Whatโs the Job?
- Operate CMM machines (e.g., MicroVu, OGP Smartscope) to inspect machined parts and assemblies.
- Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) requirements.
- Execute pre-written CMM inspection programs and record results accurately.
- Write, edit, and debug CMM programs (preferably using software such InSpec and Zone3).

- Assist in nationwide manpower dispatch based on operational demand.

The Project Manager for our Contract Glazing division is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale commercial glazing projects. This position requires exceptional communication, scheduling discipline, and leadership to ensure every project is delivered safely, profitably, and on time. The Project Manager acts as the central hub of communication- connecting clients, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams while maintaining clear visibility on schedule, scope, and expectations from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule Leadership
ยท Develop, maintain, and drive detailed project schedules, from submittal approval through fabrication, delivery, installation, and punch-out.
ยท Coordinate with fabrication partners, suppliers, and field leadership to forecast lead times and prevent schedule gaps or material delays.

This role will be responsible for overseeing project foremen and field crews, ensuring quality installation, compliance with schedules and safety standards, and fostering a culture of training, accountability, and performance.
Responsibilities:
Project Oversight
- Coordinate and manage multifamily electrical construction projects through assigned foremen.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience

The successful Paving Superintendent candidate will supervise, provide direction and guidance to job site Foremen on day-to-day field operations relating to asphalt placement activities at various sites.
Responsibilities:
- Perform job site quality control checks; ensure quality assurance on all phases of work; visit assigned job sites on a continuous basis to assess the productivity, quality, safety, and scheduling of manpower and equipment and report to the appropriate person(s); ensure efficiency and quality work relating to the placement of asphalt; ensure the punch list for job cleanup is completed and a documented follow up walk-through done to ensure all punch list items have been addressed.

What you bring to the table
Must be at least 21 years of age.ย
Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
Valid U.S. driverโs license issued by the state of legal residence with proper endorsements if required
No more than two convictions in the past two-year period for traffic violations, no DUI convictions in the past three years, no driverโs license suspensions in the past three years.
Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months of driving experience in the food and beverage delivery industry required.
