Position Overview

CorSource is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Services Assistant to support operational and project-based teams in the energy and utilities sector. This role is ideal for professionals with strong organizational skills who thrive in structured environments and enjoy providing behind-the-scenes support for critical functions.

Administrative Services Assistants play an essential role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations, handling confidential data, coordinating logistics, and ensuring quality service delivery across high-security or regulated settings.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Coordination & Customer Service

• Provide daily administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal staff and stakeholders

• Manage appointment scheduling, front desk coverage, and basic credentialing activities

• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information in a courteous, timely manner

Document & Records Management

• Prepare, review, and maintain records, files, and internal documentation

• Support physical and digital filing systems in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards

• Draft internal memos, guides, or operational documents as needed

• Assist with timekeeping, travel arrangements, and document submission processes

Data Entry & System Support

• Perform accurate data entry using Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, or proprietary systems

• Generate basic reports and support data collection activities for audits or compliance reviews

• Follow established protocols for handling sensitive or confidential information

Cross-Team Support & Flexibility

• Support operational readiness by contributing to internal SOPs and desk guides

• Serve as backup for other administrative staff and support functions

• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain service continuity

• Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and professionalism in high-visibility environments

Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years of administrative or office coordination experience

• Strong communication and time management skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Proven ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

• Experience supporting teams in fast-paced or structured environments

Preferred:

• Prior experience in the energy, utility, or public sector industries

• Familiarity with credentialing processes or secure office operations

• Experience with SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, or enterprise systems

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

We are seeking a skilled Audio-Visual Technician with hands-on installation experience and the ability to commission AV systems. If you enjoy solving technical challenges, working with modern AV technologies, and delivering polished, reliable systems to clients, we want to talk to you.

What you’ll do

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot commercial AV systems (displays, DSPs, control, switching, audio systems, video distribution, conferencing gear).
• Commission systems including DSP tuning, control system loading, network configuration, verification & testing.
• Read and interpret AV drawings, signal flow diagrams, and load documentation accurately.
• Work onsite with clients, contractors, and project managers to deliver fully functional systems.
• Provide support, training, and handoff documentation after completion.
• Ensure clean workmanship, cable management, and adherence to CVE’s standards.

What you’ll bring

• 3–5+ years of professional commercial AV installation experience, including:
• DSP programming (Q-SYS Designer, Biamp Tesira, etc.)
• Control systems (Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS)
• Networked video systems (Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS)
• Commissioning systems (e.g., Q-SYS, Biamp, Crestron, Extron, Dante).
• Understanding of AV-over-IP, networking basics, and signal routing.
• Familiarity with most common UC platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Webex)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift equipment, use power tools safely, and work on ladders/lifts.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check
• The following qualifications are a plus, but not required:
• Oregon LEA, WA06 license
• CTS/CTS-I/CTS-D certification
• Networking certifications or training
• Programming experience including UI development
• Please note that studio tech experience is not sufficient for this position.

Surgical Technologists are allied health professionals, who are an integral part of the team of medical practitioners providing surgical care to patients. Surgical Technicians work under the supervision and delegatory authority of a surgeon to facilitate the safe and effective conduct of invasive and non-invasive surgical procedures, ensuring that the operating room environment is safe, that equipment functions properly, and that the operative procedure is conducted under conditions that maximize patient safety. Surgical Technologists are experts in the theory and application of the principles of asepsis and sterile technique to combine the knowledge of human anatomy and surgical procedures to facilitate a physician's performance of invasive therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Will participate and maintain a culture within The Corvallis Clinic that is consistent with the content outlined in the Service and Behavioral Standards document. To this end, employee will be expected to read, have familiarity, and embrace the principles contained within
• Assesses patient status during pre-op interview, and on a continuing basis
• Provides safe, therapeutic quality care to patients by utilizing the nursing process and nursing diagnosis in a timely manner and by setting appropriate priorities. Documents interventions and patient's responses
• Ensures provision of patient care in an organized and timely manner
• Utilizes nursing care standards when planning and implementing patient care
• Communicates appropriate information regarding patient conditions to those who require the information including, surgeons, anesthesia, management and other staff
• Safely carries out physician's orders correctly and promptly, documenting all activities
• Assists Anesthesia staff as needed
• Displays an understanding of each patient's cognitive, physical, emotional and chronological maturity in assessments, treatment and care
• Participates in the orientation and training of new employees
• Maintains competencies to function in RN role within specific area
• Protects sedated and anesthetized patients by identifying safety hazards such as electrical, equipment, pressure points and by minimizing exposure to maintain privacy and body temperature
• Expertise sin safety principles, asepsis, sterile technique and universal precautions
• Assesses, anticipates and implements appropriate care throughout the surgical process
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) OR Military trained Sterile Processing/Surgical Techs (must complete 16 CEU's every 2 years)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to complete BLS certification within 90 days of hire
• 1+ years of experience in a Main Operating Room
• Must be able to work 2-4 times a month M-Th 7-5:30 (hours can vary)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Multispecialty experience: Orthopedics, GYN, Urology, General Surgery, ENT, and Ophthalmology

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understands the procedure being performed and anticipates the needs of the surgeon
• Necessary knowledge and ability to ensure quality patient care during the operative procedure and is constantly on vigil for maintenance of the sterile field
• Ability to don OR attire and personal protective equipment (PPE); gathers, checks and opens supplies and equipment needed for the surgical procedure; sets up the sterile back table and Mayo stand with appropriate supplies
• Maintain skills in equipment usage and troubleshooting
• Prepares and anticipates additional instrumentation, equipment and supplies for usage during the procedure
• Maintains highest standard of sterile technique during the procedure
• Knowledge of basic clinical skills to provide patient care
• Ability to work well with providers, clinical staff and patients
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy, fast-paced environment while maintaining quality of work
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including but not limited to standards for confidentiality, Infection Control, Safety (OSHA), Attendance, Personal Electronic Equipment, Punctuality and Personal Appearance
• Participates in Quality Improvement activities including identification of opportunities for cost reductions and efficiencies

• Communicates with all consumers of the mental health center regarding the medication services Genoa provides
• Recruits and enrolls consumers utilizing enrollment forms and copy the consumer's insurance card
• Facilitates the collection of prescriptions to be faxed to the pharmacy for dispensing
• Ensures all consumer insurance information is up to date in the Pharmacy system and is properly charged for the medications dispensed
• Assists consumers in contacting the pharmacist regarding all their medication questions and ensure a prompt response to their questions
• Assists clinic staff and pharmacy with prior authorizations and Patient Assistance programs as needed
• Monitors compliance by contacting the consumer at least monthly to ensure compliance and determine refill needs as applicable
• Prescription refill management by utilizing the no refill report and contacting the appropriate prescriber to ensure timely refills are completed and dispensed to the consumer
• Medication delivery when needed and appropriate. {Only applicable in states that are allowed.}
• Checks for expiration dates (both on consumer's medications as well as house account products/standing order meds.)
• Ensures that medications are stored properly (refrigerated drugs are kept in the refrigerator, pen-tips are not stored on insulin pens, etc.)
• Checks for discrepancies (dose changes, discontinued medications, etc.)
• All areas of the job description are subject to state regulations and allowances {CMC will receive a state specific document that shares state specific regulations and allowances.}

Required Qualifications:

• Pharmacy Tech License for the state of Oregon
• 2+ years of pharmacy experience
• Willing to make deliveries of medication when needed
• Willing to work in the pharmacy and perform pharmacy technician duties when needed
• Access to reliable transportation and valid US driver's license with a clean driving record with valid car insurance

• National Pharmacy Technician Certification
• Sales or marketing experience
• Microsoft Suite experience (excel)
