Join the Kohler Store team as a Design Sales Consultant! In this exciting role, you will be tasked with specifying kitchen and bath faucets, lighting, tile, and fixtures in a luxury showroom setting. Products offered include Kohler's expansive portfolio of brands, including both Kohler and Kallista brands. Kohler is the largest kitchen and bath brand in the world.

This sales-based, results driven position relies heavily on design-influence with the opportunity to work with walk-in homeowners and appointment based trade partners, including top interior designers and members of the trade community. (Approximately 90% sales, 10% design). The consultant will be responsible for driving top-line sales through the consistent achievement of personal sales targets and goals.

Compensation consists of a moderate base wage in conjunction with an open-ended commission and bonus structure. Due to the commission component, the total compensation range may vary depending upon the performance, success, and tenure of the sales consultant.

Key duties of the position include:

-Leverage Salesforce to manage customer relationships, interactions, leads and opportunities to demonstrate an accurate pipeline.

• Perform routine repair and maintenance of plumbing systems, including fire systems, irrigation systems, filtration and chlorination systems and sanitary and storm drainage systems.

Job Duties:

• Repair and maintain a variety of Park facilities including irrigations systems, sinks, storm drains, underground, water lines, piping, quick couplers, valves, compressed air lines, sanitary sewer, natural gas lines, bathroom fixtures, restaurant fixtures, misters, pumps, etc.
• Make daily rounds of all restroom facilities. Make needed repairs to toilets and sinks.  Unclog toilets as needed.
• Perform general maintenance on pumps and motors.
• Work assignments will include ditch digging, trouble shooting, shop and area clean up, driving company vehicles and equipment, special work for promotional events.
• Install new fixtures and fabricate items as necessary. Cut and prepare pipe for new usages.
• Cross trained in minimal diagnostic coverage of kitchen and HVAC equipment.
• All other duties as assigned.

Caregiver must be Covid Vaccinated. We need help from 9 am to 9pm, 7 days/week. He needs help with the following items :

• Waking him up in the morning and help with toileting and freshen up for breakfast.
• Help with bathing, toileting, dressing and close monitoring. 3.Helping him keep active by doing some light exercises, reading books , memory games , companionship etc.

• Giving him medication timely.
• Light housekeeping like laundry, making bed, warming up food etc.

Job Summary

The Patient Care Associate (PCA) provides direct patient care and support within a healthcare facility. Working alongside registered nurses and the clinical care team, the PCA helps ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include assisting patients with activities of daily living, performing basic clinical procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform and document patients’ vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration).
• Assess and record patient pain levels as appropriate.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, toileting, oral care, ambulation).
• Collect specimens, perform venipuncture, and assist with EKGs and other basic clinical procedures.
• Observe patients for safety, elopement risk, or behavioral concerns; provide one-to-one observation when required.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and functional patient environment.
• Assist with patient room maintenance, including bed-stripping and trash removal.
• Support dietary functions, such as delivering trays and assisting patients with menu selection and nutrition.
• Follow isolation and infection control protocols as directed.
• Conduct scheduled purposeful rounding focused on comfort, positioning, toileting, and pain awareness.
• Communicate patient observations and condition changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with interdisciplinary clinical tasks and other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clinical teams.
• Ability to follow protocols, set priorities, and exercise sound judgment.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform a variety of patient care tasks.
• Adaptability to work in multiple clinical units (floating may be required).
• Basic clinical knowledge in patient care, specimen collection, and vital signs.

Education and Certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certifications in EKG and Phlebotomy are required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Previous hospital experience preferred (minimum 2 years required).

Work Environment

• Exposure to a variety of clinical conditions and patient care settings.
• May include direct patient care in acute, psychiatric, or specialty units.
