improvement opportunities; verify trowel side embeds using laser measurements after casting to ensure placement accuracy; and strengthen quality consistency by contributing to the development and refinement of SOPs, inspection checklists, and digital documentation tools.
2. Mastery. Demonstrate technical expertise by conducting root-cause investigations and supporting corrective and preventive action plans that improve process consistency and quality outcomes; leverage systems such as Piece Tracker, AGQC, and EXACT to monitor and manage production data; apply hands-on knowledge of finishing products and chemical dosing in mixer trucks; and serve as the backup concrete tester when the lab technician is unavailable to maintain uninterrupted quality verification.
3. Respect and Engage. Promote collaborative problem solving by collecting and analyzing concrete test data alongside chemical dosing adjustments, enabling teams to understand mix performance and implement data-driven improvements to production and quality outcomes.

• Inspect and test concrete samples to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Conduct pre-pour and post-pour inspections of forms, molds, and reinforcement placement.
• Perform wet and hardened concrete testing (e.g., slump, air content, compressive strength).
• Monitor curing processes and verify proper procedures are followed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, tests, and corrective actions.
• Communicate with production teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Assist in developing and improving quality control procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or associate degree in construction or materials science is a plus.

As a Sales Strategy & Operations (SS&O) team, our mission is to power sustainable revenue growth for Pinterest with datadriven strategic insights and decision making, tight management against them and highimpact revenue management. This role sits within the SS&O team supporting Programmatic Sales, partnering closely with the VP, GM Programmatic Ads Sales and Programmatic Sales leadership to shape and scale a priority growth business for Pinterest.

What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Strategy & Operations for Agency & Programmatic, and in close partnership with the VP, GM Programmatic Ads Sales, you will develop and bring to life datadriven strategies to accelerate growth in this critical business vertical. In this role, you will:

  Lead the analytics and forecasting engine for Programmatic Sales by designing and maintaining revenue forecasts, pipeline and coverage models, performance scorecards, and forwardlooking views that help leadership make fast, datadriven decisions.

  Build and manage core reporting and dashboards (in partnership with Data, Finance and BizOps) that surface clear, actionable views of programmatic performance across regions, channels, partners, and products - and continually refine these based on stakeholder needs.
