The Opportunity
We are seeking a credentialed actuary to join our Property Loss Reserving and Reserving Development team.Β This Actuary will leverage advanced knowledge of Loss Reserving techniques and Claims Analytics insights to explain drivers of loss trends.

What you'll do:
- Applies advanced actuarial knowledge to complete broad and complex projects (e.g., evaluates and selects methodology to price new discount/endorsement for countrywide rollout; develops alternative methodologies to comply with complex regulatory requirements; selects metrics and designs processes to monitor model performance; translates business problems into technical requirements and performs required analysis to develop solutions; independently runs catastrophe models and interprets and communicates results to support critical business activities, while enhancing the control environment as needed.
- Utilizes advanced actuarial, mathematical, or statistical techniques to augment actuarial work product.
- Leads special actuarial projects, such as the development of new methodologies or reporting tools.
- Trains new team members on the theory and mechanics of relevant actuarial methodologies.
- Applies deep understanding of products supported, stakeholdersβ needs, and industry trends to solve unstructured business problems.

Jabil is seeking a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Test Development for our Austin, TX location who will directly contribute to the transformative growth within our Intelligent Infrastructure division by applying unique and innovative approaches to developing end customer product solutions.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Strong technical program management skills. Able to lead and direct a broad cross-functional global team.
Exceptional knowledge and experience regarding product development processes and tools.Β
Experience and deep level of understanding of server, storage, networking and GPGPU and PCIe-based accelerator architectures.
Working knowledge of OS, driver, firmware and hardware architecture, device interactions and ability to leverage expertise to determine root cause that lead to optimized solutions.

What is the experience needed to be successful in this role?

How will you make an impact?
We are looking for a Principal Thermal Rack Engineer within the Intelligent Infrastructure Segment to drive advanced cooling solutions for high-performance computing systems. This role involves incorporating thermal components such as direct liquid cooling (DLC) systems, coolant distribution units (CDUs), and manifolds into network and server racks (EIA 19β and ORv3). You will leverage CFD tools to perform rack and system-level thermal and fluid analysis, ensuring optimal flow distribution, pressure drop, and temperature performance. Additionally, you will create 3D CAD designs for seamless hardware integration, lead validation testing, and resolve thermal or flow issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions. What will you do?
- Lead the end-to-end integration and testing of rack thermal solutions, including liquid cooling systems in varying form factors and product lines.

Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ Years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including hands-on recruiting
- 3+ Years managing a high-performing team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong people leader with proven ability to set goals, provide feedback, coach, and develop talent.
- Experience leveraging data and analytics to understand business trends, inform strategy, and drive results.
- Demonstrated flexibility and agility to adjust priorities, manage fluctuating workloads, and step into hands-on recruiting as needed.
- Deep expertise in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition best practices for both corporate and field roles.
