As a Commercial Account Executive at Panther Labs, you will be helping industry-leading security teams adopt and use our product to secure their organizations. In this role, you will be actively selling to new and existing accounts - prospecting, pitching, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
As a member of the sales team, you will be the first point of contact for new prospects to learn more about Panther's product and will be key to driving new revenue opportunities for the business. By collaborating closely with various internal stakeholders, you will create a strong feedback loop with our product team with feedback driven by customer demand.

The Responsibilities
- Develop and implement outbound strategies to introduce Panther to Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts.
- Convert our inbound demand into new closed business.
- Assist in the creation of sales assets by identifying gaps and suggesting improvements in our evolving sales process.

The Requirements

Cash compensation range: $180,000 to $220,000 OTE (50/50 pay split) USD Annually dependent on experience. The cash compensation above includes base salary and on-target commission for employees in eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full-time Pantherinos are eligible to participate in our equity plan to receive Incentive Stock Options (ISO). The Associate Director, Omnichannel & Marketing Capabilities is a hybrid strategic and technical leader responsible for defining and building the marketing technology infrastructure that powers Galderma's US commercial business. This role acts as the primary bridge between business strategy and technical execution, serving the four major US business units. This individual will lead the design and implementation of the technical roadmap, with a specific hands-on focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Journey Builder to orchestrate complex customer experiences. This high-visibility role will partner closely with Omnichannel Leads, Brand Marketers, and IT to translate commercial vision into a functional reality, ensuring campaigns are data-informed, automated, and scalable.

Essential Functions:
Marketing Technology Roadmap & Solution Architecture
- Define and own the technical capability roadmap, translating high-level business requirements from Brand and Omnichannel Leads into specific technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between commercial business units and IT/Global Tech teams to prioritize and implement new platform features, connectors, and integrations.
- Design scalable solution frameworks that allow for \"build once, deploy many\" capabilities across the four Galderma business units to reduce duplication and technical debt.
- Evaluate and recommend new technical tools or plug-ins within the MarTech stack (e.g., SMS aggregators, webinar connectors) to support evolving campaign needs.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Operations & Execution:
- Serve as the hands-on technical administrator and architect for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, directly managing Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
- Build, test, and deploy complex, multi-step customer journeys, utilizing advanced logic (decision splits, engagement triggers) and scripting (AMPscript, SQL) to ensure flawless execution.
- Oversee the end-to-end technical production process, including audience segmentation setup, email/SMS rendering QA, and final deployment scheduling.
- Troubleshoot technical issues within the platform (e.g., API failures, data sync errors, email rendering issues) and resolve them rapidly to minimize business disruption.
Data Activation, CDP & Personalization:
- Lead the technical implementation of Customer Data Platform (CDP) use cases, configuring data ingestion rules and identity resolution logic to create unified customer profiles.
- Develop and maintain the data schema and segmentation logic required to power \"Next Best Action\" and dynamic content personalization across channels.
- Ensure all campaigns are technically configured for accurate measurement from day one, implementing proper tracking tags, parameters, and feedback loops into the data warehouse.
Governance, Vendor Management & Enablement:
- Establish and enforce technical governance standards, including naming conventions, folder structures, and data privacy compliance (consent management/opt-outs) within the platforms.
- Manage the technical output of external development vendors and agencies, reviewing their code and configuration to ensure it meets Galderma's quality and security standards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation (playbooks, data dictionaries, process flows) to support knowledge transfer and operational consistency.
Minimum Education, Knowledge, Skills:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or digital transformation.
- Deep, hands-on technical proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specifically Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry is preferred, but not required; experience in highly regulated industries is a plus.
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Proven experience building and managing a marketing technology roadmap and translating business needs into technical specifications.

About the Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is determined based on several factors. These include but are not limited to job accountabilities; skill sets; experience and training; certifications; work location; competitive market rates and other business needs. At Galderma, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a unique combination of factors for each role. A reasonable estimate of the hiring range for this role is $170,000-$210,000.
In addition to base salary, we provide an opportunity to participate in an annual short-term incentive program that is based on corporate performance with a multiplier focused on individual performance. Essential Job Functions:
- Manage all beer and wine sales and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- To maintain an acceptable level of inventory in order to maximize sales and control out of date product by proper ordering through the vendors and LOOP.
- To control inventory levels using the automated ordering system (DAX) and routine smart counts on sections to ensure accuracy of inventory in the system.
- To work in conjunction with the beverage vendors on product displays and seasonal products within the Beer and Wine department.
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service at all times.

As a Hivemind Build and CI engineer, you will design and implement engineering centric automation across the organization. You will work closely with the product development teams implementing policies and guidelines into the continuous integration and delivery systems. At HumanSignal we pay based on regional compensation market rate ranges across the globe. We are hiring for this role across North and South America as well as Europe. The base cash compensation range is $90,000 to $140,000 USD. These ranges are provided by market data and are in good faith. The final offer details are determined by several factors including candidate experience, expertise, as well as applicable industry knowledge and may vary from the pay ranges listed above.

What you will do:
When not out making deliveries or running transfers, you will conduct warehouse duties such as loading/unloading deliveries, picking materials for next day orders, assist in the receiving and put away of replenishment stock, and sweeping and general clean up to ensure a safe, clean work environment.
How you will do it:
Load delivery trucks to meet delivery schedule and in the proper fashion to secure product from damage. Operate forklift in a safe manner. Communicates in a professional and courteous manner, daily with customers via face-to-face interaction, phone, e-mail, or other means vital to provide outstanding service. Works closely with other vital departments such as the Inside & outside Sales team and Customer Service. Receive returned product from customers inspecting for damage, check packing slip for product accuracy, and securing returning product to ensure safe and undamaged return. Other duties may be assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS including, but not limited to the following:
Standing
Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
Walking
For short distances for short durations.
Surfaces include ceramic tile bricks with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36 and 48.
Sitting
Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table.
Lifting
Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck.
Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'.
Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 high.
Carrying
Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves.
Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store.
Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray.
Pushing
To move trays which are placed on dollies. A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24- 30 and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push.
Trays may also be pulled.
Climbing
Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.
