Our Kohler Waters Spa team at Lincoln Park offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth's mineral-rich waters and provides an oasis of tranquility in the heart of a bustling Windy City neighborhood.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Providing guests with professional, therapeutic services using treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and hydrotherapy
- Informing guests of available services, retail products, and amenities throughout the spa
- Communicating clearly with guests to gain a full understanding of their concerns and needs prior to every service
- Offering sincere suggestions for the guest's benefit to enhance their total wellness and beauty
- Being knowledgeable of all products and providing customers with accurate information as it relates to your area of expertise
- Preparing a wellness card for each guest starring products recommended for their home care
We have part-time opportunities available. Hours will vary between 8:30am and 8:00pm, weekdays & 1 weekend a week requirement.
Skills/Requirements- State of Illinois Massage Certificate required
- Minimum of one year experience, ideally in a luxury spa setting preferred

The average commission plus gratuity per service for this position is $77.58 - $87.12. The competitive commission range for this position + tips/gratuity may be influenced by a variety of factors. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Parts Assistant. The Parts Assistant will be help our Parts Team with Receiving shipments, Packaging, Shipping, Inventory Counting, delivering parts to our service department and keeping the work area neat. This position will require direct communication with customers as well as sales support staff. This is an entry level position that offers advancement opportunity.

Join the Kohler Store team as a Design Sales Consultant! In this exciting role, you will be tasked with specifying kitchen and bath faucets, lighting, tile, and fixtures in a luxury showroom setting. Products offered include Kohler's expansive portfolio of brands, including both Kohler and Kallista brands. Kohler is the largest kitchen and bath brand in the world.
This sales-based, results driven position relies heavily on design-influence with the opportunity to work with walk-in homeowners and appointment based trade partners, including top interior designers and members of the trade community. (Approximately 90% sales, 10% design). The consultant will be responsible for driving top-line sales through the consistent achievement of personal sales targets and goals.

In this role, the Producer will perform a specialized project management role and oversee multiple, large- and small-scale projects bringing creative visions to life. He / She will possess an understanding of video, stills, post-production and render content creation.
Key functions include creating estimates and timelines, coordinating resources and vendors, project budget accountability and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
ο· Oversees and lead multiple production projects at once, from intake to delivery. Projects may include multiple mediums or facets including print, video, digital, social.
ο· Accountable to project budget adherence and deadlines.
ο· Lead liaison between ITC and Beacon studio for all CGI/Render projects
ο· Perform quality assurance on all projects as necessary. Ensure brand standards are being met and group teams as needed to address any challenges.
ο· Creates and tracks estimates and timelines. Oversees pre-production and production in totality, based on best practices, to complete our business partnerβs objectives.

ο· Coordinateβs studio pre-production meeting components including set completion, propping and product installation.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
ο· Bachelorβs degree required, preferably in Communications, film / video. Minimum of 2 yearsβ experience as an in-house producer, line producer, agency producer or comparable production experience.
ο· Must be organized, skilled at simultaneous management of multiple projects, and understand all aspects of photo and video production and post-production. This includes a cursory understanding of the equipment, hardware and software needed.
ο· Must be an exceptional communicator able to confidently explain estimates, production schedules and production specifics to internal business partners and external vendors.
