About the Role
A growing organization in the food and logistics space is seeking a Business Analyst to support the development and delivery of technology-driven solutions that enhance business operations. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and support projects from design through implementation.
This position works alongside program management and business technology leadership to analyze core workflows, support system enhancements, ensure data accuracy, and drive adoption of new tools across the business.
Key Responsibilities

What you'll be doing :
* Keep the Asset Protection Manager informed of all potential workplace security and safety issues.
* Maintain order and control of the front desk, lobby areas and switchboard.
* Prevent internal theft by conducting scanning and bag checking of all employees and visitors exiting the facility.
* Monitor entrance and front lobby to ensure all visitors are authorized, logged in and escorted.
* Monitor entire property via CCTV system, fire, and burglar alarm systems to respond to incidents as needed across multiple fulfillment centers and delivery operations buildings.
* Audit physical security platforms (intrusion, access control & CCTV) across multiple buildings to ensure functionality of all systems.
* Analyze data & conduct video audits relating to Shrink & Cargo Loss across multiple buildings to mitigate risk.
* Monitor parking lot areas to report unauthorized visitors/vehicles or unlawful activity to leadership.
* Notify emergency personnel (police/fire) in the event of emergencies as appropriate.
* Assist and support leadership team with safety, emergency crisis and evacuation drills and real events as needed.
* Ensure regulatory compliance measures are being adhered to with associates and vendors that are entering the facility.
* Manage and maintain safety training and regulatory compliance training documents.
* Administer new hire safety training and annual refresher safety training.
* Monitor all inbound and outbound trailer activity in the trailer yard.

What You Will Do
Monitor and follow patient progress and report health changes to supervising registered professional nurse through detailed observations, interviews, and physical/psychosocial care within LPN scope of practice.

Outerspace is a new type of Ops Center. We come from the brand side and have built and led operations for companies like Steve Madden, Prada and Nice Laundry. We leverage the latest technology to support our high growth brands and their daily operations. Outerspace provides a number of services including, but not limited to, warehousing and fulfillment, customization and light manufacturing, and product photography.
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Fulfillment Center Outbound Supervisor to join the team. The Warehouse Outbound Supervisor is responsible for leading fast-paced e-commerce and 3PL outbound operations, ensuring high-volume orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This role supervises outbound teams, manages labor against daily order spikes, and drives performance in a deadline-driven fulfillment environment. A successful candidate is someone who is driven, determined and committed to a high level of operational excellence and customer satisfaction. They are collaborative, demonstrate strong communication skills, and are detail oriented.
Reports to: Operations Sr. Manager
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates responsible for outbound order fulfillment (picking, packing, shipping).
- Monitor daily workflow and assign tasks to ensure timely and accurate processing of e-commerce orders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to outbound operations.
- Provide hands-on support during peak periods and resolve issues related to inventory, order discrepancies, or shipping delays.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of warehouse or fulfillment center experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of outbound logistics, order fulfillment, and shipping processes
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, handheld android devices
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
- Proficient with technology and software, such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack
- Bilingual (English, Spanish), strongly preferred
Compensation Range: $65,000-$75,000 DOE

Job Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer in Northvale is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality. This person will be analyzing production data, managing production schedules, and developing new technologies. They will also ensure that products are manufactured effectively and meet quality standards. The Manufacturing Engineer will collaborate with their team and demonstrate ENNOVI’s values of accountability, teamwork, and integrity.
Main Responsibilities
- Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
- Analyzing and controlling manufacturing costs, including material, labor, and production costs.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Working with other engineers, designers, and production staff to achieve manufacturing goals.
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure products meet defined standards.
- Orchestrating all pre-launch build activities, including prototype, pilot, and validation runs, to ensure factory readiness and a "non-event" transition to full-volume production for the customer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years in Manufacturing Engineering
- Proven hands-on experience with injection molding and/or metal stamping is required.
- High-stakes Automotive industry experience is a major plus.
- A tactical ability to diagnose and neutralize complex technical issues on the production floor.
- Ability to identify and solve technical problems related to manufacturing processes.
- Sharp analytical skills to translate raw data into actionable manufacturing trends and decisions.
- Ability to manage and control manufacturing costs.
- Great attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Can lift up to 25 lbs
