As we continue to expand our digital footprint we need a Shopify expert who lives and breathes conversion rates, digital merchandising, and revenue growth. This position serves as the primary architect of the online customer journey, ensuring that every click leads to a seamless experience and every product page effectively converts visitors into loyal customers. Primary Responsibilities

About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION
As the operations and customer services associate, you will be a key member of our core team and work closely with our Co-Founders and manage all aspects of operational processes including customer service, warehouse management, inventory management, shipping and logistics. eCommerce Coordinator
minnow is seeking an e-commerce coordinator to support growth and implement optimization strategies for our website. The ideal candidate loves to problem solve, has high attention to detail and thrives in a fast paced environment. Reporting to the Senior Manager of eCommerce, this role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day e-commerce operations, site merchandising, coordinating digital assets and product set-up.
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in our Charleston, SC office.
Specific duties / responsibilities:
- Product set up management: execute product uploads, ensuring accuracy in flat lay photography, copy and all applicable details for each PDP
- Merchandising: ensure a seamless shopping experience by developing clean, well-organized collection pages, navigation and PDPs
- Site operations: act as the liaison between e-commerce, production, marketing and customer service to ensure all details of the shopping experience are consistent and accurate
- E-commerce support: support the business through execution of all aspects of the online business, including new product launches and capsules -
- Set up and deploy all email, SMS, sale prep, homepage flips, and potential A/B tests
- Processes and organization: track and organize site assets through Figma
- Marketing execution: work with the marketing team to assist with web-based deliverables to support marketing and content calendar
Skills & qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in consumer e-commerce
- Significant Experience in Shopify, Email and SMS platforms (Klaviyo / Attentive are preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently with strong time-management and communication skills

The Associate Buyer is a high-potential omnichannel merchandising professional responsible for owning one department while supporting an Omnichannel Buyer or Senior Buyer on more complex categories. This role is designed as a primary development path to a future Omnichannel Buyer role and blends strong execution of retail fundamentals with growing responsibility in trend discovery, innovation, and category strategy.
The Associate Buyer contributes to product, price, promotion, and placement decisions and supports — and at times leads — product style-outs and category walks with the Chief Product & Customer Officer and senior leaders. The role partners cross-functionally, engages vendors, negotiates costs and programs, and helps drive a steady flow of product newness that meets evolving customer expectations while delivering to financial plans.
Key Responsibilities
Department Ownership & Strategy Support
- Own day-to-day performance and execution for one department across store and digital channels.
- Support category strategy development and execution for additional complex departments.

- Contribute to seasonal and annual assortment and category plans aligned to Buyer/Senior Buyer strategy.
