A Typical Day...- Receives operational data for entry into the client's bookkeeping system and determines the best method to record the financial information, such as income, expenses, returned checks, bank charges, and labor hours/codes. Manually records information into the bookkeeping system.
- Ensures all checks are endorsed properly and deposited into the proper account each day. Prepares all charge card transactions on the day received. Reports all income and bank charge and information.
- Balances and reconciles ledgers, which will become part of the client's general ledger system. Reconciles cash and bank accounts on an agreed-upon basis, comparing account balances to other recorded sources.
- Develop detailed reports on a periodic basis for the business client regarding business income, business expenses, gross taxes, and other reports, as needed.
- Perform payroll services as requested by the business client account including preparation of payroll checks, preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual employee and employer payroll reports. Prepares payroll in accordance with local, state, and federal wage and hour laws.
- Maintains a manual file system to store the hard-copy documents after entry into the record keeping system.
- Identifies issues with current process and notifies management of potential concerns and potential solutions. The client is also notified of any issues, concerns and solutions related to the maintenance of the client's financial records.
- Participates in meetings and training sessions to continuously improve the bookkeeping service provided to the client.
- Attends training related to the effective and efficient performance of job duties.

As the Senior Solution Advisor for Perioperative Services, you will be a critical subject matter expert and trusted advisor, bridging the gap between the client’s surgical and anesthesia departments and the capabilities of the Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium EHR. You will guide stakeholders through complex workflow transformations, driving the successful design and adoption of the SurgiNet and Anesthesia Management solutions. Your primary objective is to ensure these solutions improve patient safety, optimize resource utilization (ORs, staff, equipment), and ensure accurate charge capture in the highly complex perioperative environment.
To excel in this senior position, you must have a strong background in perioperative informatics, OR nursing/technology, or clinical applications consulting. You will lead the design of the entire surgical journey, from case scheduling to PACU, and be the go-to expert for the intricate processes of preference card management and supply/implant documentation. You will also oversee the integration of the Anesthesia Information Management System (AIMS) with physiological monitors and anesthesia machines. Key Responsibilities:
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as the primary consultant for perioperative leadership on all aspects of the Oracle Health SurgiNet and Anesthesia solutions.
Provide expert support and knowledge transfer on perioperative best practices, including governance for preference cards, block scheduling, and charge capture.
Work directly with client counterparts to facilitate design workshops, review deliverables, and drive consensus on perioperative workflow and build changes.
Solution Design & Workflow Analysis:
Lead the analysis and design of the end-to-end perioperative workflow, including case scheduling, pre-admission testing (PAT), intraoperative nursing and anesthesia documentation, and PACU.
Oversee the design and maintenance strategy for foundational elements like surgical preference cards, resource scheduling (rooms/equipment), and integration with supply chain/inventory management.
Define requirements for the Anesthesia Information Management System (AIMS), including its integration with bedside monitors via CareAware for real-time data flow.
Implementation & Solution Management:
Act as a lead or driver for testing events, including developing and documenting scripts in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool to validate complex surgical and anesthesia workflows.
Provide expert support for cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-go-live sustainment, including ticket management for perioperative issues.
Assist in the review of training manuals and job aids to ensure they accurately reflect the configured workflows and system design.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of combined experience in perioperative informatics, surgical services leadership, or as an OR nurse/technologist with significant "super user" or implementation experience.
Oracle Health/Cerner Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience with the Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium platform. Specific expertise in SurgiNet, Anesthesia Management, Preference Card Management, and CareAware is required.
Domain Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in perioperative workflows, sterile processing, preference card management, surgical billing/charging, and resource management.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical teams and senior clinical/surgical leadership.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. A clinical background and license (e.g., RN, CST) is strongly preferred.

The Front Desk Supervisor, functioning under the supervision and guidance of the Center Operations Director and/or Clinical Dyad leader, is responsible for organizing and directing the work of the front desk staff, coordinating staff activities and schedules to ensure effective patient care services are provided, and ensuring quality standards are met. Trains, guides and supports Care Facilitators to ensure organizational front desk standards are met and that they have the tools and resources they need to effectively perform their duties. Leads the VIP customer experience from center entry to exit by ensuring our patients and their family members have a pleasant and memorable experience every visit and with every interaction. Front Desk Ambassador:
- Helping patients in and out of their vehicles

- Checking in on patients who have been waiting longer than 10 minutes. Give them updates.

- Ensures OSHA, clinical and quality standards of ChenMed are met by monitoring performance and implementing corrective action plans when needed.
- Serves as first point of contact and resolution for escalated patient issues/concerns/disputes.
- Supports PCP scheduling by ensuring appropriate blocks are in place and double/over/under booking does not occur. Ensure scheduling gaps are attended to and closed in a timely manner.
- Reviews ENS notifications and ensure patients receive follow up from their Care Teams.
- Examines medical release forms for accuracy and PCP sign off prior to release of medical records. Ensures the e-fax folder is routinely checked and that documents received are correctly uploaded and indexed.
- Reviews phone messages to ensure proper and timely routing and follow-up. Ensures after hours messages from patients are recorded in the patient's medical record and followed up on by the appropriate discipline.
- Troubleshoots Dashboard, phone, and computer issues.
- Orders office and other needed supplies to ensure the Center is properly inventoried, stocked and maintained.

- Fills in for Care Facilitator as needed for scheduled and unscheduled absences.

This position is responsible for owning and scaling Building Blocks’ large-format additive manufacturing capability from early application through fully integrated, production-ready use on live façade projects.
The role sits at the intersection of design, engineering, manufacturing, and project execution. The Additive Manufacturing Manager will lead the strategy, process development, and day-to-day operation of LFAM systems used to produce molds, tooling, and potentially end-use architectural components. Success in this role is defined by throughput, repeatability, quality, and reliability.
Responsibilities include defining and optimizing print processes and parameters, qualifying materials, commissioning and maintaining equipment, establishing QA/QC and safety standards, and integrating additive manufacturing directly into project workflows. Close collaboration with design, engineering, tooling, and production teams is essential to ensure digital models translate into executable, production-grade print paths that meet real schedule and cost constraints.
Qualifications

- Direct, hands-on experience with large-format additive manufacturing systems (robotic or gantry-based); concrete, cementitious, or composite materials strongly preferred

Your Expertise:

- Provide safe, effective, and compassionate perioperative care to surgical patients in a fast-paced Level 1 Trauma OR environment/n
- Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of surgical cases including general, orthopedic, neuro, robotic, and trauma procedures/n
- Participate in scheduled on-call rotations (nights and weekends) as part of the OR team/n
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, residents, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes/n
- Document perioperative care using the SIS charting system and maintain accurate surgical counts/n
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and infection control standards/n
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to learn new skills, including robotic and ophthalmic procedures (training provided as needed)/n
