Project Overview:

We are seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to join our Strategic Manufacturing team to design new processes and improve existing manufacturing cells. Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or similar
  • A minimum 7-years of full-time experience, 10-years preferred
  • Proficient mechanical design skills with 3D Solid Modeling using Inventor or SolidWorks
  • Knowledge and application of AutoCAD
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within and lead a cross functional team
  • Proficiency with hand tools and basic power tools
  • Ability to convey complex, three-dimensional mechanical system to technical and non-technical personnel.

We are currently seeking an experienced Blow Mold Machine Operator in Sherman, TX. As a Machine Operator, you will operate blow mold, grinder and trimmer machines, as well as the conveyor system. You will also troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance to ensure continued operation of the production line. Being a team player will be essential since all tasks require close collaboration with co-workers. Your goal is to ensure that procedures are carried out smoothly to maximize both efficiency and profits.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies.
  • Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle
  • Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed)
  • Operate blow-mold machines (including wheels, reciprocator or shuttle machines)
  • Perform audits, weights and quality checks
  • Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws

About the Role

The Demand Planner supports the end-to-end planning process across demand, supply, and inventory to ensure products are produced and available to meet business needs efficiently. They develop and maintain channel-level demand and supply plans, lead day-to-day S&OP coordination, and ensure alignment between sales forecasts, production schedules, and inventory targets. Production Technician II - Williamson, NYThe Production Technician is responsible for the complete operation and changeover of assigned machines within PhD and all other associated work. Production Operations Manager

 

The Operations Manager will be responsible for all manufacturing personnel, process, materials and equipment from start to end. This individual is accountable for delivering the established site goals, as well as collaborating with site leadership to establish and lead processes that achieve high standards of safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and high employee engagement. Our Williamson facility runs 24/7 creating our famous MOTTS products as well as some of our other delicious brands and flavors of beverages. Position Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills in food service, with strong ability to coach and develop a team
  • Strong background in managing restaurant operations, including financials, staffing, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Solid understanding of food safety standards and cost control practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and able to multitask in a high-volume environment
  • Proficiency with POS systems (TOAST exp. a plus), scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis
  • ServSafe Manager Certification or equivalent food safety training
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's business needs
