Job Summary
Saama is seeking a Sr. Business Consultant for our Life Sciences Consulting practice, who has the experience and deep understanding of Pharma Sales Operations and Marketing. As a lead consultant, you will be a crucial leading member of a fast growing team focused on analytics solutions and consulting engagements.

The Regional Account Director (RAD) role is primarily a client-facing field position. Positional Overview
The Operations & Quality Lead Engineer will serve as the on-site technical leader supporting the launch of new OEM production operations in Dublin, GA, with local production scheduled to begin in early May.
This role is responsible for ensuring operational readiness, quality alignment, and process stability during startup. Responsibilities:
S&OP
- Participates in S&OP as the key process to align supply and demand while aligning key business functions on supply plans and clearly communicating risks and opportunities.
- Leads monthly supply operations master production plan review meetings; presents Sales vs Forecast, detail Firm Fence production/supply progress at CMOs, and recommends new POs and presents forecast of production outside Firm Fence, and “what if” scenarios.
- Develops and presents business cases for approval to S&OP
Production Planning, Production Procurement
- Utilizes SAP S4 Hana to run MRP to understand manufacturing and purchase requirements.
- Makes necessary adjustments to meet the consensus demand forecast/commercial requirements and inventory targets for all CMO managed SKUs.
- Presents the monthly master production plan for review and approval through the S&OP process and submits to Internal sites and CMOs for execution.
- Ensures all S4 master data related to production planning is accurate.
Inventory Management & Reconciliation
- Ensures robust inventory management process is in place for third party held inventory.
- Supports team to execute the monthly inventory reconciliation process, investigating any discrepancies, approving changes and making adjustment in SAP, and ensuring compliance to SOX regulations and internal auditing standards.
Artworks and Labelling
- Supports the artwork and labeling process to ensure compliance and cost minimization.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum of 8 years’ relevant pharmaceutical industry experience in supply chain and manufacturing.
- Demonstrated experience in production planning, operations management, purchasing, logistics, imports/exports, quality assurance, and information technology.
Knowledge
- Broad knowledge of finance, marketing and distribution.
- Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain processes and systems for sourcing drug products and active pharmaceutical ingredient; considered a subject matter expert in Planning, Procurement, Logistics.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in matrix organizations.
- Supply planning for new product launches and technology transfers.
- Demonstrated success in leading site S&OP teams.
- Extensive user knowledge of ERP systems, i.e. SAP and analysis tools such as BI and Tableau
Skills & Abilities
- Demonstrated analytical and problem resolution skills for supply chain issues.
- Ability to independently evaluate, assess and initiate action; recognition of positive and negative impacts of actions, decisions, other market forces on business and people.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Key Account Director (KAD) Sales - Oncology is responsible for the strategic engagement with Integrated Delivery Systems (IDNs), health systems, large group practices and high-volume HCPs to drive the launching, adoption and selling of the assigned portfolio of Celltrion USA, Inc. (“Company). This role is pivotal in executing market access strategies, fostering provider relationships, and ensuring successful product launches within the assigned territory. Other responsibility includes analysis of sales data to identify opportunities for business growth in assigned territory.
Territorial assignment is ORLANDO, FLORIDA.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning and Execution- Deliverplans and achieve sales goals on budget.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans tailored to key accounts and align with national objectives/local market dynamics.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities within IDNs and large health systems to maximize biosimilar uptake.
- Identify opportunities and strategies to improve the positioning of Celltrion USA products at a local level.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including formulary committees, pharmacy directors and clinical leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing) to deliver cohesive value propositions.
Collaborate with Market Access & Contracting
- With Market Access, engage in negotiations and manage contracts within key accounts to ensure favorable terms that support adoption
- Monitor and address reimbursement challenges working closely with internal teams
- Engage HCPs in dialogue about approved indications, product efficacy/safety profiles, and treatment protocols to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze trends, competitive landscape and account performance
- Provide regular reports on key account metrics
- Collaborate with field salesforce as needed for pull-through
WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Pharma-Commercial, pre-launch launch, and post-launch of products.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Extensive knowledge and experience in biologics, biosimilars, and the full life cycle of product launch and post-launch.
- Solid business acumen, including the ability to access and interpret company provided territory data to incorporate into call planning and execution.
- Both a team player and individual contributor.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and visual communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly by directing the team effectively.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree required in business or related field; advanced degrees, MBA, MS in business or related field is a plus.
