- Responsible for procuring, submitting and managing submittal process related to scope of work.
VDC/BIM
- General oversight for VDC/BIM related to specific project.
- Work with Project Operations Manager and VDC/BIM Manager to create a VDC/BIM plan for the project including, but not limited to, layout lead, schedule for coordination and schedule for drawings.
- Assist Superintendent with BIM layout efforts for prior to the project.
- Review drawings regularly with VDC/BIM Manager and Superintendent throughout process to ensure quality control in terms of content and constructability.
Pre-Fabrication
- Work with Superintendent, Construction Resources Director and Project Operations Manager to create and maintain pre-fabrication plan for the project
- Work with Superintendent on managing delivery of pre-fabrication assemblies and installation schedule
- Constantly explore opportunities for pre-fabrication in all pieces of work
Material Management / Jobsite Logistic
- Oversight and responsibility for creating and maintaining material management and logistics plan related to current project(s). This includes defining and managing each piece of the process including, but not limited to, determining material needs, ordering material, receiving material and organizing material.
- Responsible for ensuring a quality control plan to ensure all material meets project specifications.
- Work with Superintendent, Field Operations Manager and Project Operations Manager to develop materials management and jobsite logistic plan prior to the project starting
- Work with Superintendent, Field Operations Manager and Project Operations Manager and Vendor Partners to implement plan and adjust plan throughout the course of the job.

Scheduling
- Oversight and responsibility for creating and maintaining schedule related to current project(s). This includes organization of current crews and manpower projections throughout the project.
- Work with Superintendent, Field Operations Manager and Project Operations Manager to develop field organization chart for project
- Work with Superintendent and Field Operation Manager to update schedule and manpower projection weekly.
Subcontractor Management
- General oversight of all subcontractor’s scope of work
- Responsibility for ensuring all submittal deliverables are completed in a timely manner
- Responsible for monitoring subcontractor’s manpower to meet project schedule
- Responsible for ensuring all subcontractor work is being executed to meet all project requirements
- Responsible for managing the billing process for individual subcontractors
Safety
- Work with Superintendent to create and maintain Safety plan related to current project(s). This includes defining and managing each piece of the process including, but not limited to, daily reports, PPE management, accident management, etc.
- Work with Superintendent Onsite Safety Manager to develop safety plan specific to project
- Work with Superintendent, Field Operation Manager, Onsite Safety Manager, Foreman's to ensure that project is adhering to both the project-specific safety plan and Adams Electric company standards.
Quality Control
- Work with Project Superintendent to create and maintain QA/QC plan related to current project(s). This includes defining and managing each piece of the process including, but not limited to, specification and code compliance, internal punch list management, general contractor punch list management and owner/design team punch list management
- Work with Project Superintendent and Onsite QA/QC Manager to develop QA/QC plan for a project
- Work with Project Superintendent, Field Operation Manager and QA/QC manager to ensure that project is adhering to both project specific QA/QC plan and Adams Electric company standards, testing and documentation
- Responsible for reviewing and analyzing project documents; plans and specifications; directing construction activities; resolving construction challenges; coordinating field installations and project closings; and developing and maintaining client relationships, all within project cost, time and quality standards.
- Material and Equipment Tracking Procurement
- Preparation of RFI (Request For Information)
Cost/Change Management
- Review, price and manage all project scope and coordination changes. Ensure that all pricing is submitted in a manner that meets, GC and owner standards for the project.
- Track and follow-up on status of open change orders.
- Prepare and submit WIP review with operations management team monthly progress and cost tracking reports, including "cost to complete estimates". These reports should be in the format specified by operations management, must be professional and accurate, and must show good management skills.
- Project Managers are expected to understand and be able to speak to the following monthly:
- Job set up – complete and correct.

Virginia Transformer Corp is seeking a strategic and experienced Commodity Manager to lead sourcing and supplier management for conductive materials, including copper, copper alloys, and other critical electrical-grade raw materials. This role is responsible for vendor selection, contract negotiations, supply chain risk mitigation, and driving cost savings across multiple manufacturing sites.
You will serve as the internal subject matter expert on conductive commodity markets, proactively shaping procurement strategy and partnering with engineering, operations, and finance to ensure a secure, cost-effective, and compliant supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Selection & Management: Lead sourcing and qualification of suppliers for copper and conductive materials. Establish relationships with domestic and international vendors to support quality, capacity, and pricing needs.
- Contract Management: Negotiate and manage commodity contracts, including pricing structures, terms and conditions, volume commitments, and enforcement of supply agreements.

We are seeking a Manager, Digital Ad Operations & Monetization to help scale and optimize our digital advertising business. This role sits at the intersection of sales, ad technology, and revenue operations, responsible for both executing digital advertising campaigns and helping develop the pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy for our streaming and digital platforms.
The position will partner closely with both digital and sales leadership to ensure digital advertising products are structured competitively and delivered effectively across all digital distribution channels, including CTV, web, mobile and social. In addition to running day-to-day ad operations, this individual will evaluate our ad tech stack, vendor ecosystem, and operational workflows, helping shape the systems and processes needed to support continued digital revenue growth.

JOB TITLE: Senior Analyst, Customer, Contract, and Chargeback Operations

Summary:
The position supports all functional areas within P&CO, processing of chargebacks, customer classification and contracts. This includes day-to-day business support as well as design/enhancement/implementation/testing of any required business process or system modifications.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily operations ensuring chargebacks are processed and appropriate payments are issued, including reconciliation of chargeback submissions and claim responses.
• Analyze and interpret large data sets using Excel and other software applications to support business functions (e.g. load customer records), ensure reasonableness of data, identify trends and determine the root cause of issues.
• Use sound critical thinking skills to review contract eligibility (e.g. GPO membership, Class of Trade (CoT), DEA/HIN or NPI).
• Research third-party databases and other data sources, analyze information and make determination on customer COT assignments. Determine COT assignment in compliance with established business standards and policies.
• Reconcile FSS and HRSA Office of Pharmacy Affairs 340B program eligibility information to ensure that government rules and regulations as well as practices are adhered to related to customer eligibility for FSS and 340B price discounts on products.
• Create, update, and maintain customer master records.
• Create and update business process documentation.
• Build and maintain business relationships with wholesalers and distributors and across matrix teams including Government Price Reporting, Government Contract Operations, Institutional Contract Administration, Customer Operations, Order to Cash Operations, IT, Trade Sales Ops, Finance and Customer Service Ops.

Overview:
Under the direction of the Purchasing Manager, the Buyer is Responsible for developing relationships and negotiating with suppliers, quotes, prices, specifications, availability and delivery schedules. The Buyer will also coordinate purchasing activities with manufacturing to acquire inventory in a cost effective and timely manner that meets quality specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data and trends for changes needed to key information. Update ERP system with current information (costs, expected delivery dates, lead times, minimum order quantities, safety stock, quantity price breaks, etc.)
- Issue, create and manage Purchase Orders, receive and manage acknowledgements from Suppliers.
- Communicate with vendors in a professional manner to negotiate overall best pricing and set performance standards including but not limited to; on-time delivery of parts, inventory, cost reduction, and lead times.
- Acquire and maintain technical understanding of products purchased.
- Interact with vendors and internal departments for order status, production scheduling, purchasing procedures and problem resolution.
- Expedite components as necessary to meet production requirements or respond to unexpected orders by expediting components in less than lead time.
- Generate and maintain vendor contact list and specification.
- Negotiate pricing, establishing payment terms and day-to-day corresponding via e-mail and telephone.
- Identify and resolve supplier quality and delivery problems together with the Quality department.
- Work closely with all internal customers to stay informed of changes in bills of material and manufacturing schedules.
- Prepare various reports for stock levels, shortages, stock usage, purchasing statistics, etc.
- Interact with other buyers in the company to share best practices and methods.
- Remain current on economic, industrial and other trends that may affect prices and market.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience dealing with international suppliers is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of inventory control and manufacturing procedures is a plus
- Knowledge and experience with bills of material is a plus
- Ability to organize pickups/deliveries of goods/logistics knowledge

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Purchase Orders (POs):
Create PO's, process requisitions and place orders for necessary goods, materials and services:
- Create separate PO’s for sales orders and stock items.
- Verify pricing, due dates and shipping methods (Ship Via) are correct before finalizing each PO.
- Select the best vendor for each purchase, unless a specific manufacturer is required. (‘best vendor’ is defined by price, availability, quality, etc.)
- Ensure material surplus was checked prior to placing PO.
- Ensure receipt of confirmation from vendor on each PO.
- Attach confirmation to each PO in ERD system.
- Inform salesperson if there are any discrepancies with PO (quantity, price, lead times).
- Attach any certificates to PO.
- Assist with min/ max stock levels.
- Assist with stock purchases for raw goods.
Quotes
Prepare quotes for Sales team members and/ or for required stock parts:
- Source and evaluate multiple quotes for best price, quality, reliability, and lead times.
Return Material Authorizations (RMA)
Complete an RMA on materials that need to be returned to the vendor:
- Communications with the vendor.
- Completion of the paperwork.
- Ensure delivery to our Expeditor for further processing.
Documentation:
- Review the MSDS Book regularly to ensure it is up-to-date and includes MSDS sheets on all products and materials.
- Collect RoHs, Reach, Conflict Minerals, Prop 65, PFAS and TSCA documentation from vendors.
Sourcing and Vendor Management:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with vendors, both new and current.
- Research and evaluate potential vendors based on price, quality, reliability, and delivery times.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to obtain the best possible value for the company.
- Create and maintain a vendor rating program, including defining key performance indicators to improve the company’s procurement efficiency and vendor relationships.
Miscellaneous Duties:
- Assist with receiving POs for direct shipments and stage in ERP System.
- Assist with attaching spec sheets and pictures of parts.
- Cover other purchasing responsibilities as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCTION REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate’s degree (two years of college) preferred
- MUST have 3 to 5 years of working knowledge in purchasing sealing products pertaining to the Oil & Gas and Marine industries.

In your job, you will have the ability to make a difference in the water and reclamation industry by:
Analytical and Critical Thinking:
- Input data into estimating systems.
- Generates initial labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor budget estimates for new projects including estimate refinements.
- Partner with field leadership on change orders, refine, and present to Vice President/President for approval. Once approved, create contract modifications.
- Compare budget costs to previous internal pricing information, analyze quantities and all scope items assist in value engineering.

- Review and use independent judgement on what are not apparent from project documentation and make efforts to estimate those potential scopes of work.
- Assist in the development of alternate proposals such as unit price, fixed fee, and time and material formats.

Proposal Development & Management:
- Coordinate proposals from scope definition through final costing and submittal

- Accurately summarize and file all materials and labor estimates required per departmental standards and protocols; include any other information relevant to substantiating the pricing estimate.
