Job Details

As a leading CNC machining company, we’re seeking a Quality Systems Lead to take ownership of our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with AS9100D standards. This is a hands-on role ideal for a quality professional with a machining background who thrives in a production environment and is ready to drive quality excellence on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and maintain QMS processes in alignment with AS9100D requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal audits, non-conformance reporting, and corrective actions
• Partner with machinists and production staff to ensure parts meet quality and customer standards
• Utilize measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges) to verify part compliance
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the quality function

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a machine shop environment—prior CNC machining experience a plus
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and AS9100D standards

Job Details

Position Overview: The Clinician is responsible to engage members and to coordinate mental and recovery services that will ensure housing stability and community integration. The FSP Clinician is responsible for maintaining the highest quality provision of direct individual and case management services. This role involves both office and field work.

• Provide, coordinate, and implement mental health and recovery support services with individual members.
• Develop effective, trusting relationships with clients experiencing trimorbid disorders, as well as the forensic population, with a focus on facilitating independence and maintenance of improved physical and mental health
• Provide linkage to stable housing, and other supportive services as needed to assist clients to obtain housing stability, in addition to client advocacy, case management, and benefit establishment
• Encourage and promote an environment that is strength based to assist clients in meeting their individual goals
• Collaborate with each member to develop their individual service plan; review and update it upon completion of goals
• Conduct screening interviews, complete housing documentation, and coordinate clients’ move-in with the housing authority, property managers
• Perform initial comprehensive case management assessment and develop a plan of intervention that addresses their barriers, increases their income, and assists them in maintaining permanent housing
• Identify appropriate permanent housing options for clients, such as, subsidized housing Section 8, Shelter Plus Care, VASH, permanent supportive housing, affordable and market rate housing, and other housing opportunities
• Work cooperatively and cohesively with other members of the FSP team, including participation in weekly staff meetings, group clinical supervision, and trainings
• Develop and maintain a complete, accurate, and current member file with all funder-required documents

Required Qualifications:

• Active BBS Licensure: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, of PsyD
• Registered and in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences
• Comfortable with office + field work
• LPS designated or able to become LPS designated to initiate 5150 holds
• 2 Years Experience working with clients with mental illness, chronic health issues, and/or substance abuse

Audits & Quality Assurance
Conduct periodic audits across the supply chain to ensure ongoing compliance.

Review sampling, inspections, and quality checkpoints to confirm adherence to regulatory and customer standards.

Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Logistics teams to resolve any audit findings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the compliance resource for all departments, confirming requirements for labeling, artwork, product claims, and certifications.

Provide required documentation such as Certificates of Analysis (COA), Letters of Guarantee (LoG), and General Certificates of Conformity (GCC).

Lead product risk assessments (PFMEA) and establish control plans to minimize risk.

Review and approve product marketing materials and advertisements to ensure regulatory accuracy.

Translate customer care or washing instructions into internal standards for consistency across products.

Required:

The Project Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day field operations of the project or area assigned, from planning to completion. Duties and Responsibilities

Ability to influence, negotiate and drive project schedules.

Confer with Preconstruction Services during the preparation of estimates regarding means and methods, systems, schedule and general conditions.

Perform performance evaluations for all personnel assigned to this position.
Establish, implement, manage and enforce the Kitchell Safety Program and the Site Specific Safety Plan on the project and OSHA Guidelines as necessary to provide a safe work environment for the personnel on site as well as other personnel that may be directly affected by the project.
Establish, implement, manage and enforce the Kitchell Quality Assurance Program and comprehensive quality control that enforces the requirements of the contract specifications, drawings and industry standards.
Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and contract documents.
Establish, implement, manage and enforce the administration and monitoring of all storm water prevention and fugitive dust regulations and prevention measures per the project's Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and applicable environmental quality regulations.
Establish an effective and professional on-site working relationship with the owner, architects, engineers and inspectors related to the project.
Prepare and distribute Project Daily Reports
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Critical Path Method and Lean Process Scheduling with the ability to apply this knowledge to building, maintaining and updating a thorough and accurate Project Schedule.

Maintain a current and updated set of drawings .

Demonstrate effective management of our Trade Partners in a manner that is conducive to a successful and timely project completion.
