specific duties / responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating seasonal developmental tech packs (measurement page, construction page, bill of materials page)
- Develop new finishing details, silhouettes and construction methods
- Create and maintain consistent fit, construction and construction images of the product
- Collaborate with cross functionalΒ teamsΒ and vendors to ensure bulk production reflects design intent and brand requirements
- Source fit models, manage fit sessions, fit on models, and relay fit notes/fit photos to stakeholders
- Track fit samples and update WIPS chart
- Follow the sample through fit approvals to production; ensure consistency in fit and establish master blocksΒ
- Review all existingΒ patterns and pattern cards
- Ensure compliance to US safety regulations regarding measurements, trims, hazardous materials and lab testing specifications
- Building a library of styling features and quality requirements and ensuring compliance across styles
Β skills & qualifications:
- Children's, women's and men's technical design experience
- Swim experience (apparel experience a bonus as well!)
- Experience working with both domestic and overseas vendorsΒ
- Well versed in reading patternsΒ and understanding of how different fabrications translate
- Full understanding of grade rules and tolerances
- Experienced in garment construction and quality requirements
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Illustrator skills are a must
- BrowzwearΒ and/or CLO3D a plus!

eCommerce Coordinator
minnow is seeking an e-commerce coordinator to support growth and implement optimization strategies for our website. The ideal candidate loves to problem solve, has high attention to detail and thrives in a fast paced environment. Reporting to the Senior Manager of eCommerce, this role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day e-commerce operations, site merchandising, coordinating digital assets and product set-up.
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in our Charleston, SC office.
Specific duties / responsibilities:
- Product set up management: execute product uploads, ensuring accuracy in flat lay photography, copy and all applicable details for each PDPΒ
- Merchandising: ensure a seamless shopping experience by developing clean, well-organized collection pages, navigation and PDPs
- Site operations: act as the liaison between e-commerce, production, marketing and customer service to ensure all details of the shopping experience are consistent and accurate
- E-commerce support: support the business through execution of all aspects of the online business, including new product launches and capsules -Β
- Set up and deploy all email, SMS, sale prep, homepage flips, and potential A/B tests
- Processes and organization: track and organize site assets through FigmaΒ
- Marketing execution: work with the marketing team to assist with web-based deliverables to support marketing and content calendar

POSITION OVERVIEW
The vice president of brand marketing oversees the brand planning process by leading ideation, development, execution, and measurement of quarterly 360 brand marketing campaigns driven by business goals, customer insights, and category needs.
This role manages the brand marketing and creative campaign budgets, working closely with the finance team to track spending and ensure financial targets are met.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels through execution of a cohesive and complementary GTM strategy to support the overall marketing strategy.
- Own and maintain the brand marketing calendar alongside ongoing communication to drive progress toward key dates.
- Oversee PR agency + consult on and guide brand right Influencer programming.
- Work with the DTC Ecomm team to strategize storytelling and marketing messages from halo to supporting stories.
- Plan key retail marketing sell-in and in-store tools to support wholesale sales team and key retailers.
- Oversee Brand Partnerships through collaborations, events, activations + pop-ups
- Manage Photo shoot Calendar + Creative Ops execution
Candidate Profile:
This candidate should have 7-10 years of strategic direct-to-consumer marketing experience, including hands-on management and experience growing new brands.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
- CPG and DTC experience preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to articulate trends, results & strategy based on data analysis and present appropriate adjustments to marketing plans accordingly

Weβre looking for a performance-driven salesperson to accelerate our growth. Youβll manage inbound leads but also build your own pipeline through outbound prospecting. You should be able to handle the complete sales cycle from qualifying leads to closing deals to post-sale account management. Ideally, you have experience selling to owners and managers of commercial real estate β specifically office buildings and/or multifamily properties.
You are capable of engaging in business, financial, and technical conversations at all levels of an organization. You understand the buyer journey and can close short, single-stakeholder deals as well as complex, multi-constituent sales. What youβll do
- Lead all aspects of customer sales engagement
- Meet or exceed your quarterly sales quotas, with an appropriate ramp-up time
- Build a multi-million dollar pipeline through outbound prospecting, qualifying inbound leads, and expanding existing customer relationships
- Create engagement plans, with milestones and deadlines, for each opportunity, and manage each opportunity according to its engagement plan
- Run our sales playbook and add improvements and new plays to the playbook
- Manage your accounts post-sale to drive expansion opportunities
- Participate in sales training sessions
- Achieve consistent success through leading-edge indicators like number of sales calls, number of proposals delivered, number of deals closed, pipeline growth, etc
- Dedicate sufficient time weekly to outbound lead generation, working from targeted lists and call/email scripts provided by our revenue operations team
- Keep your pipeline and deal data up-to-date in our HubSpot CRM
- Travel to and participate in industry events
What youβll need to have
- Experience selling a combination of hardware and software in a B2B environment, ideally to commercial or real estate customers (preferred)
- An understanding of selling to office, multifamily, hotel, & health care owners/operators (preferred)
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas (required)
- Experience working in a startup environment (preferred)
- Experience selling a SaaS or HaaS product (preferred)
