As an Office Support Clerk, you will work closely with the Human Resources Manager and Admin team to provide office support, including light maintenance and office upkeep. You will also participate in special projects as requested by various departments and provide backup to other administrative positions as needed.

• Oversee daily mailroom operations
• Monitor and replenish office, kitchen, and break room supplies
• Maintain an organized inventory system and coordinate weekly supply orders
• Assist with meeting support, including room setup, lunch pickup, and collaborate on company meetings
• Provide support and cross-training in front desk and administrative duties, including reception coverage and facility walk-throughs
• Maintain office equipment such as printers, postage machines, and coffee machines
• Manage vendor relationships for office equipment and facility needs

JOB TITLE: Production Supervisor

Reports to: Manufacturing Manager or Lead Supervisor

SUMMARY: Kayem’s production supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating the work of production teams to ensure efficient manufacturing operations and quality food production in a safe and cost-effective way to achieve performance targets. The person in this key role is responsible for overseeing production schedules, maintaining compliance with safety, quality, policy and applicable laws and standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The supervisor will provide leadership in hiring, training, performance management, and employee development, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Creates and maintains a culture of safety.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Production Management and Operations Oversight

•Ensures compliance with product quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

•Develops and executes operational schedules to meet production targets to ensure customer orders are produced on time and in full.

•Plans for and ensures appropriate staffing levels are met.

•Monitors workflow, machine utilization, and team performance to maximize operational efficiency.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Pay Range

The base pay range for this role is $70K-$80K USD/annually.

The listed salary range represents Kayem Foods’ good faith estimate for this position and represents the minimum and maximum for new hire pay ranges.

Ranges are reviewed on a regular basis. An employee’s rate of pay within the range is determined by their qualifications, relevant experience, and demonstrated performance over time. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued wage growth. • Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times

• Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas

• Identify and eliminate process variation impacting product quality, weight control, and consistency

• Develop, standardize, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to implement improvements
• Use data and statistical tools to monitor KPIs (waste, scrap, throughput, changeover time, energy usage)Support automation, line balancing, and capacity expansion projects
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements (HACCP, GMP, SQF, BRC, FDA/USDA as applicable)Train production teams on continuous improvement tools and standardized processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Qualifications

Required Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5+ years of industrial or manufacturing safety experience required (food manufacturing experience preferred).
• Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA regulations and manufacturing safety standards.

Technical Skills

• Strong computer systems proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with safety management systems, HRIS platforms, incident tracking software, and digital documentation systems.
• Ability to analyze data and create clear, actionable reports and presentations.

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and transformation of the maintenance functions. This role ensures optimum operational efficiency, equipment reliability, food safety compliance, and asset stewardship while aligning maintenance strategy with Furmano Foods’ operational and financial objectives. The Maintenance Manager will lead the transition from a reactive maintenance model to a planned, preventive, predictive, and asset-focused operating system that reduces downtime, improves preventive maintenance compliance, strengthens food safety protections, and supports sustainable profitability.

Leadership & Supervisory Responsibilities:

• · Provide leadership and oversight for the Maintenance Group.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Join our growing Supply Chain team as a Strategic Sourcing Specialist and play a key role in supporting a stable, healthy, and rapidly expanding food and beverage ingredient distribution business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic & Tactical Sourcing

• Lead supplier negotiations for pricing, MOQs, freight terms, and payment terms.
• Develop dual-sourcing strategies to reduce supply risk.
• Track commodity and market trends impacting ingredient costs.

Supplier Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with domestic and international manufacturers.
• Evaluate and qualify new suppliers to support growth initiatives.
• Monitor supplier performance (OTIF, quality, responsiveness).
• Resolve supply, quality, or logistics issues directly with vendors.

Regulatory & Quality Support

• Collaborate with QA to ensure compliance with:

Inventory & Operations Coordination

• Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to manage:
• Inventory levels and safety stock

Cross-Functional & Commercial Support

• Provide market insight and cost updates to the sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS

Reports to: Director, Information Technology

SUMMARY:

The D365 Developer is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) modules, with a strong emphasis on Finance, Supply Chain, and related business processes. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, including finance leadership, to ensure system solutions align with organizational goals, compliance standards, and performance targets. Additionally, the developer will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making across the business. Position Summary:

The Senior Food Scientist will lead technical projects that support Karlsburger Foods' strategic business goals, including new product development, product optimization, cost savings, quality improvement, and troubleshooting. This role will focus on a range of product forms including dry powders, broths concentrate, stocks concentrate, sauces, and gravies. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with deep experience in savory product development and commercialization, especially in powdered and concentrated formats.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Lead new product development projects with emphasis on dry powders, soup/broth bases, and seasoning blends.
• Optimize existing powdered, liquid and paste products for quality, shelf-life, and cost.
• Execute plant trials, product validations, and troubleshooting in both dry and wet processing environments.
• Maintain accurate and detailed technical documentation, including formulations, batching instructions, and product specifications.

Furmano Foods is looking for an Electrician for our 3rd shift. Individual must perform maintenance repairs, troubleshooting, and support our food production and labeling operations. The role is responsible for work order completion of planned projects as well as addressing breakdowns, failures, and repairs. Scheduled: Monday - Friday 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm
 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild, replace and complete all required repairs on diesel equipment (i.e., tractors, trailers, bobtails, lift gates, etc.).

• Perform preventative maintenance within DOT standards.

• Receive road calls, assign third party vendor, and work with business partners on plan of action.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with workplace safety rules/regulations and government guidelines.

• Utilize fleet maintenance software system tablet to fully document equipment repair and parts used.

• Backup to other maintenance shop personnel.

• Willingness and capacity to assume increased responsibility and certificates.

• Other duties as assigned by manager.

RELATIONSHIPS

• Internal: All Fleet Technicians, Drivers, Coordinators and Manager

• External: Vendor service providers when required

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Onsite: The associate in this role is expected to perform assigned responsibilities inside a US Foods maintenance facility.

• Must be willing to work in extreme temperatures and weather conditions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have 3 years of verifiable hands-on experience as a heavy-duty commercial diesel mechanic.

• Diagnostic and troubleshooting competency relating to equipment repairs.

• Successfully demonstrated independent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Prior experience in administering appropriate PM program.

• Must furnish own personal hand tools.

• Able to read and write legibly (e.g., to attend trainings, hold conversations, receive safety and job-related coaching, and enter information on reports if needed); basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, divide).

EDUCATION

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

LICENSES

• Must possess a valid driver's license.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Class-A CDL license and DOT certification

• Experience using fleet maintenance software

• Welding ability

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $31.73-$33.73

As applicable, this role will also  receive overtime compensation.
