Job Description:
Seeking a reliable, highly organized Office Coordinator to support day today administrative operations, provide coordination support for projects, and assist with office management activities. This role provides direct administrative support to a Vice President and their direct reports and works closely with project managers and internal teams to keep work organized, moving forward, and on track.

Overview
This is a highly visible, senior‑leaning technical project manager role supporting geospatial infrastructure modernization. The team has operated without structured project management for some time — you’ll bring order, process, communication cadence, and stakeholder leadership.
You will effectively be the “manager layer” for project execution across infrastructure initiatives.
What You’ll Drive
- Manage migrations of on‑prem VMware‑based geospatial platforms (Precisely, Esri) onto modern AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Own project plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, change management, and execution against timelines.
- Stand up structured PM processes for the first time (no existing plans or change mgmt. in place).
- Deliver weekly executive‑level status overviews (“Here’s what’s happening, risks, next steps”).

Ideal Background
