Food and food service delivery drivers fulfill a critical role in the countryโs food supply chain. Our delivery drivers not only make sure the customersโ products arrive at their destination at the arranged times and in good condition, but they are the face of our company โ building lasting relationships with our customers!
The CDL-A Driverย is responsible for driving a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight and drive and drop routes for the purpose of delivering and/or unloading food and food related products to customers in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
- Performs all required safety checks (i.e., pre/post trip) including inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations; inspects tractor/truck and trailer to insure they meet company safety standards and take appropriate action as needed.
- Reports all safety issues and/or repairs required.
- Follows all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies.
- Immediately reports all safety hazards. Inspects trailer for properly loaded and secured freight.
- Performs count check of items and check customer invoices of products that have been loaded.
- Checks and completes in an accurate and in legible fashion all required paperwork associated with freight.
- Moves tractor to the loading dock and attach preloaded trailer as needed.
- Drives to and delivers customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule.
- Unloads products from the trailer, transports items into designated customer storage areas.
- Performs damage control checks on items, scans, and contact supervisor about removing orders according to company policy.
- Verifies delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures.
- Collects money (cash or checks) where required. Loads customer returns on to trailer and secures trailer doors.
- Ensures that tractor, trailer, and freight are appropriately locked and/or always secured.
- Unloads damaged goods and customer returns and bring to the driver check-in and complete necessary paperwork. Unloads all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required.
- Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
- Performs general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area and keep trailers clear and clean as required.
- At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.ย
Qualifications:
โข High School Diploma/GED or Equivalentโข 1 Year commercial driving
โข Valid CDL-A
โข Must be 21+ years of age
โข Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)
โข Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
โข Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
โข Pass road test
โข Attains or has valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card
โข Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight of varying size and weight throughout shift; product generally ranges from between 10-35 pounds and up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location

Conducting investigative inquiries using various techniques, examining files and records, physical and documentary evidence to identify logical conclusions.
Utilizing cameras and other electronic high-tech surveillance equipment to gather evidence, collect, evaluate, and then preserve that physical and documentary evidence.
Highly skilled in writing comprehensive arrest, criminal and incident reports.
Assisting government or state attorneys in preparation for court cases or grand juries, testifies as a law enforcement officer in court proceedings, and administrative forums.
Considerable experience applying arrest authorities and constitutional law in various alleged criminal situations, or knowledge and experience of CBP laws, regulations, policies, legal precedent.
OR GS-11 Education Substitution for experience: A Ph.D.
or equivalent doctoral degree, three (3) full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or LL.M.
OR Combining Experience and Education: A combination of successfully completed post-bachelors' education (above) and experience.

- Assists clinic staff and pharmacy with prior authorizations and Patient Assistance programs as needed
- Monitors compliance by contacting the consumer at least monthly to ensure compliance and determine refill needs as applicable
- Prescription refill management by utilizing the no refill report and contacting the appropriate prescriber to ensure timely refills are completed and dispensed to the consumer

- Not receiving government or public assistance (including Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or state-funded health insurance)
- No history of pregnancy complications (including gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, or pre-term labor)
- No history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or major depressive disorder
- Not currently taking medications unsafe for pregnancy (including certain mental health medications)
- Able to travel for medical screening, monitoring, and embryo transfer appointments
- Live a healthy lifestyle free of illicit or recreational drug use
- Have a stable home environment and strong support system

Position Summary:
Provide leadership to sanitation team on the responsibilities for the overall cleanliness of the plant processes while ensuring both a safe and sanitary food manufacturing facility. ย Ensure compliance with all food safety policies, procedures and regulatory criterion including current SQF code, Good Manufacturing Practices, and compliance with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), CFIA regulations and or HACCP/HARPC.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and provide guidance to sanitation team by providing a daily schedule for the Sanitation Department, and any other duties assigned by management. ย This includes enforcement of employee's attendance, company rules, safety rules, and sanitation department requirements.
Responsible for maintaining inventory and ordering of cleaning chemicals, cleaning equipment, and replacement parts for the Sanitation Department. Work directly with Ecolab representative to provide necessary support for site.
Develop and implement on-going training programs in POKA. Work with L and D department to ensure compliance with POKA program. Assist in training employees in sanitation and operations on cleaning of equipment as needed.
Conduct routine daily post cleaning inspections including ATP program. Review Sanitation records, CIP charts, CIP flow rates and chemical concentrations for accuracy utilizing any of the software programs at the plant level: ย i.e., 3D Tracer program, Redzone and plant specific software, recording charts from portable skids.
Conduct, document, and or attend meeting with department or cross functional employees.
Manage both the Sanitation Department labor & supply budgets. Establish routine cadence to report status of overall department budget to Department Manager.
Responsible that all sanitation equipment is in good working condition. This includes routine inspections, escalating issue and working with maintenance or other third-party resources to ensure preventative maintenance is completed. ย Ensure aging or non-operative equipment is replaced.
Collaborate and support plant microbiology in PEM (environmental monitoring program) program execution.
Evaluate, update, and execute the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) to reflect changes in equipment design, new equipment, and the cleaning process. ย Act as subject matter expert representing Sanitation in scheduled audits.
Ensure Ventura Foods Sanitation Program is followed and adhered to.

Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Prior Supervisory or Lead position experience required.

Responsibilities :
- Generate new customer sales for TDS by knocking on residential doors and engaging prospects at community events. Present and sell Internet, TV, Voice, and Mobile services, answer questions, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of activity and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth installation and excellent customer experience.
- Travel to other markets to support DFN launches and increase penetration rates and developing relationships with local partners.
- 1+ years of direct (door to door) sales experience.
- Must be eligible for a seller's permit and/or solicitors license as required by market.
- Must have access to reliable transportation.
- Door to door sales experience in the broadband/fiber industry preferred.
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to consistently follow up with customers in a timely manner.
- Advanced Computer literacy with familiarity of in-home electronics, computers, and high-speed Internet preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for interaction with customers to educate them on cable, voice, and data services.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships.
- Must be enthusiastic, persuasive, persistent, and can handle rejection in the selling process.
