The Currency Production Facility supporting the Bureau of Engraving and Printing represents a major federal investment in secure, resilient, and technologically advanced manufacturing infrastructure.

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to play a critical role in sustaining and optimizing the facility’s complex electrical systems. This position supports mission-critical power distribution, system reliability, infrastructure upgrades, and compliance with federal standards.

Responsibilities include the administration of design/build projects and facilities management tasks across various construction phases.

Services will include, but are not limited to:

Β· Pre-design and design phase support

Β· Procurement, construction, and post-construction services

Β· Contract administration and technical evaluations

Β· Onsite support during scheduled field visits


Professional/Education Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, building construction, or construction management (civil, mechanical, electrical, or architectural).
  • 5-10 years of progressively responsible experience in electrical engineering with commercial/industrial power distribution systems.
  • Proven experience in managing complex, new construction or major renovation commercial building projects, and experience in managing simultaneous construction and/or building projects.
  • Ability to work independently or in groups and in a stressful environment.
  • Experience interfacing with GSA Public Building Services, A&E firms, construction contractors and trades, and building suppliers.
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of construction methodology.
  • Experience developing government project cost estimates and tracking of project costs.
  • Ability to develop project schedules in MS Project and/or Primavera.
  • Ability to direct facility construction activities and lead construction progress meetings.
  • Experience in commercial projects that included a large percentage of systems furniture.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Subject Matter Expert/s (SME) to conduct needs analysis, develop project requirements/objectives, and design preliminary space plans.
  • Proven experience in written and verbal Communications. Highly skilled in detail- oriented documentation, with significant abilities in communicating with Government Project Managers, SME, and development team members tactfully, as well as providing written feedback to Government Project Managers and clients.
  • Proven experience coordinating a project management team and providing appropriate levels of support, coaching, and influence.
  • Significant, proven experience as a member of a team and a team leader; positive interpersonal skills and a customer-service orientation, particularly with clients from a wide variety of business cultures.

SteerBridge is looking for a Data Scientist to evaluate multi-dimensional USMC C130 global supply

chain and operational data to construct and maintain predictive models. Candidates must be

familiar with multiple types of data models including, but not limited to, generalized linear

and multilinear regression, logistic and multinomial regression, and time series analysis.

Candidates must have hand-on experience with supervised (classification, regression)

and unsupervised learning (clustering, dimension reduction).

Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • MSc or PhD degree in applied mathematics, statistics, or relevant work experience.
  • An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand requirements and translate those requirements into data science solutions.
  • Provide guidance on best practices and industry standards across data science and analytics, data visualization, and share expertise to improve technical capabilities of the team.
  • Design, develop, and integrate templates, data, and models for repeatability.
  • Develop and implement data quality assurance and management protocols.
  • Create, maintain, and organize technical documentation for all data collection, cleaning, and analyses.

Required and Preferred Skillsets

  • Must be familiar with multiple types of data models including, but not limited to, generalized linear and multilinear regression, logistic and multinomial regression, and time series analysis.
  • Must have hand-on experience with supervised (classification, regression) and unsupervised learning (clustering, dimension reduction).
  • 7+ years of experience evaluating relationships in data using statistical modeling and leveraging analytics tools.
  • 7+ years of experience in advanced Classification and Regression modeling.
  • 7+ years of professional proficiency using R, or Python for data wrangling and model building.
  • Experience in SQL or Spark SQL, and basic database design.
  • Cloud project work using Google, AWS and/or Azure.
  • Demonstrated high proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization.
  • Demonstrated high proficiency in data wrangling and documentation.
  • Solid technical skills across a wide variety of tools and data platforms.
  • Able to successfully prioritize and manage multiple project tasks simultaneously and complete them in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong record of applied data analysis.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills with a successful track record of communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Aviation Background Required!
  • Preferred:
  • (Highly preferred) AWS or Google Cloud Professional or Specialty Certification or ability to obtain certification.
  • Top Secret security clearance.
  • Experience with supply chain management data systems and technology is desirable (e.g., ERP, Transportation Management and Warehouse Management systems).

SteerBridge seeks a Construction Administrator (CM-CA) to provide Construction Management Services supporting infrastructure upgrades across at the VA Medical Center in Johnson City, TN (Mountain Home location.)


The CM-CA will have responsibilities that include but are not limited to the administration of construction, design/build, engineering, and facilities management for complex-construction projects. Services will include, but not limited to, pre-design phase services, design phase services, procurement phase services, construction services, claims services, administration services, and technical specialty services.


Required Skills and Responsibilities

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be eligible and able to pass a federal background check, as well as complete the necessary processes to receive a VA Personal Identity Verification (PIV) badge.
  • Must provide a minimum of three (3) projects of the scale and difficulty of this project and scope of work in which he/she held a similar position.
  • A degree from an accredited institution of higher learning and/or evidence of work experience or knowledge to compensate for absence of higher education. A minimum of three (3) years of construction work experience may be substituted and will be reviewed for acceptability.
  • Responsible for the construction analysis, development, design of and the preparation of complete plans and specifications for new work and improvements.
  • Provides administrative oversight and evaluation concerning all construction disciplines as they pertain to all project work.
  • Independently responsible and accountable for determining the administrative actions necessary in the development and completion of design projects, and review of the final contract documents.
  • Determines how project(s) will impact medical center based on results of a risk assessment that could have a severe impact on patient care.
  • Responsible for the overall management of construction documentation.


Professional Qualifications

  • Must possess a working knowledge of construction practices and call upon this knowledge to assist in implementing the various plans set forth on the project including Quality Assurance; Safety, Time, Cost, Change and Information Management.
  • Must be familiar with the site operations of a General and Sub-contractor and the process of managing a building construction operation.
  • Must have working experience in monitoring the construction for Quality Assurance.
  • Must have experience in preparing, analyzing and identifying incongruities and deficiencies in the contractors’ work in relationship with the construction documents.
  • Must understand the baseline schedule and assist in determining the value of the acceptable work in place.
  • Work experience and completed projects shall be identified in the credentials of the individual to show competency to undertake a rigorous program in construction in all identified task order scope of work required solicitation.
  • Must possess Communication, Language, and Software Skills with the ability to utilize a variety of software programs to monitor, update, and produce work products and compile data and records by applying both knowledge of the construction industry.
