About the Role
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Purchasing Clerk to support our inventory and operations team. This role is heavily focused on creating, processing, and tracking large volumes of purchase orders (POs) while ensuring product flow between warehouses is accurate and timely. You will work closely with the Inventory/Purchasing team to maintain data integrity, resolve discrepancies, and support efficient purchasing operations in a fast-paced environment.

The position of Foreman has been established to enhance the profitability of the business by ensuring that workers, equipment, and materials are used properly at a jobsite to maximize productivity and maintain schedules.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the Following. Other Duties May Be Assigned:
- Ensure that Baker Electric's interpretation of the project's specifications and job drawings are being executed. Confirm compliance with all contract documents and prevailing building codes.
- Discuss with Superintendent/Project Management possible specification and interpretations not yet defined by Baker Electric, including conflicts with drawings, or differing job conditions.
- Interact with the inspectors regarding specification discrepancies by explaining Baker Electric interpretations. If further discussions are required, information needs to be passed to the Project Manager.
- Execute the change order process.
- Review contract drawings, specifications and submittals when the job is assigned.
- Plan construction work activities to support schedule and with minimal interferences from other trades, and make the most efficient and uniform use of manpower, tools and equipment throughout the job.
- Coordinate with other trades working on the projects, i.e. Fire sprinklers, HVAC, plumbing, etc.
- Manage and train manpower at the jobsite.
- Process all time sheets in a timely manner.
- Identify the approximate time required to do each task and determine the size of crew required to complete the job most efficiently.
- Assign workers to jobs based on the worker's strongest capabilities.
- Be sure that workers have all the materials and tools they need to work as productively as possible.
- Manage crew sizes and forecast requirements for manpower.
- Forward all union issues and discussions concerning work agreements to Superintendent.
- Maintain dated Contractors Daily Log book documenting jobsite information.
- Ensure all material installation methods are being completed on schedule with high standards of quality by inspecting work in progress.
- Perform continuous evaluation of installation processes to promote increases in production.
- Communicate material installation with the Project Manager for possible specification or code conflicts or quality problems.
- Actively review projects for Pre-Fab opportunities. Coordinate with the Superintendent to implement Pre-Fab items into the project.
- Strategically plan major equipment/material order quantities and delivery time frames that coincide with production schedules and project requirements.
- Assure long lead items are delivered on time to prevent disruptions in the production schedule.
- Monitor that material is being ordered and arriving on the job site on schedule, and field paper work is maintained correctly.
- Arrange proper storage and security for materials delivered to the job site.
- Report any unresolved material problems to the Purchasing Manager, Superintendent, and/or Project Manager.
- Responsible for all Company tools on foreman's projects.
- Ensure that tools are in good repair, used properly and not abused.
- Review job status tool inventories list and complete reconcile to assure accurate inventory.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to resolve any tool or equipment problems: usage, condition, availability, etc.
- Complete RFIs (Request for Information) properly and when needed and forward to Project Manager.
- Promote, and maintain a cooperative relationship with all company personnel, clients and other jobsite contacts.
- Provide job progress report to the Superintendent as required.
- Enforce company policy and procedures in regards to workmanship standards, safety and training.
- Provide Safety information and training according to company policies and CAL-OSHA requirements.

Description of Responsibilities
The Insurance Coordinator is responsible for all new referral insurance verification and/or authorization in a timely matter.
Reporting Relationship
Insurance Manager
Responsibilities include the following:
- Responsible for insurance verification and/or authorization on patients.
- Responsible for audit of information from the Intake Referral Form and patient information received from the referral source entered into the computer system correctly. This includes but is not limited to: demographics, insurance, physician, nursing agency, diagnosis, height, weight, and allergies (when information is available and as applicable).
- Re-verification of verification and/or authorization and demographics on all patients.
- Participate in surveys conducted by authorized inspection agencies.
- Participate in in-service education programs provided by the pharmacy.
- Report any misconduct, suspicious or unethical activities to the Compliance Officer.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to express technical issues in “layman” terms. Fluency in a second language is a plus.
- Must be friendly professional and cooperative with a good aptitude for customer service and problem solving.
Education and/or Experience:
- Must have a High School diploma or Graduation Equivalent Diploma (G.E.D.)
- Prior experience in a pharmacy or home health company is preferred.
- Prior dental or home infusion experience a plus
- Prior experience in a consumer related business is preferred

Position Summary
The Vice President of Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing all manufacturing and operational functions in a highly regulated aerospace and defense environment. This role ensures operational excellence, on-time delivery, cost efficiency, quality compliance, and scalability while meeting stringent customer, regulatory, and security requirements. The VP Operations partners closely with executive leadership to translate strategic objectives into disciplined operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and facilities.
- Establishes and communicates the strategic direction for the operations division.
- Implements and champions lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies to eliminate waste and optimize production lines.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain management, including vendor relationships, inventory forecasting, and logistics to ensure cost-effective material flow.
- Manages operational budgets, monitors P&L statements and drives cost-reduction initiatives while ensuring revenue growth targets are met.
- Partners with engineering, R&D, and sales to ensure new product introductions (NPI) are manufacturable and scalable.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and other applicable regulatory and customer requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing).
- 15+ years in manufacturing/ engineering, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and data analytics tools.
- Experience in aerospace, defense or industrial manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, quality systems, and regulated environments.
- Proven success scaling operations while improving cost, quality, and delivery.
- Solid engineering aptitude with the ability to engage technical teams.
