Responsibilities:
- Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures, including but not limited to, bagels, croissants, muffins.
- Fill, frost and apply toppings per Dunkin' Brand specifications.
- Responsible for finishing the required quantity of each variety.
- Set up donut case to Brand standards.
- Brew all iced and hot coffee prior to restaurant opening.
- Ensure all equipment is clean and sanitary.
- Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.
Education/Experience:
- No education requirement
- Must have basic computer skills; some of the training is conducted online.

Position Overview
The Baker position plays a key role in supporting daily pastry production for Revolution Roasters, crafting high-quality baked goods and seasonal offerings for multiple cafe locations. This position calls for precision, consistency, and creativity to help sustain the quality of our highly respected pastry program.
As part of our talented pastry team, the Baker contributes to a collaborative kitchen environment alongside our commissary and kitchen teams to create an amazing scratch made experience for our guests. The Baker will assist in creating everything from laminated doughs to seasonal garnishes, hands on at every step of our pastry process. Production & Quality
• Execute daily production of pastries, laminated doughs, cookies, cakes, and seasonal items according
to recipes and standards
• Ensure all products meet established quality, flavor, and presentation standards
• Follow precise scaling, baking, and decorating procedures
• Assist with prep lists, par adjustments, and daily organization of production
• Maintain consistency across all batches and locations
Organization & Sanitation
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and storage areas
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including labeling and dating procedures

The IR & Electric Motor Testing Consultant will work with the Snell Group to provide services for our clients. Work will be scheduled by our home office, travel and lodging will be scheduled by you. As this is a relatively new technology, extensive previous experience, while desired, is not necessary.
Responsibilities:
The IR & Electric Motor Testing Consultant will be responsible for delivering all facets of our motor testing and services to our clients. Some of the responsibilities are as follows:
Conduct Electric Motor and Power Quality Services.
- Collect and analyze motor, motor circuit, and power quality data.
- Conduct Infrared Thermography inspections.
- Provide customers with detailed reports describing identified anomalies.

This role focuses on the full lifecycle of motor systems—from concept and analysis through testing, validation, and manufacturing readiness—while working closely with cross-functional engineering and production teams.

- Engineer and refine AC and DC motor systems, including induction, permanent magnet, BLDC, and synchronous designs
- Conduct electromagnetic, thermal, and mechanical evaluations using engineering simulation and analysis tools
- Perform product teardowns and competitive analysis to understand construction methods, winding configurations, materials, and magnetic circuits
- Generate 3D models, technical drawings, and documentation required for manufacturing and production support

Position Summary:
The Project Manager – EPG will play a pivotal role in translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, coordinating project activities, and ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality parameters. This position is based in the Manada Hill Office and requires frequent domestic travel to work onsite at the project locations. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage 3rd party contractors, and serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for 20-4000+ KW simple and complex, low/medium voltage electric power generation system sales projects. Project portfolio will range in size from $50,000 – $20 million.
- Coordinate all project activities: submittals, engineering design, procurement, delivery, construction, and start-up/commissioning, to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing project-related inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Daily responsibilities within NAXT, our cloud based ERP system built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, ranging from initial project kick off to project close out. These responsibilities include Creating projects within F&O, generating project budgets, purchase orders, tracking material status, invoice approval, and monitoring financial status of each project to ensure desired metrics are met.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, specifications, drawings, and reports, to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Lead project meetings, facilitate communication among team members, and foster collaboration to drive project success.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, contractors, and vendors, promoting a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present project status reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.

ABILITIES
Must have open availability to include nights and weekends. Ability to follow oral and written instructions and take direction required.
SKILLS
This job requires skilled training and practical experience in baking pastries, cakes and/or bread in a commercial kitchen environment. Skill in preparing bakery items from scratch, decorating and frosting cakes, and recipe scaling. Good customer service skills are required.

Job Summary:To deliver a great customer experience while assisting the Bakery Manager in the daily operation of the department with baking, mixing dough, icing, packaging and filling, of designated pastry and bread items in the Bakery Department; to maintain a neat, clean and visually appealing department and to perform other tasks as required in an efficient and safe manner, within Company policy.
Minimum Required Qualifications:The minimum required qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to the following: Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand the English language. Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift. Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, pull and regularly lift 25 lbs., and occasionally lift 50 lbs. Ability to work in varying temperatures. Ability to work with fresh, dried and/or processed products, spices and powdered substances without negative allergic consequences. Ability to tolerate dust and cleaning agents during routine housekeeping duties. Ability to interact with Customers in a friendly and helpful way. Ability to work cooperatively with others. Ability to work all assigned work schedules and comply with all time and attendance policies.
Essential Job Functions:Performance of the essential functions of this position require the Associate to possess the minimum qualifications listed above. These functions include, but are not limited to, the following: Maintain a clean, neat, organized and safe work environment. Maintain department sanitation and QA standards (i.e. safety, personal hygiene, clean cases, and equipment). Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, utensils and equipment in accordance with Department of Sanitation and QA standards. Keep floor clear of debris and spills. Greet all Customers and provide them with prompt, courteous service and assistance. Maintain and properly use all department equipment as required. Pack out product into display cases. Rotate product to ensure freshness. Ensure accurate signage for the department. Prepare trays to Company's and Customer's satisfaction. Perform all duties in accordance with Local, State and Federal regulations as they pertain to the Bakery operation. Dress and groom according to Company policy including uniform, name badge and hat or hair restraint requirements. Perform duties in accordance with QA hand washing standards and use disposable gloves when handling food. Follow recipes to produce food products of specified flavor, texture, clarity, bouquet, or color. Set up, operate, and tend equipment that cooks, mixes, blends or processes ingredients in the production of food products, according to formulas or recipes. Rotate all merchandise in accordance with quality assurance standards to ensure freshness. Prepare special order requests, as required. Track movement of sales on production logs. Take a complete & accurate inventory of supplies weekly and re-order supplies and ingredients as needed. Place reclamation in its proper location. Regularly lift, pull, push and rotate merchandise that weights 25 lbs., and that occasionally weights up to 50 lbs. Unload trucks and transport merchandise to Bakery department that weights 25 lbs., and that occasionally weights up to 50 lbs. Check prices and be knowledgeable about location of items in the store. Promote for sale any current charitable promotions to Customers. Stand at work station for duration of scheduled shift, which may exceed 8 hours per day. Receive deliveries. Assist in other departments when instructed. Perform duties in accordance with the Company's HAZCOM program and adhere to manufacturer's label instructions for the safe and proper use of all chemical products. Perform all duties in accordance with Company rules, policies, safety requirements, and security standards and with all local, state, and federal health and civil code regulations. Follow approved procedures for receiving, code dating, preparing, storing, and price marking, arranging, and restocking products to ensure quality, accuracy and product rotation and protection. Handle damaged and spoiled products according to Company policy and assist in controlling the level of damaged goods. Understand and adhere to Company shrink guidelines as relates to Bakery operations. Utilize and maintain equipment as required by department; report any equipment problems immediately. Check refrigeration equipment for proper performance regularly; report any failures immediately. Complete all applicable department training programs. Perform all duties in accordance all ShopRite Service Priorities (Safety, Friendliness, Presentation, and Efficiency). Maintain punctual and regular attendance. Work overtime as assigned. Work cooperatively with others. Must be 18 years or older to operate balers, hi-lo's, power jacks, and slicing machines. Perform other duties as assigned.
