The base salary range for this role is listed above. Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.'s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

An advanced degree is preferred.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.

5+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on auditing.

Prior experience as an Audit Manager or Senior Audit Manager.

Experience working with Big 4 accounting firms (EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PWC) is a plus.

Strong knowledge of SEC regulations, SOX compliance, and other financial standards.

Extensive experience in risk management and audit strategy development.

Proven experience in the retail and manufacturing sectors.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide tax compliance and advisory services to corporations for a variety of clients from Fortune 100 to emerging businesses
  • Participate with accounting for income taxes including ASC 740
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team helping to provide industry knowledge and experience; manage a portfolio of clients of varying size and scope and act as the first point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Build and maintain client relationships, monitor teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client projects; involve and contribute to market and business activities external to the firm

Qualifications:

  • Must have recent experience and strong knowledge of ASC 740
