About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Health Director of Nursing (DON) to lead and support clinical nursing services across Valeo Home Health. In this role, you will oversee all clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting. You will provide leadership, guidance, and professional development to clinical staff while monitoring performance, ensuring compliance, and promoting accountability.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all home health clinical operations and nursing staff
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, Medicare, and accrediting regulations
  • Manage staffing, performance evaluations, training, and staff development
  • Oversee patient assessments, plans of care, documentation, and discharge planning
  • Ensure coordination of care across all disciplines, including therapy and medical social services
  • Monitor quality outcomes, patient safety, and infection control practices
  • Review OASIS documentation and ensure regulatory accuracy and timeliness
  • Address and resolve patient, family, and agency concerns
  • Develop, implement, and maintain clinical policies and procedures
  • Participate in agency planning, growth initiatives, and community outreach

Qualifications

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Utah (required)
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but not required
  • Minimum of one (1) year of management or supervisory experience in a clinical setting (required)
  • Minimum of two (2) years of Director of Nursing experience in home health or hospice (required)
  • Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in home health or hospice (required)


Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer/tablet
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and use fingers to operate a computer and telephone

About the Role



The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that all aspects of civil construction projects are managed effectively.



Responsibilities



  • Plan entire project and major activities with Superintendent.
  • Develop material, labor, and equipment needs of entire project.

  • Industry knowledge of exterior signage manufacturing, permitting, and installation processes preferred.

What you’ll need for success:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a similar field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated experience in selling complex SaaS solutions to multiple stakeholders and decision makers.

LHH is seeking a Key Account Manager; Modular Flooring for a growing client in Salt Lake City, UT!


This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and significant national exposure. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, results-driven sales professional with experience selling into retail environments such as automotive, powersports, hardware, home improvement, or similar verticals. This is a newly created role focused on building and scaling a national display flooring category used to enhance in-store merchandising and product presentation.



Compensation includes base salary of $100,000–$125,000 + bonus. Full benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plus match, PTO, paid holidays, and more.



Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy to grow a newly launched display flooring category
  • Prospect, acquire, and manage key accounts including retailers, dealership groups, OEMs, kiosk operators, and merchandising partners
  • Grow and expand existing large accounts while developing new national and regional customers
  • Prepare for and conduct on-site and virtual meetings with decision-makers across the U.S.
  • Guide customers through product selection, layout recommendations, installation considerations, and usage best practices
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and customer service teams to support category development
  • Attend relevant trade shows, customer visits, and industry events
  • Put together reporting regularly regarding performance of accounts as well as individual metrics
  • Travel up to 50% nationwide (primarily air travel)



Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B sales, national account management, or key account experience
  • Required experience selling into retail environments, including: Automotive dealerships, Powersports or equipment dealers, Hardware or home improvement retailers, Lawn & garden, sporting goods, or similar categories
  • Proven ability to build a book of business from scratch and manage complex sales cycles
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with multi-stakeholder organizations
  • Comfortable in a high-travel, hunter-style sales role
  • CRM experience required (HubSpot preferred)
  • Modular flooring experience not required; product training provided
