Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Beverage Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our production facility. In this critical role, you will lead a team of production and maintenance staff to ensure efficient manufacturing of high-quality cannabis‑infused beverages, including soft drinks, juices, RTD teas, or similar products.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep knowledge of food and beverage production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations. You will drive operational excellence, optimize production efficiency, and contribute to scaling our production capacity while maintaining product integrity and cost control. You should be comfortable working in a rapidly evolving segment of the beverage industry, able to adapt quickly to changing regulations and market demands.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and supervise all production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Monitor production lines for efficiency, output, and quality.
- Manage, train, and develop a team of 50+ production associates, including hiring, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement and enforce HACCP, CDPH, DCC, and SQF standards to ensure product safety, consistency, and compliance. Conduct regular audits and troubleshoot quality issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, equipment upgrades, and cost reductions using lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Prepare production reports, analyze KPIs (e.g., OEE, yield, downtime), and present data‑driven insights to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability. Champion workplace safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and maintain OSHA compliance.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Must have Lean Manufacturing certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP)
- 5+ years of experience in beverage production management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record in high‑volume manufacturing environments (e.g., bottling lines, canning, aseptic processing).
- 5+ years of exp in working in high‑volume manufacturing environments (e.g., bottling lines, canning, aseptic processing)
- Strong knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, DCC regulations, and food safety standards.
- Exp with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
- Bilingual (Spanish).

Schedule: Nights 7:00PM-7:30AM (12-hr rotating shift)
Compensation: $23.00/hr. + $1.35 (shift premium for night shift)

We are currently seeking an experienced Blow Mold Machine Operator in Sherman, TX. As a Machine Operator, you will operate blow mold, grinder and trimmer machines, as well as the conveyor system. You will also troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance to ensure continued operation of the production line. Being a team player will be essential since all tasks require close collaboration with co-workers. Your goal is to ensure that procedures are carried out smoothly to maximize both efficiency and profits.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies.
- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle
- Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed)
- Operate blow-mold machines (including wheels, reciprocator or shuttle machines)
- Perform audits, weights and quality checks
- Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
- Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
- Enter data into SPC database for quality control measures
- Troubleshoot, preventative maintenance, minor repair on blow mold & support equipment
- Repair or replace pneumatic and hydraulic lines
- Maintain activity logs
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience as a machine operator
- 2+ years’ blow mold machine operation preferred
- Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical skills are required
- Machine maintenance experience
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals
- Ability to work overtime
- Physical stamina and strength/able to stand for long periods of time

- Completion of Altium Machine Operator 1 training within 90-days of hire date

About the Role
The Demand Planner supports the end-to-end planning process across demand, supply, and inventory to ensure products are produced and available to meet business needs efficiently. They develop and maintain channel-level demand and supply plans, lead day-to-day S&OP coordination, and ensure alignment between sales forecasts, production schedules, and inventory targets. The Demand Planner is a cross-functional collaborator that works with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing (Operations), and Supply Chain to translate commercial forecasts into executable operational plans.
Key Responsibilities
Demand & Supply Planning
- Develop and manage channel-level demand and supply plans for Retail, Wholesale, and Drop Ship.
- Align production forecasts with sales inputs, marketing promotions, and inventory goals.
- Support new product launches with channel-specific planning, timing, and material readiness.
- Monitor actual performance versus plan and adjust forecasts to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
S&OP Coordination & Communication
- Lead the S&OP process and ensure forecast, production, and inventory data are accurate and updated.
- Communicate plan changes across Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment on volume, timing, and priorities.
- Maintain ongoing visibility to demand shifts and operational constraints; escalate issues and recommend adjustments.
Inventory Management & Allocation
- Maintain SKU-level visibility across production and 3PL warehouse locations.
- Optimize inventory allocation by channel to balance service levels and cost.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Purchasing to ensure timely purchasing of ingredients and packaging.
Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze historical sales, trends, and seasonality to improve forecast accuracy and planning reliability.
- Track and report key planning metrics, including forecast accuracy and service levels.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance planning efficiency and data accuracy.
- Support system and reporting enhancements within ERP or planning tools.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in demand or supply planning, production scheduling, or S&OP coordination within food & beverage, CPG, or manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Experience managing planning processes across multiple SKUs and channels preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a bias for action.
- Ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term planning needs.
- Exceptional organization and planning skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

Position Overview
We’re seeking aManagerto oversee daily quality testing, ensure product integrity, and support R&D and production teams. Winery knowledge is not required, but general beverage or food lab experience is helpful.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine lab analysis (Brix, pH, acidity, micro checks, visual checks, etc.)
- Monitor QC checkpoints during receiving, blending, and packaging.
- Assist with R&D trials, new beverage formulations, and pilot batches
- Maintain lab cleanliness, calibration, safety standards, and documentation
- Communicate data clearly to production team and ownership
- Support compliance with food safety programs (HACCP, FSMA, etc.)
- Work closely with leadership in a fast-moving production environment
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience in beverage, juice or related laboratory testing
- Work as an important team player with all related disciplines: blending, storing, processing, bottling
- Understanding of basic lab instrumentation and QC record-keeping
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well within a team and take initiative
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in beverage manufacturing, blending, juicing, co-packing, or similar roles
- Lab work with wine and alcohol a plus
- R&D or new product development experience
- Food safety certifications (HACCP, PCQI, etc.)

What You’ll Do
- Serves meals to residents in the dining room following table etiquette.
- Handles meal requests of a resident during meal service.
- Completes setup and cleaning of the dining room before and after each meal service.
- Helps to maintain the juice bar, coffee, and iced tea available to residents. beverages instead of listing it out
- Maintains a supply of proper utensils, cups, glasses, etc. for use by the residents.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Responsible for grab and go and stocking as necessary.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous waiter experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with co-workers and residents
- Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from internal and external sources.
- Ability to apply basic math skills.

About the facility: The Williamson, NY operation is a roughly 1 million sq ft production facility with 217 acres of land. The site is the Home of the Brand Motts that has been delighting our consumers for more than 140 yrs. We produce a wide variety of products with diverse packaging capabilities going from Apple sauce, to juices and concentrates . Alongside production, the site includes a raw apple operation that is key for the success of the site. This facility is a Unionized location. We are adding to our facility and have lots opportunity to grow and learn our industry!
Production Operations Manager
The Operations Manager will be responsible for all manufacturing personnel, process, materials and equipment from start to end. This individual is accountable for delivering the established site goals, as well as collaborating with site leadership to establish and lead processes that achieve high standards of safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and high employee engagement. Our Williamson facility runs 24/7 creating our famous MOTTS products as well as some of our other delicious brands and flavors of beverages. This role is a Non-union role; however, our production team is Unionized. This individual will be heavily involved in Labor Relations.
Shifts & Schedule: This full-time position will be supporting our Night Shift. Additional flexibility to work overtime.
Position Responsibilities
- Assumes a shared role as a safety champion that inspires team members to embrace and be accountable for personal safety. Ensure a safe and orderly working environment, free of slip/trip hazards; maintain compliance to meet/exceed all site and regulatory requirements.
- Will be a culture champion and, in a position to support and mentor our leaders.
- Direct all departmental related activities to ensure the timely execution of the production schedule to meet production and service goals. Ensure a high level of customer service while meeting inventory management goals, including raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Deliver cost and performance, complete projects & assignments on time, and according to plan. Partners with site leadership to develop and execute a capital plan for the site.
- Ensures adherence to food safety, regulatory and quality guidelines.
- Leverages Lean, 5S, and TPM principles to drive process improvement across all aspects of manufacturing including safety, quality and productivity. Identify, recommend and execute continuous improvement initiatives in the production operation including process, machinery, method and material changes, in support of plant goals. Develop and streamline procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas.
- Proactively engages maintenance and technical functions to work in unison with operations team members to maintain equipment in OEM conditions safely, efficiently, and cost effectively with minimal disruption to customer service.
- Drives employee engagement using HPT principles; Sets goals, assesses performance, ensures open communication, provides coaching, and establishes a team atmosphere.
- Develops procedures, protocols, and standardized work; Ensures/Provides training to develop/grow direct reports.
- Manage all employeerelated issues within the department. Effectively manage departmental staffing requirements in accordance to the operating budget.
- Guide and support technicians in trouble-shooting production equipment when necessary.
- Well organized, high energy, data driven, and results oriented.

Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; STEM Focused, Operations Management, Supply Chain, etc.
- 2 years of experience in an Operations Management role within a manufacturing environment
- 5 years of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment required
- 5 years of supervisory experience required
- 2years of experience with lean, kaizen/six sigma events and driving lean transformation with proven results and in a manufacturing environment (5S, Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, visual management, and leading Kaizen events)
- Experience in SAP preferred
- Experience with Labor Relations and Union teams preferred
