The Care Management Program Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day oversight, coaching, and performance management of Care Management Care Coordinators delivering person-centered Care Management services to eligible Medi-Cal members with complex medical, behavioral health, and social needs.

This role ensures that Care Management services are delivered in alignment with DHCS requirements, managed care plan contracts, and organizational standards.

Review documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance, including assessments, care plans, case notes, and service logs.

Housing & Homelessness Services works to build a robust, integrated, and coordinated system for housing and homelessness services and acts as the County's point of contact on homelessness strategic planning and program development. Formerly the Office of Homeless Care and Coordination (OHCC), Housing & Homelessness Services (H&H) works to improve health and housing outcomes among people experiencing homelessness.

POSITION

Under direction, to plan, design and conduct operational, policy and programmatic studies; to recommend and assist with the implementation of program, policy and procedure modifications; to assist with the general administrative support of the organizational unit to which assigned; and to do related work as required.

DISTINGUISHING FEATURES

Positions in this class normally independently perform sophisticated research and a variety of operational and policy analysis activities designed to maximize resource utilization and operational effectiveness in the organizational unit to which assigned. This class is distinguished from Senior Management Analyst which regularly provides work direction to a small professional staff. It is further distinguished from the Administrative Specialist and Administrative Services Officer classes in that the focus of the Management Analyst class is on operational and policy research, rather than the provision of ongoing administrative services.

Equivalent to three years of full-time professional level experience in independently providing complex administrative or management services, including planning, organizing and conducting high level administrative, organizational or related studies, preferably in a public agency setting.

Service Account Manager

The Service Account Manager is a vital part of the U.S. Engineering Service team that is responsible for sales and operations activities. Oversees all aspects of the service business for specific customers. Principal Duties and Accountabilities:

  • Overall responsible for account management, and customer satisfaction for specified customers.
  • Responsible for selling, managing, and the renewal of preventative maintenance and other service agreement offerings for specified customers.
  • Responsible for developing the appropriate repair or replacement approach, estimating repairs / replacements / services, and presenting proposals to specified service customers.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or HVAC not required, but a plus or equivalent years of experience.


Experience:

  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC and/or PLUMBING systems as well as servicing of those systems.
  • Equivalent combination of field and relevant leadership experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required. This could include any of the below, or a combination of:
  • Project management, service management, and sales within commercial and industrial environments in the mechanical construction industry.
  • Field experiences servicing and/or installing HVAC and/or PLUMBING systems.



Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Knowledge of mechanical service and construction industry practices, processes, and standards – including systems design, installation, and servicing.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • The range for this position has been established at $90k to $127K annually and is U.S. Engineering Service’s good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of the posting. The compensation offered to the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. Compensation for this role includes a base salary complemented by commission opportunities based on the Account Manager’s individual sales performance and attainment of sales targets

  • Request reporting packages and updates from borrowers to complete reports and analysis, as necessary
  • Proactively monitor local markets, real estate industry news and trends as well as specific tenant health
  • Review monthly loan reporting packages and summarize key metrics, changes and risks


Qualifications


  • Minimum of two to three years of relevant experience in commercial real estate asset management, credit, or investments required; exposure to both debt and equity asset types preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, including hands-on experience updating and analyzing complex financial and valuation models; comfort navigating multi-tab models and identifying errors or anomalies in model outputs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint) and Argus software
  • Ability to input, reconcile, and gross up partnership-level financial data is a plus but not required
  • Familiarity with NAV calculations and fair value modeling for real estate investment vehicles preferred
  •   Experience managing or reporting on large portfolios of partnership or joint venture assets, including aggregating financials from multiple deals
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented, resourceful, and highly motivated with a strong work ethic and pride of ownership in end work product
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work well under time/other constraints

RESPONSIBILITIES

Career Strategy & Development

  • Design and implement a firmwide career development framework for paralegals, encompassing structured career pathways, competency models, and clear advancement criteria that align individual growth with firm strategy.
  • Lead end-to-end paralegal talent management — from recruitment and onboarding through ongoing development — identifying opportunities that serve both individual career goals and firm needs.
  • Oversee the performance evaluation process and establish benchmarking standards that drive consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the paralegal population.
  • Ensure all paralegals have the resources, tools, and support needed to deliver responsive, high-quality, client-focused service.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and all applicable professional development requirements, including CLE obligations and technical competency standards
  • Lead regular meetings across the paralegal population to share updates on firm news and active matters, align on priorities, and drive ongoing training and professional development conversations.

Resource Management

  • Optimize resource allocation, project staffing, and workflow processes to maximize efficiency and ensure the right talent is deployed to the right matters.
  • Monitor performance metrics and workload distribution to ensure billable hour targets are consistently met, making proactive adjustments as needs shift.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between attorneys, legal teams, and administrative leadership to ensure seamless integration of paralegal resources within case teams and drive opportunities for improved service delivery and efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and advocacy for paralegal professionals, aligning team goals with firm priorities, ensuring staffing levels meet business needs while promoting a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Change Management & Innovation

  • Champion the use of new technologies and practice-specific tools to enhance productivity and collaboration.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and innovations in legal service delivery; serve as a thought leader within the department and broader firm.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years as a practicing paralegal with a strong preference for trial experience; law firm, government agency, or investigations background also highly valued.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced legal education or training — including a J.D. welcomed.
  • Periodic travel to regional offices to support collaboration and projects.
  • Proven leadership experience managing legal support teams or paralegal departments in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, deliver results, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
