Summary of Position

The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Program Lead is responsible for supporting the coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of the organization's enterprise IAM program. This role oversees the design, governance, and enforcement of policies and technologies that secure identities and access across all systems, applications, and cloud environments. What You’ll Do

Delivery Leadership

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP Project Portfolio Management (PPM) implementations, acting as the functional lead for the Projects workstream throughout complex engagements.
• Facilitate discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design workshops.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud configurations aligned with best practices.
• Own configuration oversight, validation, testing strategy, and deployment readiness.
• Guide clients through change management and project financial process transformation.

Functional Expertise Across Project Portfolio Management (PPM)

Lead and configure across modules including:

• Project Financial Management
• Project Costing
• Project Billing
• Project Contracts
• Project Foundation & Project Setup
• Project Budgeting & Forecasting

• Capital Projects / Capital Asset Tracking

Governance, Integration & Optimization

• Ensure solution alignment across Financials, Procurement, and other ERP workstreams.
• Evaluate and scope Change Requests (CRs), including impact to timeline and budget.
• Oversee project-related data migration, integrations, and reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities for automation, financial control improvements, and project lifecycle efficiency.

Client & Practice Leadership

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Finance, PMO, and IT leadership.
• Provide clear executive-level updates and proactively manage scope and risk.
• Mentor consultants and elevate overall delivery quality.
• Support RFP responses, solution positioning, and level-of-effort estimates.
• Contribute to practice growth and thought leadership initiatives.

What You Bring

• 6–10+ years of ERP implementation experience
• 3–5+ years of Oracle Cloud ERP Project Portfolio Management (PPM) implementation experience
• Multiple full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations as a PPM Lead or Senior Functional Consultant
• Deep expertise in project accounting, project costing, billing, and project financial management
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading client-facing functional workstreams
• Ability to balance strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on system leadership
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Certification
• Experience in professional services, public sector, higher education, or capital project environments
• Experience integrating PPM with Financials, Procurement, and Payroll
• Experience with data conversion and integration methods (FBDI, REST/SOAP)
• Reporting experience using OTBI and BI Publisher

Currently, we are looking for a Senior Oracle Cloud Financials Solution Architect to join our team. This is a key role playing an integral part in our growing Oracle ERP practice. This is a full‑time position that can sit anywhere in the United States. Must be willing to travel to support clients onsite as needed.

The ideal candidate will have operated in a senior Architect capacity previously, is someone who can anticipate needs and take action to drive deliverables for continued project success. This position needs a leader who will not only architect solutions on implementations but also be part of a senior task force to help the practice grow. This includes maximizing sales opportunities by architecting and acting as the lead in creating Proposals, presenting and implementing Oracle ERP Cloud solutions to potential customers. The Solution Architect is responsible for the overall solution identification and architectural design for assigned projects and initiatives. Key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• Support client engagements to provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
  
• Assume accountability for the solution design and the successful implementation of the full solution for on Oracle Cloud ERP Projects. May include hands‑on development, design, prototyping and/or other efforts required to keep the project on a successful track.
  
• Ensure that the proposed solution meets the client’s requirements, is architecturally complete, and all architectural risks are quantified within their assigned area.
  
• Ensures that the solution aligns with and utilizes the portfolio offerings that result in profitable revenue growth.
  
• Work with client stakeholders to evaluate the solution requirements and supports the management and traceability of requirements during the engagement
  
• Review Customer’s current process and the requirement and design customer specific solutions based on industry specific best practices
