Job Overview:

The Patient Advocate is responsible for answering patient and insurance calls routed to the Billing and Collections department. In addition, is responsible for resolving patient billing issues, processing patient payments and reducing accounts receivable delinquency.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Resolve client billing issues and rescue accounts receivable delinquency, while maintaining excellent customer service, in a timely manner
  • Identify issues contributing to account delinquency
  • Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements
  • Review open accounts for collection efforts
  • Make outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations
  • Scan and fax documents pertaining to patient accounts
  • Maintain updated accounts on Strategic AR Dashboard
  • Must adhere to HIPAA regulations, Company Confidentiality and Code of Conduct
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • 1 year of Patient Collections experience is required

Job Summary: Reporting directly to the Vice President, Exterior Signage, the Project Manager leads complex, high‑visibility signage programs from initiation through completion, serving as the primary strategic interface with customers, internal teams, and external partners. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, large‑scale, multi‑site exterior signage programs valued at $3M–$10M+ annually, often involving accelerated timelines or heightened client visibility.
  • Serve as the primary customer-facing lead, ensuring clarity of expectations, proactive communication, and alignment of project outcomes with strategic objectives.
  • Translate customer goals into actionable project plans, ensuring cross‑functional teams (design, permitting, manufacturing, installation, logistics) operate in coordination.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, scopes, budgets, and risk mitigation plans with minimal oversight.

  • Industry knowledge of exterior signage manufacturing, permitting, and installation processes preferred.
  • 7+ years project management experience, preferably in exterior signage, construction, or multi-site deployments.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale or national programs with complex execution requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to customer executives and internal senior leadership.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management frameworks with the ability to adapt them to real‑world environments.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions with incomplete information in fast‑moving environments.

Stratus Construction is currently hiring an experienced OSP Design Engineer. As a DE, you will play a crucial role in our process, designing our all-fiber network and deployment to our customers.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Design and develop outside plant (OSP) network infrastructure
  • Perform field surveys, site walks, and feasibility assessments to identify the best routing for customer deployments
  • Create and review engineering plans, drawings and SOW
