About Sales Strategy & Operations
As a Sales Strategy & Operations (SS&O) team, our mission is to power sustainable revenue growth for Pinterest with datadriven strategic insights and decision making, tight management against them and highimpact revenue management. We inform critical business decisions driving revenue growth, so team members are highly visible to senior Sales leadership at Pinterest and throughout the organization at large.
This role sits within the SS&O team supporting Programmatic Sales, partnering closely with the VP, GM Programmatic Ads Sales and Programmatic Sales leadership to shape and scale a priority growth business for Pinterest.
What You'll Do:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Strategy & Operations for Agency & Programmatic, and in close partnership with the VP, GM Programmatic Ads Sales, you will develop and bring to life datadriven strategies to accelerate growth in this critical business vertical. In this role, you will:
Own development of the sales gotomarket strategy for Programmatic Sales - including customer segmentation, ideal customer profiles, bookofbusiness design, coverage models, sales priorities, and annual planning for Programmatic sellers.
Lead the analytics and forecasting engine for Programmatic Sales by designing and maintaining revenue forecasts, pipeline and coverage models, performance scorecards, and forwardlooking views that help leadership make fast, datadriven decisions.
Build and manage core reporting and dashboards (in partnership with Data, Finance and BizOps) that surface clear, actionable views of programmatic performance across regions, channels, partners, and products - and continually refine these based on stakeholder needs.
Run recurring business review cadences (e.g., weekly performance reviews, monthly/quarterly business reviews) for Programmatic Sales - owning the narrative, analyses, materials, and followup to drive accountability and execution.
Translate complex data into clear stories and recommendations for Sales and executive stakeholders, including diagnosing performance drivers, identifying opportunities and risks, and proposing concrete actions for sellers, leaders, and XFN teams.
Design and refine sales processes and workflows as new programmatic products, deal types and partners are launched and as new acquisitions are integrated - ensuring Programmatic Sales has clear ways of working, robust documentation, and measurable outcomes.
Partner with crossfunctional teams (Finance, Product & Engineering, Product Marketing, BizOps, Client Solutions) to define strategy and operating details for Pinterest's programmatic offering as it evolves, ensuring Sales input is grounded in data and market reality.
Identify and test new growth opportunities through structured experiments and analyses (e.g., pricing tests, new motion pilots, coverage and incentive changes), and operationalize successful approaches at scale.
Drive standardization and scalability by codifying best practices, creating reusable analytics and tooling, and aligning on shared metrics and definitions across Programmatic Sales and broader Sales orgs.
What We're Looking For:
7+ years of professional experience in strategy & operations, analytics, or similar fields in a fastpaced, highly analytical environment (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, tech/media, or revenue/sales strategy & operations).
Direct experience in programmatic or digital advertising (publisher, platform, agency, ad tech, or consulting), with a solid understanding of SSPs/DSPs, deal types, and the broader programmatic ecosystem.
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills - you are comfortable working with large, complex datasets, building models and forecasts, and stresstesting assumptions to arrive at sound, datadriven recommendations.
High data fluency and tool comfort - advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is expected; familiarity with SQL and querying large datasets is a strong plus.
Proven experience building metrics frameworks, dashboards, and reporting that help senior leaders quickly understand business performance and make decisions, including owning definitions, documentation, and change management.
Demonstrated ability to partner closely with senior sales leaders (Director/VP+) to define strategy, build annual and quarterly plans, forecast revenue, and drive accountability against goals.
Strong structured problemsolving skills and comfort driving decisions in ambiguous, evolving situations where goals, data, or processes are not yet fully defined.

Job Summary
Based on Department established priorities, provides support services in the areas of prisoner transport, prisoner care and custody, alternative sentencing methods, the taking of crime reports, calls for assistance of a non-criminal nature, records data entry and other activities within the Department.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Receives into custody persons arrested by officers, completes arrest reports, fingerprints and photographs the subject, and maintains custody in the Kirkland Police Department jail. Facilitates alternative sentencing programs.
- Transports arrested subjects to and from court or to other detention facilities.
- Coordination of court appearances and schedules.
Essential Duties:
- Booking of prisoners, includes input data, fingerprinting, photographing, searching, inventory and storing of personal effects.
- Interviews all in-custody subjects and screens for medical, psychological, and behavioral issues resulting in incarceration in another facility.
- Attends to personal bedding, hygiene needs, and medical needs of inmates as necessary.
- Arranges court appearances and schedules.
- Provides transports (e.g. court, detention center, dentist visits, doctor appointments, and emergency room).
- Orders and prepares meals for prisoners and other items needed by prisoners.
- Work Release. This includes subject interview, evaluation, receipt processing (if applicable), monitoring of payments, booking procedure, work schedule set-up, equipment application, and compliance monitoring.
- Responsible for Electronic Home Detention (EHD). This includes subject interview, evaluation, receipt processing (if applicable), monitoring of payments, booking procedure, work schedule set-up, equipment application, and compliance monitoring.
- Day Detention. This includes initial processing and monitoring of compliance throughout the days of court-ordered detention.
- Serves warrants to individuals already arrested and jailed by other jurisdictions and provide transport to Kirkland.
- Takes information regarding citizen complaints and completes appropriate incident and follow-up reports. Process and complete police reports, as required, in person or telephonically.
- Maintains all booking photos.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Keeps the booking and cell area clean and supplied with necessary forms, inmate supplies, and equipment within the jail area.
- Conducts regular maintenance inspections of Corrections vehicles and ensures that necessary equipment is in each vehicle. Completes a written record of all inspections.
- Provides traffic control, upon request, to assist the Patrol and Traffic Divisions when authorized by the Lieutenant, in support of special events.
- Provides backup support to ASA in entering, quashing, recalling, cancelling and second party verification of warrants.

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum age is 21 years.

- Must not possess physical or visual impairments which would prevent the employee from maintaining physical custody of others, which may include application of physical restraint techniques. Must possess sufficient health and physical capacity to participate in defensive tactics training and other required physical activity.
- Must be able to obtain a police security clearance including polygraph, psychological, and background prior to hire. Must be able to successfully complete the State Certified Corrections Academy and the department Field Training Program.

Working Conditions
Work is performed in jail, court, community, and police department settings as well as driving motor vehicles. The employee is not armed unless working outside of the facility (conducting transports or Kirkland Municipal Court duties) and holds a limited commission to serve warrants. A Corrections Officer is required to wear a uniform in the performance of all duties.

Job Summary
Seasonal Rangers provide customer service throughout the City of Kirkland's park system with a focus on our waterfront parks during the busy summer season. Seasonal Rangers provide education and information regarding park rules and regulations, ensure the payment of moorage fees and enforce the rules of the City of Kirkland harbors, respond to reports of off-leash dogs or other safety concerns, open and close parks, pick up litter, update signage, collect garbage, and restock, clean, and sanitize picnic shelters and restrooms in partnership with the greater Parks Management division.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Public relations and customer service to community members using the park and visiting the Harbors.
- Enforce moorage payment is made in a timely manner and follow up with boater's in non-compliance.
- Maintain daily moorage and incident logs.
- Manage reserved areas of the Harbors for boaters and tour ships and ensure areas are open for those who have made proper arrangements.
- Enforcement of park rules, harbor rules, moorage regulations and other laws and regulations pertaining to the site.
- Provide support and education to community members using the parks.
- The Park Ranger will have a limited commission to issue warning and violation notices for parks rules.
- The position may be asked to help maintain the park facilities by opening and closing parks, emptying garbage cans, picking up litter, updating signage, and assisting in the maintenance of the restroom facility and basic dock maintenance.

Job Summary
Seasonal Parks Laborers perform general labor tasks as assigned to contribute to the development and maintenance of City public grounds and moorage facility.
Each Laborer works as part of a team to conduct routine maintenance and park development which includes cleaning restrooms, picnic shelters, and other City facilities as well as opening and closing parks daily, addressing customer concerns as they arise, collecting garbage, and picking up litter. Depending on the team of assignment, the Seasonal Laborers perform their work under supervision to maintain park landscaping, turf, sport fields, trees, boardwalks, buildings, equipment, and natural areas undergoing habitat restoration. Please note the specific tasks listed below.
All Laborers positions will operate vehicles, equipment, and a variety of hand and small power tools as required to complete their assigned tasks.
Essential Duties
- Hand mows spaces not accessible by tractor-mowers.
- Trims grass and cuts weeds with an edger or weed eater.
- Raking leaves, spreading sand and soil, installing park benches and cleaning the docks.
- Waters vegetation on City facility grounds.
- Remove debris with mechanical blower.
- Makes garbage runs at City facilities. This includes emptying garbage cans, picking up litter and debris.
- Landscape installation to include planting, weeding and bed maintenance.

The City of Renton is hiring part-time Recreation Leaders (Levels 1, 2, and 3) to support our Youth Sports Programs in multiple areas. Key responsibilities include implementing and overseeing programs and events, delivering excellent customer service to participants and their families, maintaining facilities and supplies, and sports program instruction and assisting participants. Recreation Leaders will also handle site supervision, program setup, upkeep, and provide first aid as needed. This role involves both indoor and outdoor work, including in inclement weather, across various recreation facilities

Job Summary
The Certified Medical Assistant/LPN assists with clinical operations at our Issaquah location to keep patient flow smooth and efficient while providing a high level of patient care. This role works with patients of all ages and assists with rooming patients, collecting vitals, and performing point-of-care testing associated with asthma and allergy care. Our office maintains a supportive and efficient working environment with a 2:1 CMA to provider ratio. Typically, our offices have 1-2 doctors, and each doctor sees between 14-22 patients per day. This structure ensures a balanced workload and allows for high-quality patient care.
Duties:
- Check in patients and record vital signs, medication history, drug allergy verification, review of symptoms list. Conduct preliminary test as appropriate based on the problem list or patient’s presenting symptoms. Enter all data into the EMR system.
- Perform procedures without error in a timely fashion as ordered by the provider.
- Responsible for patient education including but not limited to medications care planning, disease process understanding, environmental controls and device teaching. Document specific take home messages to the patient in the EMR system.
- Take inventory of supplies and re-stock as needed. Maintain sample medications, and printed information for patients.
- Turn exam room to prepare for next patient.
Requirements:
We are seeking a candidate with the following:
- Current Washington State LPN or CMA license
- Must have completed the 7 hours state mandated AIDS/HIV training program.
- CPR/First aid for healthcare professionals card.
- Washington state insured Medical Assistant certification or registration proof.
- Comprehension of EMR/HER recordkeeping system for delivery of healthcare. Prior experience on Athena, Epic, GE or other system is required.
- Self-motivation, empathy, and stellar interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
- Enthusiasm and desire to participate as a team member and gain a variety of technical skills
- A history of working in an outpatient setting, preferably in asthma/allergy, ENT, pediatric, or dermatology specialty offices

Job Description
This is an exciting seasonal opportunity to work the City of Renton's Henry Moses Aquatics Center this summer! Greet and assist patrons keeping in mind job responsibilities are in public view and excellent customer service is a must. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - HMAC Guest Services:
Assist lifeguards on top of large slide tower with the flow of guests into the flumes.
Assist with patron line control.
Maintain bathhouses and family changing rooms in a clean and orderly fashion.
Keep tubes in an orderly fashion at the tube corrals and repair tubes as necessary.
Empty trash receptacles throughout the facility.
Assist patrons with locker usage, wristbands, and lost and found items.
Work as a team player.
Be ready to work by scheduled start time.
Understand and follow direction given.
Maintain regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.
Perform related duties as assigned.
