About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Payroll/HR Specialist to support dayβtoβday HR operations with a strong focus on payroll accuracy, compliance, and employee support. About the Role
We are seeking a detailβoriented Title Clerk with 2β3 years of automotive title experience, ideally in dealerβtoβdealer transactions. You will handle both physical and digital title packets, ensure accuracy at every step, and support workflow efficiency in a collaborative office environment.
This position offers a predictable day with minimal phone interaction and steady, process-driven responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Title, Document & Mail Processing
- Receive, open, sort, and process incoming title documents and mail
- Scan, match, file, and retrieve highβvolume physical and electronic records
- Prepare, package, and ship outgoing title packets
Data Entry & Administrative Support
- Perform accurate, highβvolume data entry in internal systems
- Maintain organized, compliant records for audit and tracking
- Support general office duties ensuring smooth dayβtoβday operations
What You Bring
- 2β3 years of auto title experience (dealerβtoβdealer preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks

LHH is recruiting an IP Legal Assistant for a downtown Cleveland law firm. The position is on-site, 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare documents for all stages of patent preparation and prosecution for attorney review, including draft amendments, responses, Information Disclosure Statements, formal documents, and appropriate transmittal forms.
- Assist attorneys and paralegals with maintaining domestic and foreign trademark applications and registrations.
- Preparation of communication to clients regarding progression of prosecution of cases in portfolio.
- Review and manage docket, providing updated information to attorneys. Regularly update docketing department regarding actions taken.
- Prepare client matter request forms for submission to docket department for new cases.

- Coordination and management of calendars, scheduling, and travel plans.
- Input time entries accurately and efficiently into the firm's timekeeping system.
- Maintain paper and electronic client and administrative files in accordance with firm procedures and the document management system.
- Attention to other administrative tasks including conflict checks, new client/matter intake process, client bills, mail, check requests and expense reports.
- Communicate and interact professionally with clients, attorneys, legal team members and staff to deliver a high level of customer service.
- Actively participate as a member of the practice group support team to complete work submitted in the Attorney Support Portal.
- Participate in in-house training to continue development and expand legal knowledge.

About the Role
We are seeking a Title Specialist who will serve as a key support partner for all postβsale title activity. You will act as the primary point of contact for titleβrelated questions, verify documentation accuracy, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws.
This role requires strong detail orientation, proactive problemβsolving, and excellent communication skills. You will collaborate with internal teams, manage title timelines, support reporting, and help ensure titles are processed within serviceβlevel expectations.
What You Will Do
- Support Title Clerks with title processing and documentation.
- Drive prompt resolution of title issues with clients and/or buyers.
- Prepare weekly title status reports for consignors/clients.
- Request duplicate titles as needed according to internal procedures.
- Ensure timely return of titles on voided sales to reduce loss exposure.
- Navigate objections and provide solutions that support all parties involved.
- Assist with updating SOP documentation and training materials.
- Scan titles and convert them into electronic format for processing.
- Generate shipping labels and prepare outgoing title shipments.
- Ensure accurate delivery of titles to the correct dealer or purchaser.
- Run title reports and assist with title inquiry email support.
What You Bring (MustβHaves)
- 2+ years of experience in vehicle title work.
- Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and timeβmanagement abilities.
- Ability to type 55 WPM with strong 10βkey skills.
- Proven conflictβresolution abilities and professional communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Google Workspace applications.
Nice to Have
- High school diploma or GED (some college preferred).
- Notary Public license (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
- General automotive knowledge.

Job Description:

This role provides high-level support to attorneys and clients on domestic and international trademark matters, including portfolio management, trademark prosecution, and client reporting.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of U.S. trademark procedures, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct trademark clearance searches, review search reports, and assist with preparation of memoranda summarizing findings and recommendations
- Prepare trademark status summaries, portfolio reports, and client correspondence related to USPTO communications and office actions
- Prepare and file trademark prosecution and maintenance documents, including applications, declarations, assignments, powers of attorney, responses to office actions, statements of use, extensions, amendments, and post-registration filings
- Assist with Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) matters, including preparation of filings and supporting documentation
- Prepare and file copyright applications and recordations as needed
- Coordinate with international counsel regarding foreign trademark filings and portfolio management
- Maintain trademark docketing systems, track deadlines, and manage case documentation using USPTO and U.S. Copyright Office e-filing system
- Work with digital images and documents using Adobe editing tools and communicate with clients, attorneys, and government agencies regarding trademark matters
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience supporting trademark prosecution and portfolio management, including preparation and filing of documents through the USPTO trademark system
- Strong knowledge of U.S. trademark laws and procedures, including the Trademark Manual of Examining Procedure (TMEP), USPTO ID Manual, and familiarity with TTAB procedures and post-registration filings
- Experience coordinating with foreign counsel on international trademark matters preferred
- Bachelorβs degree preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered
- Strong research, organizational, and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with standard office software and Adobe document editing tools
