About the Role

The Amazon Marketplace Specialist – European Marketplaces is a hands-on role supporting Amazon Seller Central operations across multiple European marketplaces. This position partners closely with the Amazon Account Manager to manage listing creation and maintenance, execute Amazon shipment creation, support account health, and ensure operational accuracy across European marketplaces.


Key Responsibilities

Listing Creation & Catalog Management

  • Create, maintain, and optimize Amazon listings across European marketplaces, including SKU setup, variations, attributes, and backend data
  • Manage listing updates, troubleshoot errors, and ensure content accuracy, compliance, and alignment with brand standards
  • Support localized listing execution, including coordination of translations and regional requirements

Inventory & Shipment Execution

  • Create and manage Amazon FBA shipments in Seller Central for European marketplaces
  • Assist the Amazon Account Manager with warehouse coordination related to Amazon shipments, including documentation, timelines, and issue resolution
  • Monitor shipment status and inventory availability to help ensure smooth fulfillment operations

Account Health & Compliance

  • Monitor Amazon account health dashboards, performance notifications, and policy alerts

Marketplace Operations Support

  • Support execution of product launches and promotional updates in collaboration with the Amazon Account Manager and Marketing Manager

  • Maintain operational trackers and workflows using tools such as Excel and Airtable

  • Create and deliver trainings that effectively communicate the savoir-faire of our Made-to-Measure product offer and result in strong adoption and execution of retail sales team.
  • Partner with Stores Team to maximize sales and revenue utilizing all available data, knowledge of the business and marketplace to consistently seek new opportunities.
  • Monitor all MTM customers and facilitate strategies with the sales team that are focused on retention and expansion.
  • Regularly visit stores to ensure shops are up to company standard.
  • Act as an ambassador of the Company representing the appropriate image and style.
  • Partner with DSA to ensure MTM tools are current and easily accessible for the sales team.
  • Deliver operation and logistic excellence, in partnership with the director manage any issue with custom and product import, as well as after service products.
  • Maintain an active presence in the local community, keep informed about business competitors, major events, and market trends.

Requirements


  • 3-5 years of experience in made to measure required.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the US and Canada.
  • Experience in department store environment is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and commercial ability.
  • Deep knowledge of the luxury industry with a high level of fashion sensitivity
  • The hiring range for the position goes from $90,000-$110,000 annually, plus clothing allowance. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
